I visited Shiraz park on a run- it was a pretty park with a rocky lakeside and a nice childrens playground. There is a paved bike/walking path that goes through the park and connects to downtown Marquette and the Iron Ore Heritage Trail. There are bathrooms (they a bit dirty). I would recommend visiting this area in the fall! Lovely bright leaves and cool air off the lake.
