I really like the food and customer service, good area to my house. The employees are always super nice. Will come visit again.

Local bar/pub, allows indoor smoking. Staff was courteous. One of the few late night food options nearby.Food was so-so. Burgers are not served with any sauce or ketchup. Portion size is normal, prices are a little high, but not outrageous.

Guys Im a truck driver and enjoy coastal food iv eaten the fish tacos here which were no joke they were tasty and plentiful!The real reason im making this post is the shrimp and grits!!!!Man iv been all over the states but havent yet been able to beat there shrimp and grits there no joke.The grits are squared off in a nice square which is Simi hard not runny.then glazed with sauces and shrimp!Reguarless if your coming here to drink and socialize or just order food I would not pass this place up so big thumbs up from me!!!!

This is a low key bar that looks and feels like it fell out of the 80s. Drink prices are reasonable. Food is pretty good. Service is great. If you cant tolerate smoking, go elsewhere. Live music/DJ/events/dancing.

Quiet as it is kept the Place is a great meeting spot with a nice dance floor and the atmosphere is decent to let loose for a while.

If you get in early enough you skip out on the cover charge that more than likely goes to support the DJ on the nights hes there, usually the weekend. The Place is an alright locale if youre in the mood for all the standard local bar quality fun. Stay away from the names when ordering liquor and enjoy the sights of the dance floor.

We are friends with the bartender here. The drinks are big, the prices are small, the food is good, the people are friendly, and the bouncer has his head on a swivel when someone is ruining the mood. There is a DJ playing hits and their music videos, a dance floor, dartboards, plenty of seating, and lots of TVs including outside. Thats about all I need from a bar so we go every week.

Food was surprisingly good. Only tried the club sandwich. Drinks arent bad. Its the environment - not really a nightclub. Sure, theres dancing, but only by a select few that have had enough liquid courage or are too old to care. The vibe just isnt there at all.

The food is great, the staff is very attentive, the crows id is awesome and the drink specials are always great. And their manager Eric is phenomenal. Theyve got something going on every night. Ill def be going back. I highly recommend it to anyone.

First time here and would return! Very diverse crowd so people watching is fun. Very mellow and laid back vibe. The back patio was just painted and it looks really really nice. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Very safe place!

The drinks are watered down, but the atmosphere is fun and so are the people. The food is just ok but the portions are generous. The DJ...Eh! My date liked it though, so well be back

Its an okay place but they allow smoking inside and those of us that dont smoke it can be awful. I dont know why they dont get filters for those guest who does smoke so there wont be so much smoke in the building. And the food and drinks werent good at all. Very disappointed

As far as local lounges go this one was pretty good. Wide range of music and crowd as far as age and race. Not that either of those things matter as long as the people are cool, and they were.

Smokey restaurant. If youre a smoke this is a great place for you. If not a smoker then stay away. Food was ok bar food, but too pricey for the quality you get. If youre a drinker and smoker taste wouldnt matter to you so you would love this place. Not some place i will visit again.

The place is great to hang out with friends and have good time, the service is great, however the food particularly the WINGS are dry, it has after-taste a clear sign that it is old and is about to go bad.

Went on a Friday night, had a great time dancing the night away and a good size crowd. Music on point and decent size dance floor. Staff was friendly. Our girl Joel was super cool and attentive. People there are friendly and we met a few new friends. Didnt try the food but heard that its good. Dont care for the smoking but wasnt overbearing. More positives than negatives. Overall great place to hang out locally to have a fun night out without having to deal with the Atlanta commute. Will be back on a Saturday to check it out as well.

I love how diverse it is and how everyone loves everyone. I go on Saturday nights and cant find a better place Id want to spend my time.

If you are a musician and want to check out the open mic, do not waste your time. Obvious favoritism shown. We got there at 8:30 and signed up, there were about five or six people signed up before us and each person is given three or four songs to play. At about 1am we still were not called up, a totally drunk guy (and obviously a friend of the band was called up) and during his sixth song we finally left. I had a babysitter watch my daughter and spent money on food and beer JUST for the reason to go play some music, I will never return for any reason.

Had a party in the top lounge area and it was a great success. Drink prices are reasonable and the ambiance is whatever you make of it. The music is excellent too! Just be aware that in the hot summer months they need to be reminded to crank the AC.

Have been coming here for many many years. We get togo food for lunch every Wednesday for about 8 to 12 people. Great food and you get a lot for the money but Im sure they would rather you eat in and buy a lot of drinks being that it is a bar.

Well it was 99 cent taco Tuesday they werent all that great but the street tacos were amazing favors pretty authentic my nachos with beef were not all that good didnt finish him the margarita was outstanding

The service from Joelle, Sharon, Tiffany, & the bartenders is 5 stars, never a complaint, always quick to attend to you.Drink prices are good, reasonable selection of whiskey and vodka on hand.Menu is really good, have tried almost everything on their menu and found it enjoyable.Would not give it 5 stars for the following reason:Chairs need refurbishing, they are not at all comfortable, sharpen the knives to the silverware.

We have ordered lunch from The Place several times and for the first time they delivered lunch to our office which was a disaster. Now every time we have ordered in the past we picked up the order and never had a problem and food is always good. But this time not only will we not be ordering from them again customer service is really bad.

Wife and I stopped in for an anniversary meal and drinks. Not very fancy but that is how we roll. The waitstaff/bartenders were gorgeous, had just the right personalities for their jobs and were attentive. The food was surprisingly good for a corner pub. I was dropping off band promo so I met a manager and she could not have been a nicer lady. The Place is a wee bit tricky to find but worth the search. Whatever issues other reviewers had I saw none of it. I like this place and I think you will too.

Ms. Donna, we have been selling Calamari for 8 years... Weve never gotten a bad complaint. We sell several varieties of Gin and I can assure you our drinks are not watered down. Its unfortunate our establishment isnt well suited for you, that is unfortunate. But our staff is professional, and our kitchen only serves food that is fresh, and cooked to order.

Came here today to pick up lunch for myself and co-workers once I arrived I wasnt greeted it took 2 mins for someone to speak to me than once the waitress spoke she asked me if I was picking up an order I said yes. She then proceeded to say I will be with you in a min. Please note that I can see my orders right by the bar. Ten mins later I am still waiting and the waitress is just walking by, so then a group of men enter the restaurant sit right next to me and the same waitress take their drink order ect. At this point I get up and find another waistress and let her know that my food has been there the entire time I need to return to work if she could please ring me out and she did. Im not sure if I was ignored and treated poorly because I am black or because I am a women! I work right across from the place at the Wellstar building and I wont recommend anyone from there to eat at this place. And then I called the place during my lunch and asked to speak with a supervisor and sadly there isnt one there at the moment!

Fun Place to hang out with a cold one!

I worked across the street from The Place and we always do group orders to different places. Dont get me wrong the food was good but it never about food with me and my fellow co-workers it is about the customer services... That is why I rate No only THE PLACE as a 1 star but Jessica gets a -10 stars for her Rudeness, Un-Professionalism and Accusation (of trying to steal). We place 6 separate orders and one of the orders came in 2 boxes. Jessica took one of the orders of Philly back due to her being slow and not able to add but subject and did not try to check to make sure she was doing this correctly. Mine you we had 4 orders of Philly steaks, 1 order of spicy crab bites and 1 order of 2 quesadillas (1beef and 1 chicken) if we do the math that is 6 orders only the crab bites and the quesadillas with 1 philly was an order of 3 items paid together. Jessica accuse us of getting to much when we were short an order and then stated that they will could never do delivery orders from them again. When in the past we have always done 6 or more orders to them almost every Friday but we would pick it up because today we learn that they do deliver. Jessica made the decision not manager that we are forbidden to make delivery orders from them. So since we are just across the street and a well known company. Dont worry about it. You will never get another order period from us as a whole. Yes we are letting EVERYONE know. Jessica you may have cost your bosses a lot due to your Ignorance. And FYI You need to be mindful of the way you talk to people Jessica because one day you might lose your job.

This place is pretty bad. Ordered Calamari and it was dreadful. Drinks were worse, had a Tangery & tonic was like drinking pure tonic water. Bad when they are charging $7.50 for a so called drink. Absolutely dreadful for the price. Wont be going back.
