Sunset Village MHC LLC

I dont think it is right to tell a resident to get rid of their dog that they have had since it was a puppy. He is a friendly dog. Just because you dont like him that is no reason for the owner to get rid of him. Now they are selling their home just to satisfy you. That is very rude. Their was no complaints before you came her why be so. Mea

This used to be a nice place to live but the new managers that just recently took over are horrible people! They discriminate alot! ( and that is not even the word for how they treat people)They are not friendly at all very rude people! They should not be working with the public at all. This lovely place to live will be a ghost town in no time with them running it!!! Mark and tiffany were awesome!! They will be greatly missed

Friendly managers! Mark and Tiffany, you are the bomb! We love our new home! Thank you for your kindness and all you have done for us!

Nice clean park with homes for sale. Only downfall is the lot rent is alittle high.

I love the layout and how well they keep the grounds. The clubhouse is great for parties and theres a map at the front so youre not likely to get lost if youre trying to visit a friend.

Very nice well kept clean mobile park

Nice community. Very quiet!

Sunset Village is a beautiful family friendly MHC. Management takes pride in consistently working to improve our community.

Live here.. Taken care of.

Lots of my friends and family have lived there, some still do :)

Too many rules and regulations, also the rent is too damn high.Having said that, its one of the nicer trailer parks in Marshmallows.
