Two lovely older women (probably in their mid 40’s) helped me so much, they were extremely professional and made me feel comfortable even though I was super nervous going into an adult store. They were able to help me find exactly what I wanted answering all my questions and telling me about all the different options that fit my requests. They also explained things I would have never known like the importance of toy cleaner (my crazy self would have destroyed my toys using dawn dish soap or something equally as bad). I ended up buying 2 toys form Evolved (Rampage and Blue Dream), Kegel Balls from Explorotica, Lube and of course the toy cleaner from Libra.

The store attendant KAT tonight was very helpful with helping us pick out and filter through our selections. Thank you for all you help made your shopping so much easier.

Denyse was super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I loved how clean and well-lit the store was, and their selection was pretty vast. They are taking Covid seriously as well by requiring everyone that enters to apply hand sanitizer and wear masks. I really appreciated that! Highly recommend this place!

Stopped in with the Mrs. to look for a few items, was very pleased with the variety, selection and knowledge of the staff. Doug was awesome and able to help us find something for each of us. He was extremely informed about each of the products. Able to offer warranty and battery life information. Was upbeat and pleasant to deal with and even took some products out of the boxes to let us get a better look. The whole experience was fun and we look forward to stopping by again the next time we road trip to southern Ohio. Again, DOUG was an exceptionally great representative for the company, from the moment we walked in until we left, there wasnt a question he couldnt answer.. I used to frequent this store, Adultmart is one of 3 adult stores within reasonable driving distance for me so it was always my go to with a knowledgeable staff and great recommendations. I stopped in this last week and will never return. There is an all new staff and I know more then they seem to!!! No matter what I picked up that looked intriguing to me, I was told I was wrong and why something else that was not even the same type of toy was better. The particular young lady that was trying so hard to up-sale me something that I had no interest in told me all about the material the toy was made of. Honey....it’s not about what it’s made of, it’s about what pleases me. I purchased a bottle of lubricant to get her off my back so I could get some peace and get out the door before my frustrations got the better of me.Apparently I wasn’t going to buy what I wanted but what she wanted. I guess we both lost because I didn’t buy either one. Unfortunately I didn’t think it through enough to get this sales persons name or I would call and complain. She was short with dark hair and glasses. If you must stop here void this person at all cost because you won’t get what “YOU” want. I won’t be back. Guess I’ll drive a few more miles to the competition. At least there they will sell me what I am looking for!

They were so nice! The lady helped point out what might work for my needs and was happy that I found something, even if it wasnt what she suggested. She made sure the toy worked in-store and explained how to clean it. A lot of their products have 5 year warranties. They definitely have my business!

Very clean place. Staff is very knowledgeable and makes you comfortable. When discussing sex it is easy to get awkward and they do a good job to limit the awkwardness.

Absolutely marvelous. The employees were very helpful and made me feel comfortable being there. The young woman that helped me, I believe her name was Kat, was charistmatic and just took away the nuanced pressure you get when you go somewhere for the first time. Extremely helpful. I had the wrong size of an item and staff helped me pick out a size for me and it had a 5 year warranty. They demonstrated how to attach the item together to its counter part and switch out. Will definitely go back!!!

So its been a few days. Howerever, I wanted to share with everyone about my experience at this store. So, I have never been inside an Adult store before. And on this certain day. Ill always remember. I decided to go in and maybe find myself a toy. I walked in and a very nice and charming girl welcomed me. That made me feel for comfortable about shopping here. I was just looking around and I started to feel over whelmed. And then is young women named Mary came up to me and asked me if there was anything she could do to help me. And I am surpirsed that she was so paitent with me and how she answered my questions. Because most people get annoyed or they walk off. However, she was more than happy to help me and answer my questions. She helped me pick out my first ever toy and she told me how to clean it and what kind of lube to use. And I can honestly say that if it wasnt for her. I wouldnt have gotten anything. And I am so glade I did. I cant thank her enough. Mary is definitely an amazing person and I will definitely come back to shop here again! And thats all thanks to a young hard working women named Mary.

As great as service as Lions Den. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful to me and made me feel comfortable. The many selections of merchandise was good and appealed well to both genders.
