Such a fun time for both kids, elementary school and high school aged. love that the parents can get beer here too, I never would have guessed

Have had a couple of birthday parties and regular kids days out here.Its a pretty decent location with an OK selection of games for kids, and on the opposite side some for the older kids-adults. All games are typically in good working order.It doesnt get overly packed for the most part which allows for a more personal experiences for the kids.Prices are in line with the chain, food is mediocre as is most Chuck E. Cheese food, but, kids dont mind either way.Staff is patient and friendly with kids, and Chuck E Cheese comes out often to interact.Fun family environment and one of the only good things left in Richland-Mall.

The food is overpriced. But the games are great to have a good time for a few hours. And theres a decent selection of cheap toys for rewards from ticket collection. Best of all, you can let the kids run wild when theres 8 inches of snow outside.

Our local Mansfield Chuck-E-Cheese came through in a huge way!!!! They helped my now 7 y.o. be able to have a Chuck-E-Cheese birthday party during this pandemic!!!! I cant Express how grateful and appreciative we are to all of the people working at Chuck-E-Cheese tonight!!!! You all made his day!! Thank you!!!!

Typically our visit to Chuck E Cheeses is a blast and an enjoyable experience. Today was NOT the case. We loved that it wasnt overly busy today but the STAFF left so much to be desired in the customer service aspect. If you arent good with children then you shouldnt work at a KID Themed establishment. The staff was too busy hanging out with their friends to take our initial order. Any time we needed something we were treated as though we were a burden to them. Then when it came time for our little ones to cash in their loot of tickets we went through multiple associates and none of them seemed patient with our 5 year old who couldnt make up his mind. In past experiences the staff was great but this experience leaves me wondering if a drive to Dave and Busters would be a better option next time.

The pizza looked like a whole fresh pizza. I was afraid it would be a pieced together pizza from other peoples throw aways .But pizza was good..

My friends and I are nearly all seinors in highschool. We really want to make our last year something to remember so we all decided to take my 4 year old sister to Chuck E. Cheeses to win her as many tickets as we could. We took turns taking her to the different rides and near the end smashed it as hard as we could to get her the tickets. We ended up with enough to get her a unicorn plush and cotton candy for the group. Im happy to know that its still a place where a bunch of (barely) kids can still be kids!

Was dirty. Ordered a pizza because buffet food looked old and dried out. Made it wrong. Asked if we wanted the wrong one or want new one.. of course we want what we ordered... took another 45 minutes after waiting 45 minutes for th he first one. The kids had fun running around playing on climbing toys and playing games.

We took my 4 year old and her sisters here today for her birthday. You can get unlimited passes for the kids to play as many games as they want for the party package, kids loved it. Pizza was not bad at all, but the kids were more interested in playing. Staff was friendly and genuinely liked (or seemed to) working in a kid-friendly place. Will definitely be back with the girls.

Chuckie Cheese is definitely the place where kids can be kids! Endless, interactive games for schoolagers & fun climbing areas for those who may be smaller. Pizza is usually the favorite for kids and its good with great alternatives for that adult desiring something different. My only concern is the changes from tokens to cards for games. It seems that this change leaves a lot to be desired as far as actually being able to play? For example, If you have a timed card, you never know How long youll wait on a busy day to play Those favorite games!

Was my first time taking my daughter she just turned 3 and loved every minue of it! Using token was the best way to go with her being so little she got to do things at her own pace. The food was good and the staff was nice and helpful.

Not a bad Chuck E. Cheese, very large but not nearly as cool of games as the one in Toledo.

This is the best Chuck E. Cheese Ive EVER been to by far.It is very well managed and employed by young adults that seem to enjoy their jobs. Its a breath of fresh air in that regard. Also, the food here is surprisingly exceptional. The salad bar is kept super clean and the pizza comes out actually looking like the picture! Hot and delicious.In short, I cant recommend this place enough. Give it a try.

Kids enjoy their visit, most staff is friendly and patient considering the atmosphere. Its easy to overspend if youre not mindful, my kids can go through $30 playtime cards before our food gets to the table.Speaking of food, weve waited up to 30 minutes for food on the weekend, but your food will be nice and hot when it arrives if youre not full from the fountain drinks.The pizza is satisfying while hot and the cheesy bread is amazing.

We did a double birthday party for our girls. Party host Shawanda did a great job. Kids and grown-ups all had fun. Chucky interacted alot with the kids. Totally worth the money to have a kid birthday here. It was pretty affordable compared to other venues/activities we looked at. We will definitely be there next year!

We had our son’s birthday party here and it couldn’t have went any better. The kids had a great time and it was surprisingly a stress free/great experience for everyone. Our host was perfect (Skyler) and the manager was awesome too.

My daughter enjoys playing here. Food is subpar and little overpriced. There are some hours with a pizza and salad bar that is more reasonable. Credits for games go fast but they do have an unlimited timed options as well. Tickets are awarded on some games, daughter likes the little trinket rewards but they are cheaply made and in a dollar value (you could buy points) they are very overpriced. Overall kids like it, parents endure it.

Good ol family fun for everyone. Dont like they updated to the card system but love the environment. Staff isnt very friendly and shows favorites to the kids but overall a good place. Once you get the staffs attention they at respectful and empathize when games mess up. Need more coupons available

I cant comment on the pizza, but their arcade isnt up to the standard we like. The most tickets you can earn is 100 and the prize options are seriously lacking compared to other arcades. Oh well, such is life.

It is frustrating that they allow new workers to handle money and cards for play. Ours was 100% messed up & the girl basically didnt listen she just took our money and did as she wanted with our order. EVERYTHING was wrong. Put time on cards instead of tokens. Manager fixed the problem but it took a good 20 minutes out of our play time to fix all of it. Games will allow you to swipe 50 times even though games are not working. But its the only thing like it around.

It’s Mansfield so this is probably the best place to take your child to because what child doesn’t love chuck or cheese. Everyone there is always nice and there are even a few games for us grown ups to play
