Never been to any other stores where I felt sooooo uncomfortable. Took my female friend to show around. Told the guy we are just looking, and I felt like our privacy was just kept getting interrupting by the male salesman . Felt him listening to our conversations . And would NOT leave us alone!! We wanted to buy some products but decided to just leave. I understand to make sure no one was stealing or wanted to sell us products but he was always 3 feet behind us and wouldn’t leave us alone. Never coming back.

Bailey and Marcus were super helpful and gave us good suggestions on products we were looking at. Very friendly and enthusiastic and added fun to the whole atmosphere of the place. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Raised the price of a product at point of sale was not happy, yet completed purchase, also pretty certain I can purchase the same products elsewhere for less. Was convenient for the trip to go there. Wont be returning.

I recently went in here looking for the kratom brand that I always buy.. And they said they do not carry it and wanted to sell me again on some more over priced brands..

Cant say enough about this place, I came in to get vape oil and was explaining to the salesman the brand I had bought was cacausi me headaches and hyperactivity, he was extremely knowledgeable and informed me I had been buying a synthetic non natural brand that didnt even contain cbd andacould be harmful and sold me an all natural cbd oil and what a difference! Headaches gone helps reduce back pain and Im sleeping better than I ever have. I had been to 2 smoke 911s prior and they didnt have a clue about the product and their brand has no information on source or quality. Only coming here from now on.

I had did not like this place that much.. The guy did not even ask me if i needed anything or anything at all.. Everything was over priced.. But I did end up buying a bowl..

Great customer service, and items are much cheaper than Tantra or Love Shack. Very knowledgeable and comfortable staff. We will be back!

The employees didnt seem very knowledgeable. And they didnt have the quality and good prices that i saw at tantra. Overall seemed seedy and not welcoming to beginners.
