Complete and total disrespect to homeowners!! It is not even 5 a.m. and shortly after 4 a.m. we awoke to an ATV and lights shining in the home. granted the 6 a.m. weed eaters is annoying enough but it has never began this early! There should be some kind of noise ordinance or at least some kind of common Sense to where individuals are trying to rest!!!!!!!
