Bought a Groupon coupon that was valid until close today, came in to redeem it and the store manager told me they were sold out and that I was just out the money. Poor practice, offered me firecrackers as consolation. I asked if I could purchase an item and pay the difference, they said no. Will never do business with people who don’t take care of their customers. Would not recommend. 0 out of 10 stars.

First time purchasing from Phantom and they did not disappoint!! Their fireworks are beautiful when they a shot. Very pleased with my purchase. The colors in the fireworks are just as pictured.

The staff was awesome and very helpful. Gave her an idea what I wanted and was directed to the items I wad looking for from my description. Amazed how knowledgeable and detailed the staff wad helping me pick out what I wanted. 5 thumbs up

Big bait and switch place. Took a flyer I just got in mail and it clearly stated buy 1 get 2 free. It was bolded out in 3 areas of the ad. However when you came in door they said buy one get one. They said they were low on inventory and that corporate told them the deal expired June 30. I was there July 3rd and my flyer said good till July 7. We left our cart and went to Sky King and got buy 1 get 2 more. Will NEVER go back to Phantom. Bunch of derelicts working there.

Really good supply of fireworks for a neighborhood party. If you hit the sales at the right time you can get some really good packages and deals.

They really tried to screw me this year. Wouldnt honor their buy 1 get 2 deal. Ive neen coming here for years.. not anymore... never again! Get a way better deal at TNT

Drove 45 minutes for their advertisement of buy one get two free, only to be told they are no longer doing it. Even though the ad said until July 7th. I’ve been to plenty of others and this one was small with limited inventory. Won’t be back

Ehhh... ok store, decent deals... too much hassle just to get into the store. . Had to leave and go to restroom bc NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS, had to come back and fill out papers again... do not have to do this at the one close to our home. Too much hassle not sure its worth it...

So incredibly busy! Thats what I get for going on the 3rd of July. Even though there were far more customers than Im sure they expected, every single employee was friendly and polite.

Scammed, I was told they wouldnt honor the coupon/advertisement they mailed me per corporate instruction even though it was in the valid time period.

By far the lamest fireworks I have ever purchased. Thank god I bought additional from elsewhere.Walked out with mostly sticker shock.Then the weakest fireworks show Ive ever sponsored. Wont be doing that twice

Not too fun initially getting into this place. You need to fill out a form show your ID and more. The deals seem pretty good, buy one get two free. Im not sure what prices are like at other store but they seem pretty decent with the deal. Other fireworks store have TVs where you can scan the item and see what it does, unfortunately this one does not and youre forced to use you phone. Staff are friendly, and there is a large selection to choose from.

Other than the little check in thing you have to do, the place is great. Spent 50 bucks and came out with 27 rockets and 3 packs of silver salutes. The buy one get 2 is a hell of a deal. I will definitely be shopping here again.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! They have a very extensive selection, the prices are decent, and the customer service is superb. Theyre location is in a very nice plaza. Management is very friendly and helpful, I refuse to get fireworks from any place but Phantom. The assistant manager is great I wonder if hes single :-)

Said they were open on google, the website, and the automated phone system drove 20 miles and they were closed.

The negative review isnt for the staff or selection- its for false advertising on their website. The bonus program is a complete lie and when speaking to customer service at corporate, after spending $1200- was told it is what it is. There is no bonus program at this location, even though its mentioned on their website. Great bait and switch. Service rep had a terrible attitude and could care less about losing a good client.

This store has great customer service, can not beat it! The manager I spoke to, Steven was helpful and knowledgeable, he helped me pick out fireworks! Overall the customer service was really nice and had a awesome attitude.

Dont walk in here with cigarettes they will kick you out i did not have matches or lighter and still told me i cant have an un lite cigarettes. So I happily went to tnt and spent my money. Unfortunately I cant get my gas back from traveling to here but I would rather spend my money where i am welcome

I had a great experience at Phantom Fireworks in Kennesaw! All of the employees were extremely nice. They were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The prices were great. They had a BOGO deal going on at the time. The people who work at Phantom made my experience a fun one!

I had stopped in to visit the East Ridge store - mostly to look around and get some novelties for my 4 year old who has become a fireworks fan. In addition to the excellent staff at that store - i was greeted by the manager of the new Kennesaw / Marietta store who happened to be there for a visit - and he was very helpful, explaining the different fireworks and making good recommendations. More importantly, he didnt get bothered by a young child running around his store. He was patient with her and even went out of his way to provide a bit of entertainment. Thanks Team Phantom for hiring such quality people.

They wannt your id and want to scan it to register you. Not safe now a days with all the identity fraud and lack of computer security... Just returned my Groupon..

I was absolutely amazed at the selection are fireworks they have at this location they have a lot of kids that rains are prices from $20 up to $1,000 youre looking for fireworks for a basic show or even a really great show this is the place to go they also often have specials and deals going on

They require you to give ID and register with them before you buy anything which Ive never had to do at other stores. Prices are also extremely high with them trying to pass off Buy 1 get 2 Free as a deal.
