I recently photographed a wedding at Bayou Barn and it was a pretty awesome venue. This had a sunset ceremony overlooking the swamp. I heard that after it rains the alligators sometimes come out. This was super fun, the pics are awesome, and there was some good Cajun food too.

We had our wedding here about a month ago, and let me just say there couldnt have been a more perfect place to the get married! Pictures dont do this place justice. It is just so beautiful here. And I dont even have words for how amazing the staff is. Tammy and Tony made sure everything was perfect and ran as smoothly as possible. And the food was probably some of the very best food Ive ever had!! Everything about this place is amazing, from the natural beauty of the place to the food and service of the staff.

The staff is wonderful, courteous, friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable. The views, amenities, and food and drink options are great. Tammy, the chef and owner of the establishment, is very caring, helpful, and has a very nice disposition. Just wish the place had air conditioning. ;)

Went there for a wedding. The food was great. The service was impressive. I highly recommend this place.

The venue is beautiful. The wait staff was very attentive and respectful. The food was mediocre . The only problem was that the owner/assistant was very rude on both the day of the rehearsal and the wedding day. She upset multiple people to include the pastor by the way she spoke to them and when asked a question the snide answer or quick snap back for an answer.

Food was great, a nice, casual venue for 500+ people. Just beware ... if you are bug adverse, dont go when the termites are active. We were SWARMED and left early. They dont bite. Theyre just everywhere. But had a good time before they came out at dusk. Only downside to the actual property were the bathrooms.

Great place for events!! Ive been to two weddings here and this place has the perfect South Louisiana appeal for any event youre planning. The staff is incredibly kind, the food is always top notch and its very easy to get to. Looking forward to our next visit!!

We recently hosted a team dinner at Bayou Barn. Our team is made up of people from all over the world, and they were all blown away by the amazing food, great music, and beautiful location that Bayou Barn provided. Mrs. Tammy and her team were incredible to work with, and they did absolutely everything they could to make sure everyone had a great time. Most had never seen a live alligator, enjoyed a chocon de lait, or played the washboard, but we fixed all of that thanks to the Bayou Barn!

The open air barn was very cold. 2 of the 4 propane heaters did not work. Dont plan on visiting during the winter!

My son got married there. Beautiful setting but mesquitos were everywhere. And an alligator swimming in the swamp behind was priceless

Was part of a group (90 ppl mb). Food phenomenal, band excellent, staff great, mosquitos on a humid sept evening were really bad. And Off didnt seem to help. The gators in the neighboring swamp are a nice touch.

My cousin recently had his wedding here and I really loved the location. It really has that authentic Louisiana feel and its perfect for group events.
