Beverly Hills meets East Cobb!!

I’m sorry I thought the reviews were legit. I found this location online yesterday and figured I’d see if we could get my daughters hair braided for her birthday tomorrow. Biggest mistake I made. I couldn’t reach anyone at the salon by phone so I booked an appt online and someone text my daughter and said they would see her at 2:00 today, Saturday. They never specified what type of hair she needed, never answered my daughter when she asked if she needed her hair washed first. To me those were red flags but my daughter still wanted to go with it because she wanted her hair done for her birthday tomorrow. Thirty minutes before my daughters appt time the salon called and cancelled because the stylist car broke down, go figure. There was know offer for someone else to do it or to even offer another service. When I tried to call them back of course no one answers the phone. People wonder why black businesses don’t really flourish and have the support of their people. That’s definitely not how you treat customers. Just sad. Thanks for ruining the day for my daughter.
