Rating is on the visitors center and staff when I have gone. Ifs a shame the parks are still closed. Easiest place to social distance

Captain Chad was an amazing guide! He really knew the ins and outs of the swamp and more importantly he knew the gators inside and out! He knew where all of the gators would be and knew them all specifically by name. I would totally recommend this tour and this captain to anyone!

A great place to get to know more about the nature in the greater NOLA area. Very friendly staff and an interesting exhibition.
