My daughter has been attending Aqua Tots for over a year now. I appreciate the transparency and communication that the staff provide. I also appreciate that the staff is consistent, and there doesn’t appear to be a lot of turnover. Lastly, Aqua Tots Mansfield has done a great job of adjusting during the Pandemic and implementing precautions to ensure the safety of their patrons and staff. I’d highly recommend this location!

My daughters were invited to a birthday party and they absolutely loved it!! I enjoyed watching them play in heated pool as i sat in the comfortable red padded seats for parents. It was very easy to see kids through the glass wall. Really nice. However, I would never pay that absolutely outrageous price for swim lessons for two girls.

Great swim schools! My daughter, 3yo, went from afraid to get her face wet in June to independent swimming and graduating to the next level up in August! Amazing progress!

Today was our first time back since the re-opening and I was very impressed with the instructor, our daughter was floating in the water for the first time by her self with one class!! I was also very impressed with the system that they have to ensure the safety of everyone. They are very careful to let everyone in and out at different times and they reduced the number of classes to avoid crowds. I highly recommend Aqua-Tots for your child this summer.

Impressed with their lesson. Cadence is GREAT! Very patient and good with the kids. I however, wasnt impressed at all by Sadi, she was unprofessional, and disinterested in kids.

This is a great swim class option. They have classes for all ages and ability levels. The classes are small and the kids get plenty of attention. Theyre great at communicating to parents in person and via emails. Lots of classes and times to fit anyones schedule. Weve been attending for about 8 months and love it.

I have a good/bad relationship with Aqua Tots. I love the philosophy - safety first, small classes, swim year round. But they substitute teachers often, which is a problem for kids that thrive on consistency. They sometimes email the day before, but not always. My son had 3 teachers in the first 4 weeks. They also have some truly awful teachers. Destiny spends more time looking around than she does at the kids. Miriam is a huge NO for me and my son. She rushed through class when she started late and didnt respect the needs of individual kids. It was her way or the highway. Mia was hit or miss with my son. 2 teachers that my son really liked though - Kennedy and Lindsey.

The instructors are very patient, the classes are small and they really work well with the kids.

Great place to learn how to swim properly.

I can’t say enough great things about this school! My daughter went from being afraid of the water to becoming an intermediate-level swimmer in just a little over a year. The transformation has been amazing to watch, and on top of that, she really enjoys each lesson and working with the instructors.

Great place for young swimmers! Last year our daughter wouldnt even put her head near the water. Now she is confidently jumping into the lake and swimming! She always asks when swim days are! The instructors and staff are always warm and inviting! They also learn about your family on a personal level and genuinely care about you and your family!

From the moment we signed our daughter up, we have enjoyed every moment. We are already seeing so much progress in our 9 months old abilities in the water. She feels very comfortable with her instructor. We love coming to class. Everyone working there is extremely friendly and the facilities are very clean.

It is a very nice facility with many roomy changing rooms, friendly staff, lockers, cubbies, a hair dryer, and even a machine that removes excess water from swimsuits (don’t know the name of it). However, I signed my one year old up and have had 4 different instructors in like a month and a half. Not sure what the turnover is all about and I could just ignore it but I would prefer to have an instructor who is engaged and invested. The couple of young instructors that I had seemed to be very detached and just went through the motions. For example, for our very first lesson, our instructor called in sick. The following week, we were told he was leaving and we were going to have a different instructor. The following week, we were told never mind he was going to stay after all. Then he called in sick again. Then we were told he’s leaving for sure this time and that we were going to get a certain instructor. Then we got ANOTHER message saying never mind—you’ll be getting this other instructor instead. Maybe the other instructors are great and they’re just struggling to find a good one for the toddlers, but I withdrew my baby for now until they figure their staff out or until I find what I’m looking for somewhere else.Update: Literally the day after I posted this review, I got a call from the manager who profusely apologized and explained their unique situation. She was incredibly kind and reassuring and even offered me a month of lessons at no charge. Although I had already decided that lessons aren’t for us right now, I do appreciate the offer and her reaching out to me to address my concerns. It made me feel like if a you have any thought or concern about anything, you can bring it up and actually be heard out and get a response toward resolution. Kudos to Aqua-Tots for how they handled this!

Aqua tots have very patient instructors. Our 7 year daughter was so fearful of swimming, her first visit was horrifying to watch... only because we felt so bad for her instructor. However, she has now gained so much confidence and is super excited to take her lessons every time. Each lesson, the instructor will inform us of what improvements are needed and still give praise to our daughter for the techniques she does correctly. Again, this is a BIG THANK YOU to the fun, kind and patient instructors! You guys ROCK!

My child loves his swim class! Highly impressed with the friendly, patient and professional staff!

My wife was nervous about our girls learning to swim without a floatation device, but the staff is so professional, caring and comforting that they eased away her fears. Our girls have learned so much and in such little time. They are more confident and having fun learning to swim.

My kids love going to their lessons at Aqua Tots. I have a 2 1/2 year old and a 4 year old, so I was a little worried about trusting their well being with strangers, but they are AMAZING. Small class sizes and attentive instructors really help ease a parent’s mind!

My son learned to swim and is not scared around bodies of water. He feels good about himself and he’s happy swimming with his friends. He does not feel left out and any parent will be happy as well.

We have had a great experience at Aqua Tots. The instructors are great with the kids and are invested in ensuring the kids learn. The half an hour twice a week has been beneficial already. Within two weeks our kids are practicing their new skills and are more confident in the water.

Great swim school! I took my 3 1/2 yr old there over the summer and she took lessons once a week (on Saturdays). She was in a group class, but was really only ever 2-3 kids at a time. Classes are only 25 minutes, and they get plenty of 1-on-1 attention. Sometimes, the other students wouldnt show up, so my daughter got a 1-on-1 class for the price of a group lesson. The teachers are all young, college aged adults who are great with kids. The facility even has a kids section so the kids can play or watch a movie before their class starts. The pool is indoors and behind large glass windows, so parents can look in and watch the class. The only negative would be that theres not a lot of seating for parents. Usually more than one parent comes to the class, and sometimes grandparents and aunts and uncles. So really, they should count on 3-4 adults per one child viewing the class. So they should accommodate more seating for family. Other than that, its a great place! Very flexible, I was able to re-schedule her swim lessons at the last minute if she was sick or there was a schedule conflict, and she just attended another lesson, no problem. They do swim lessons year round, since its indoors, but we only took classes for the summer.

She enjoyed it a lot but where going to hold out this year until next year. Daughter will be about three and can comprehend it more vs at the age of one years old. Wonder staff n instructors and very accommodating.

We have done one week of lessons so far. Our 3-yr-old is learning quickly and really enjoying the lessons.

The staff are professional and deal with the children very adequately.

Its a great place for your kids to learn to swim, in my opinion however, Coach Saxon is the instructor of choice. (No relation)

My daughter has been coming here for a few years. Shes worked her way from level 1 to level 6. I have seen a huge improvement in her swimming ability and confidence. I love that we never lose a class if she has to miss a day. We just call ahead and she can reschedule the missed class. Totally worth the money in my opinion. Ill be enrolling my infant in the program soon.

Love using Aqua Tots for my youngest most stubborn child! They have worked wonders on her fear of the water and ability to swim!

Love Love love that I made the decision in putting my daughter with special needs in this program she has Down syndrome and theyre anyone be in their program . I love coach bailey he is awesome with my daughter I could recommend this place to anyone . He was so sweet with my three year old and very patient thank you !

My grand-daughter has advanced in swimming more rapidly since she has been in this swim school. They are next door to the South of Title Boxing and behind Massage Envy.

Very good place to keep your child interested in swimming and learning to be safe in the water from early on.
