Overpriced! The box I got for almost 200$ lasted maybe 3-5 seconds. It was not worth it.

Lots of firework choices and at reasonable prices. Plenty of customer service staff on the floor to assist. Check out was a breeze; my cashier and bagger were personable. Ill be returning.

Weve been coming here for a few years now. The building is air conditioned, roomy, and well-organized. They have a good parking lot. They always have BOGO sales going on, and the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. They also have videos going on, and they can call up what you are looking at so you can see and hear it in action.

TNT brand fireworks are the best and the warehouse is super organized and clean. But if you want to save a few bucks, much of the same main stuff is cheaper at the small TNT stand across the street.

Prices are super high. You can go to the other stands and get the same thing for half if not cheaper than half. Customer service not very good. Went here last year and was shocked

My first experience with this company was my worst. I took my kids to the fire work stand today (July 4th), the kids were excited to get fire works. After my kids had picked the fireworks they wanted, the worker swiped my debit card but made an error, so she declined the entire order. The worker assured me the money did not come out of my account. When I checked my account the money did come out of my checking account. Being a single dad of 3 and no family support I did not have enough money in my account for the worker to swipe my card a second time and since the money came out of my account I wasnt even able to take my business else where. I asked to speak to the manager and was told y the manager there is nothing I can do for you. Really you just ruined my kids 4th of July. My kids left the stand in tears. I asked for the company policy curious what it says for encounters like this but the manager refused to give me the policy and I was told the policy is in San Antonio. My advice if your looking for a good firework stand and you dont want to risk being inconvenienced like I was then spend a couple extra dollars in gas and drive somewhere else. Here it is 4th of July, Independence day and my family cant even celebrate because of the error this company made. Horrible, Horrible, experience.
