Always fun to wander around and check out the craft stuff. Found good picture frames at a good price which was exactly what I was looking for.

I received very friendly and useful help in the Framing DEPT from Cathy. I had a print I wanted a double mat and frame for but had no real idea what would work. She helped with pick a ready made mat that looks perfect. She also helped me pick a proper frame that could accommodate a double mat. The final product looks great and the gift was a success, thank you Michaels and Cathy!

Great location with helpful staff to get you where you want to be. I purchased Diamond Dots Starry Night by Van Gogh. You have to place individual diamond facets according to the grid laid out. Its a lot more work than I anticipated, but it is fun and addictive. Youll find yourself in the zone knocking it out. This is what I have so far.... The picture doesnt really capture how much the diamonds catch and reflect the light

Lots of great craft projects and supplies here. Noone available to help you if needed. The only employee I could find was behind register.

Michael policy says online that you can return if you’re not 100% satisfied and I accidentally bought metallic paint squirted out a bit of black noticed it was metallic. So I tried to return it and they wouldn’t accept it. Idk how you can know if you’re satisfied or not if you don’t use it. But the manager told me they can refuse service to anyone so I guess that’s that.

My experience at this location has always been great. The East Cobb team is very friendly and helpful. With that being said, im shocked that a large retailer could be so careless in selecting a product, especially with the recent FDA warnings and recalls. The Cyber Clean sanitizer you are selling contains denatured alcohol, which is manufactured with methanol and is harmful/ poisonous.

Nice store in a nice area. Three stars only because their paint supply section is the smallest Ive ever seen in a Michaels. If youre looking for paint (oil or acrylic), youre better off going the extra couple miles to the Cumberland location.

Michaels is a crafters candy store! We stopped by for our youngest to decorate a foam pumpkin (which was an excellent deal, $30 pumpkin for less than $12) and he had a blast. I wandered while he decorated, and picked up the supplies to paint his bedroom door with chalk paint.

Went in for a college certificate frame and they had an enormous selection, any type you might want. They were on sale BOGO, however I only needed one so they gave me the one at 1/2 price and I had a coupon, which you can get in the paper every week and they honored it. The only problem is, without a sale and/or coupon, the prices are a little high. One wonderful thing is that every employee I dealt with was extremely helpful and cooperative . Great customer service!

Decent selection

Coupons are a scam!! They give out good coupons, but you cant use them; because everything in the store is every day value so it is excluded from the coupon, even though it is not labeled as such. Amazon and Walmart both competitive with pricing and do not try to trick you shop there instead.

They were a hobby shop before... I feel I am in a dollar shop.

Always find something I like and the people are most helpful.

I always get great help at the registers and they go out of their way to help me with any issues.

It features a mildly depressing interior due to a maximum of four employees around, very quiet music, and a crying child. That all being said, I found everything I needed and eventually checked out after being in line for about 20 minutes because they only had two people on cashier. I really cant complain since I go to Michaels maybe like once every four years

Nothing negative to say about Michaels in the East Cobb Avenue.My dog, Jack, is a therapy dog and we go to nursing homes to provide comfort for the elderly community. I thought it would make the times special if we got matching shirts/bandanas that we could wear that say “Together we make a team”.After talking with a very helpful and friendly associate over the phone, she helped me find the perfect bandana and shirt combo and even had a doggie treat for Jack for his good behavior. Needless I mention, Michaels is very pet friendly and loves to see your furry friend come in to shop with you!Thanks for the great continued service!-Sean

Great place to find felt if you need it and just about everything else for crafting.

They have everything & the employees are really friendly & helpful.

So much easier to find items vs going to hobby lobby and getting lost.

Great for cake supplies and jewelry making materials. Occasionally my daughter needs paints, too, but not as much my thing. Still, it is our go to place for crafting stuff.

Very nice Michaels. Well stocked, very clean and friendly employees.Their prices are usually higher than Amazon, but their coupons help with that.However they never seem to have enough people working the registers-expect a 5-10 minutes wait in line to check out.

I liked the place, I think it was well organized. The only thing I was looking for was string art items, and there was none in the store. This was a little disappointing so I ended up picking a few of embroidery threads. It really surprised me that string art was not present of any capacity.

Prices clearly marked on sale and I get to the register and lady says its not on sale. Theres like 20 signs saying half off picture frames. Luckily I found half off online coupon. Thats why I rarely shop there.

Crafty people flock to Michaels to solve crafty problems: thank you Victoria, for pointing me to the E6000 transparent glue - Perfect! Game changer! After hours of trying and several glue fails, project finished with E6000 inside 5 minutes!

I understand that you need to lock up inventory to prevent theft. However, if you going to have so many products with a Stop See Associate security device, then you need to have associates on the floor who can actually open the locks. Also, I would expect that the associate shouldnt make you feel like youre putting them out to help you get a locked item.

I love Michaels brcause I do craft and have 2 crafty girls. I can find there great stuff for crocheting, watercolor, Cricut and also materials for school projects.

Theres always a sale going on and every time I walk in, there is something interesting to shop for. The staff is kind, the store is clean. Getting supplies for school projects is a breeze.

For a Michaels its nice. Good for supplies for general crafting, not good for specialized or high end needs.

All Staff are SO professional and accommodating ... store is bright, clean and well laid out ... and online coupons are Always a Bonus.
