I love this store...its a nice, clean, organized store and the staff is very helpful with any questions I might have! They have a huge selection of everything you need for a romantic night!

I have always had a pleasant experience at this store (and the one in Turnersville). Always love the storefront displays they do a great job. It has a great interior layout and it is super easy to find what i need and want (very organized). The employees are helpful and very knowledgeable which is super appreciated. And the prices for products are very reasonable and good quality products.

Highly recommend!!! The workers always make me feel so comfortable asking any question i have and always help me find products that work for what I’m looking for at the time. They are so willing to help and are also very educated on the products they carry.

Fantasy gifts in marlton is a wonderful store with really nice staff. The employees there have a lot of knowledge on most of the products and are always ready and willing to answer any question. And the store front window always looks amazing. The store is very clean and it is easy navigate through the store.

The entrance of the store was very nice with all of the bachelorette party supplies and the back had all of more fantasy gifts. The layout was very well done and the products are separated by use and target audience very nicely. They have a large variety in what you want to buy and the prices are reasonable compared to what is online.

I purchased lingerie on 1/13/2020 got home and noticed the button was broken. On 1/14/2020 I went back to the store to exchange it and was told I couldn’t. There was no return nor exchange policy stating I couldn’t return or exchange. So I’m just out of 40 dollars

I had a horrible experience with the cashier. I had bought a toy that my wife was not down to try. We did not use it at all and I wanted to exchange it for something different and I was told No and I had the receipt horrible staff I believe shes knew because I come here a lot and shes only been here the last couple times Ive came and shes not very nice or customer-friendly.

This store in Marlton has a nice set up and a very wide range of products to choose from. However, the products are over all very over priced compared to other stores that you can order online. They offer no customer experience such as sales and coupons ETC where for as plenty of other adult retailers do. Also, depending on when you go there, the experience with the workers differs. Sometimes they are pleasant and sometimes they are not. With my experience, management in particular seemed to be dismissive and inattentive; also acting a little strange which made the experience of shopping here a little more uncomfortable for me. After my experiences this past month, needless to say I will not be shopping at Fantasy gifts anymore.

NOT AN ACTUAL STORE!I went onto their Bachelorette Spot website and saw some cute things that I was thinking about purchasing for my best friends bachelorette party and I decided to stop into the store and expected to see a large selection of the products listed online..OR NOT. When you walk into the store, the Bachelorette Spot was just a teeny tiny corner in the front of the store!! And those custom made gifts they advertise were nowhere to be found! I asked the woman working if there was another bachelorette store or like if I had come to the wrong one and she said no! The way they had it advertised was like it was a completely different store, not some tiny corner! I ended up just going to the House of Bachelorette website, so much better and much more reliable.

I would never go back to this Fantasy Gift in Marlton the sale associate couldnt be bothered i had asked a question if they carried a certain product her response was what you see is all we have very cold&rude never coming around to show me a comparable product a horrible sale associate then it got worse @ the check out she over charged me for my products cause she really didnt know the price of her products that she carrys @ her store again she couldnt be bothered to go check she was more interested in being on her phone & she never offered me a coupon like i had heard her offer to other customers!!It is clear to me her customer service skills need work & refreshing she lost out on the opportunity to sell me more products instead she could care less!!Needless to say i will never shop there my money will be spent @ the Turnersville store or online much better customer service!!
