Michaels

My cashier, Shianne (?), was great!! Very kind and courteous! Got what I needed and it was on sale!

Love this place and everything it stands for, 10/10 would craft again

I go here for everything craft-wise- from candles to jewelry to scrapbooking! Its the closest Michaels to me and Ive been coming here for years. Super helpful and sweet staff, Ive never had an issue!

People are always so helpful and nice here. Plus the organization on the shelves make me happy.

Buy alot of my cheaper style frames here

A guy attacked my boyfriend while we were in the store. He had our 1 yr old with him amd the guy was throwing stuff at him and the baby. Guy kept yelling he has a disability, which is unfortunate. That does NOT give you the right to attack a human and their baby! The workers stated they were trying to get him out, but that doesnt help the fact that he was throwing things at a baby.

The people are always so friendly and helpful!

Can always find the supplies I need. Staff helpful. Would be nice to have a handicapped scooter for shopping.

Way too much fuN stuff!!

Always plenty of options. Staff in framing department was patient and very helpful.

I always find what I need. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable

Good prices, good social distancing practices. Was out of an item I wanted, but found a good replacement.

This store is so nice! At the other craft stores the cashiers gave me a sassy attitude. In this one not only are the Cashiers friendly and extremely helpful the employees around the store are friendly and eager to help anyone in need of help.

Fun store, helpful staff

Online it stated the store was open. Upon arriving there was a note on the door stating curbside pick- up only. I needed items to keep my sanity qith theae kids.

I love to get spring flowers here there is a wide selection and they had a floral sale.

Good prices and a wide variety.

I love this place

Good variety of crafts

Great work, awesome outcome

Great selection for various crafts, less than stellar customer service. If you like to shop with no one bothering you, this is a good choice. If you prefer to have someone ask if you need help finding anything, choose a different craft store.

When u looking for hard to find items they may have..

Always nice going here. Prices are decent and variety it huge !!

Great craft store. Dont forget your 40% off coupon.

Awesome selection of craft supplies. Use their 40% off coupon, downloadable from their website on your phone!

There was no help available and very cluttered. Only one cashier and I had to wait in a long line just to have her page someone from the back to come out and help me.

Fun store way to easy to spend money

Love the selection

Nice place. Helpful assistance

A little high on somethings, but they have everything I needed for my glass crafting.

I appreciate that it is a store that allows dogs!

Love this place! All your crafting needs! I got some awesome stickers for my personal calendar that Im in love with. The customers are helpful and they always have coupons!

Drove 30 minutes to shop here but every aisle I needed was totally blocked with ladders and pallets of merchandise. Employees were far more concerned with stocking than making room for me and I had to wait for them to finish meandering to even get close to the items I wanted to buy. The only way through was constantly blocked by employees who didnt want to make room for a customer. Horrible experience. Left to go somewhere else to buy.

They carry so many different items that I know I can find what I am looking for from scrapbooking to crocheting.

Has everything you need to craft with!

Almost always have what I need and gives me inspired for other projects. Good coupons on their app as well! Helpful especially too.

Went in for a mat and picture frame. Gentlemen in the framing department was very helpful in finding exactly what I wanted.

A lot of deal with a70% off

Good place to get arts and crafts items

They treat you like... Not a king. This place treats you endlessly like a best friend and a super valued consumer. And if you catch the right deals every six months or so... Youll be walking out with a giant canvas or a truckload of paint for almost nothing.Be patient if youre a poor/starving artist and wait for the deals. Otherwise, support this local gem of a retail giant that currently has ALL great staff. They generally give out small coupons on their website and attached to receipts, so dont be too much of a penny pincher! Why? That will just delay getting your art done! That leads to endless masterpieces not getting created!!!

Nice store with lots of selection but prices kinda high!

Fun place to find projects.

Went looking for a fall wreath and found they were too expensive but found some really cute door hangings for fall and are very happy.

The good: The prices are more affordable than Hobby Lobby on many thingsThe less good: it can be hard to find what youre looking for using the aisle names.

They need more workers! One day I came in and there was only two people I could find and they were both checking people out at then front registers. I waited a half hour until one of them was done and could come help me, I was then late for work.

Models great selection

Always have the crafting stuff we need

AWESOME WE LOVE THE HALLOWEEN STUFF

I saw online they stock stationary, but the store didnt actually carry it (or so I was told by an employee). Otherwise nice, clean store.

Everything you need.

We went during their Christmas sale, store was busy of course, but the deals were great and the check out lines moved fast

Always have what I am looking for

Lots of craft a decorative items

Two individuals in the framing department were excellent!

Very much enjoy this store, staff are all over but difficult to locate when you need one. Often visiting about various topics verses striving to help other customers

The store is pretty well kept, has a decent selection, but the best part is how kind the staff is there. There was a girl who came up to me and helped me find everything I was looking for. They have a really good staff

Love it here . Definitely everything you could ask for being a crafty person

Had exactly what I needed.

Very nice workers always trying to help

Love Michaels lots of great selections

They have great deals. Always look for a coupon online!

I love the variety at Michaels.

Very helpful and open on Sundays.

Nice store with a large selection, but their prices seemed high to me.

Enjoy going there, store is always clean, great ideas.

This store is fun!

Easy parking.

Nice environment, good variety, friendly staff

I really like this store. The staff is very friendly, however most staff that I have asked a question about a certain craft are not familiar with it. I suppose they cant know how to do ALL crafts but I do expect them to find someone that does know something about the supplies I am looking for.Their supplies are reasonable in price but like always you can find the supplies or similar supplies for less at other craft stores.Im thankful that this store is within a 35 miles radius of my home.

I dislike this place and its pricing of products. Frequently I will buy thingson sale according to the sticker on front of the product, and get tithe register and find out that sticker was meant for the other product on the shelf? HUNH? I can never find anyone helpful, the staff knows the store about as well as I do

Great place to get your craft supplies

Lots of fun stuff to fill your life with

Love it

I always use coupons here from my phone with no issue, and they are usually very well stocked. Lines can get a little long at times but overall Ive had great experiences here.

Love this store!

Can spend all day in that store!

So many tempting craft ideas and materials.

I like Michaels except when they dont have an item I need. LoL That is my go to place for my emergency art supplies.

Great coupon policy, plus good prices!

I love Michaels because they always have sales going on and also they sell a lot of fake foliage and mosses that I love to use for my reptiles terrariums.

Great sales.

Love the fun crafty items!!! If you need knitting supplies, this is the place to go. Plus, the service has been friendly, helpful and fast.

Science fair board :)

Typical store. Staff was helpful.

Thought Id died & gone to heaven

Only place to get cricut stuff!

My wife, kids, and I love this place. Especially, the craft classes they have on the weekends.

They take competitor coupons.

Great deals and selection

Great food, service & price

My favorite arts and crafts store only place I buy crafts at love this place recommended to everyone including my enemy

There are usually some wonderful coupons and sales. I always spend more time here than intended and they almost always have what I need!
