Our family went to view The Croods yesterday for my sons birthday. There were 3 other people in movie theater beside our family of 6. Cinemark is offering great deals right now on concessions. They are not offering refills due to COVID. They are keeping everything really clean. Thanks for a great experience yesterday and for giving us an opportunity to have a nice family outing.

This is an extremely nice theater and I albsolutly love the reclining leather seats with cup holders that are in the theater. They have an excellent app that has a rewards program that is free or you can purchase a monthly program for 8.99 a month. I am strongly considering purchasing that but I currently only have the free program. The theater is very clean and every employee and I mean every employee has been soo nice and helpful. The popcorn is always fresh and the fountain coke is beyond good. I am a fountain coke fanatic and theres is soo good. They other things at the concessions but that is what I have had. We went to the move The Call of The Wild, and Richard Jewell and both were just amazing and I highly RECOMMEND them and this place to see a movie. Thank you Mansfield Cinemark for providing such a great, clean, safe, and friendly atmosphere to see a movie. I am so glad we found this place and I cant RECOMMEND them highly enough. I would give them 100 stars if I could but 5 is the limit, so make sure and check them out as I know you will love them and well. UPDATE they just showed a commercial where it stated ( 3 million children die every year due to hunger..not enough food) so why dont we focus on that and not COVID!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a very cool theater. This place has the one thing that I thought was the coolest. Automatic reclining seats. I saw the movie Hereditary which is one of thosejump scare movies and I actually fell asleep. The food is expensive here but thats the same with nearly all movie theaters. Also, the place was pretty busy. Also there are lots of other businesses in this area too. So this really is a cool location. I highly recommend this place.

Grandkids to watch croods and it was great they enjoyed it and it was a memorable time

First time back to the movies since March. (COVID-19) I felt safe, and I enjoyed my visit.

So we had a good time. The only thing I didnt like was that the sound mix for the adds was too loud. Not knowing there was a second set of speakers between rows C and D and picking row D was a bad idea. It made the movie experience a bit too loud especially for my Autistic son. Other than that the staff was friendly and the facility was pretty clean. I would like if one drink and one pop corn didnt cost $11 but what can you do. Thats how theaters make their money.

This facility was very clean. The theater had very nice over sized leather seats with large cup holders. They have buttons on the inside arm rest that allows you to full recline. Top notch. Will visit again.

Wanted to see the movie Photograph so we chose the Cinemark 12. Beautifully appointed with granite countertops in the bathrooms, and art deco style lighting with old movie photos. Theaters are large and have great sound systems. Seats are comfortable and recline. Great price for an 8PM show.

Whenever my wife and I are in the area visiting her daughter and her family this is the theater that we prefer. Affordable, clean, polite staff, comfortable stadium seating with reserved seats are a must. The only things that would make it better would be the drink holders at the same height as the armrest and a tray to set your snacks on.

Nice little theater! Much cleaner than some of the others in the South Arlington area. Cute little bar, with four draft taps, and limited spirits, too. We went to a late movie on a Monday night, so no clue on its popularity, but it deserves a good crowd!

Nice theater but there’s been 2 different trucks that were reported stolen from this same location within 2 days. Someone is targeting this place and I wonder if law enforcement or even the theater will do anything. Be aware!! Maybe I will Uber here

Comfy seating. I love the chairs recline with a foot rest. If you live close by a membership hours a long way.

Great spot. The staff is awesome. And dont forget cheap movie tuesdays! on a not so positive note, I would like to know if they have vegan butter or not so I dont have to walk in with my own container of vegan butter for my popcorn

This theatre is my husbands and I’s favorite spot! We love coming here on date nights. It’s very chill and every Tuesday it’s five bucks per ticket! The popcorn is always fresh and delicious and when they have pizzas available it’s also pretty good. The Nathan’s hot dogs aren’t bad either. Also the bar serves margaritas that taste like icees w alcohol! Love that!

Always clean with quality sound.

Usually decently clean. Bathrooms are OK but could use more attention. Most of the staff are teenagers or young people, which is usual, so dont expect the quickest, friendliest staff. They are still mostly efficient.

Very comfortable seating. Has wheelchair accessible seating. Nice people. Small bar. Clean restrooms.

I have been going to this movie theatre since I was a little girl. I’m almost 20 and I still go here! My boyfriend and I come every Sunday! Clean, good food, great staff and overall great experience!

I usually have a decent experience here, but today has been disappointing. Here for a matinee and nothing is clean... the counters at the condiments station are pretty disgusting. Got nachos and the cheese was cold... when we brought it to their attention, we were told “it takes 30 minutes for the machine to warm the cheese”... they gave us cheese but not new chips. Employees are too busy on their phones and seem bothered by questions. So strange and not a good experience.

Great service! Loved the movie as well. However the stair lights were red and they were bright enough you see them on the side of the movie screen and it was kind of irritating. Overall though very good.

Love going to Cinemark. I have the movie club membership and i have saved over $400 in less than 2 years. I remember when they were putting in the XD part and I said i would never pay that much for a ticket to see XD, but now that is the first ticket i get if they have the movie in XD, lol. And i always get the same seat....J22.

Yall need to seriously chill with your commercials. Movie was supposed to start at 140, after all the trailers, commercials and announcements the movie didnt start until 220. Ive never been to a theater that takes more than 15 minutes to show trailers, totally unnecessary.

The chairs are nice but I think AMC chairs have got them beat. But still a good experience and enjoyed it.

Cinemark has never enforced the rated R movie 17 years old policy until now?? Ive been multiple times where they havent asked for ID and let us in, at that point I didnt even know if it was an actual policy or not. They decided today theyre going to start enforcing it so I brought my friends with me and the lady looked at my friends ID (who is 16) and said hes good to go. She looked at mine and said I have to be 17. I TURNED 17 MONTHS AGO. She tried to argue with me about being 17... which my ID proved. Then when my other friend said he was 16 she made us get refunds for our tickets and could not watch the IT 2 movie- a movie mostly teenagers are interested to see. Very disappointed with cinemark and wont be returning. If you have a policy either enforce it always or never.

This is by far one of the cleanest movie theaters that I have ever had the pleasure of patronizing the staff is very welcoming and hospitable wait location very easily accessible from the highway lots of shopping and food located near it

Usually have a good experience here, but this time, the XD screen had these strange dots scattered on the bottom. Sat in the front rows so it was right in the face and very noticeable. Other than that, good as always.

My wife and I have been going to Cinemark 12 for several years for great service and now reserved, reclining seats. I, highly, recommend this place.

Been a member of Cinemark Movie Club for awhile now and recently checked out Cinemark 12 in Mansfield. Much cleaner and nicer compared to the one in Grand Prairie. This Cinemark is closer to what Ive come to expect from Cinemark theaters. Clean and comfortable atmosphere will return again!

Very nice theater, also great popcorn and theater seats. The staff were really helpful especially as young as they are.

Other than behind and underneath and behind the seats to the very back row in theater 9 being extremely dirty and chocolate in my seat they got all over my clothes, Its the BEST Theater to go to with the most comfortable seats and the employees are always kind, generous, polite and always professional #1 in my book !!!

Some good. Some bad. They started the movie 15 minutes late and cut off the last 2 minutes. It took another 10 minutes for them to get it back to where they left off and of course, by then the experience was less than ideal. Great movie, though!

A good spot to watch movies. The seats are comfy abs the audio/ acoustics are good, though if you want alcohol its a bit pricey. You can notice fruit flies near the beer taps. Looks like they tried to correct this by using caps on taps but that leads me to believe that theyre not normally cleaned. The tap station also seems Inadequate, that its uneven so the foam over spill sits or drips off the edge. Majority of the staff is not TABC certified so you will have to wait on a manager to come around to have a drink, which can add a few minutes to your wait time.

Comfortable seats and reasonably priced. Only thing is go to the latest possible showing of any movie if youre an adult, the amount of rowdy teenagers is out of control in the last 27 films weve seen here. Its probably a Mansfield thing though and not the theaters fault.

Saw The Last Skywalker for the second time (one XD & one regular). Both positive experiences. Their caption devices help me immensely in getting the dialog over the music & special effects.

My go to spot for new movies! The Theater is always clean and dont forget xd and recliners! This place is a luxury, it is a great place to treat yourself to a Friday night movie. Kick back, watch a quality movie and enjoy the fruits of your labor . Its awesome would be the cliff notes version of this review lol.

Very clean and comfortable theater. Had a really good experience and plan to go back to this location. Not in or around my home area but I visit a friend that lives close by and will be back. The parking lot was safe and well lit when I exited the theater after my late movie was over. Easy access to 287

I like the roomy reclining seats but I wish the theater had a more expansive menu.

It was great visiting that location. There was plenty of space and the lines were short. My only concern was the amount of popcorn laying around the floor near the cash registers.

I love this theater. The concessions are gr8 . To get the popcorn n drinks pretty fast. The restrooms are cleanThe movies rooms are fantastic. The chairs are comfortable and are recliners. Enough space to let people go by. No stepping toes and getting up to let them go thru. Love this theater.

My family and I are from Abilene, Texas and we have a Cinemark. My family and were in Mansfield for a family reunion and decided to go and see The Lion King. The is a good theatre and I recommend anyone to go to it. It is just different than the one in Abilene. We purchased our tickets before going to the theatre. I went to the ticket booth and the lady told me that I would have to scan them inside. Then you go straight into the lobby where the concession stand is. I purchased medium popcorn and a medium drink. Then to the left is where you pump your butter for the popcorn (one pump was only working). Then you scan your tickets and the usher takes them. The screens are big and theatre was nice. So were the bathrooms. Everything is circular at the Cinemark in Abilene. You go in and the ticket booth is on the right. You can scan your ticket there. To left of that is the concession stand where the fill your popcorn midway. Then put butter. Then fill your bag with more popcorn and put more butter. To the left of the concession stand is where the ushers take your tickets.Like I said this theatre is good. I almost gave this theatre a 4 star rating because of the comparison but that wouldnt be fair because it is really a good theatre.

This place has gone downhill. No service at all in the bar area waited for 10 minutes after asking a manager for help. We could hear the movie next door playing over our movie in our theater.... Im not sure why they would put a super packed action movie right next to Mr. Rogers, but they did. It was hard to focus on the movie we paid to see. Loved the movie but the experience in general was probably the worst Ive ever had in a movie theater.

OMG this place is place you need to go to watch movies, Inside the movie theater they give you recliner chairs that you can recliner back and forth. It was a very comfortable experience. I went to go see Captain Marvel I recommend seeing that two. This was the best movies theater I ever been two so far

Clean movie theater and great customer service. Plenty of parking. They have one XD show room. For anyone not in the know, its basically this huge screen from celling to floor, its massive! Cough up the extra 3 dollars. Youll thank me. Its not only the screen size, but the sorround sound is pretty beastly. Itll definitely have you scratching your head why you didnt do it sooner.

I brought popcorn that I had bought earlier that day which had a free refill but they didn’t take it. The seats also do not recline and the theatres are awfully small, I would suggest another theatre or even the drive in in Fort Worth.

Nice and clean. The recliners are great, doesnt go that far back though. The prices are of course high. If you come hungry be prepared to overpay. Otherwise, staff is friendly.
