I enjoyed bowling here and appreciated the safety precautions put in place to mitigate COVID but still allow community members to go and have fun. We also went mini golfing which seemed a little expensive for the amount of holes played ($7 for 10 holes- I think, I cant remember exactly amount of holes but definitely less than standard 18). I did think the arcade was fun and had great variety of games to choose from! All in all, a fun time.

Fun was had by kids and adults. Will be back again. Next time for the bowling and maybe laser tag.

The mini golf course was unplayable. You can’t see the holes and there are no walls between the holes, it’s so dark you can’t see where holes end and start. The only thing fun about this course is laughing how bad it is.

Took our sons here for their last big night before school starts. There are a lot of fun activities and games, Ill give them that. And the kids working were all very helpful. The problem is, several of the games were broken or eating our money and not giving us tickets. The staff were quick to refund, which I really appreciated. Prize selection is pretty decent for kids but man oh man you can drop money quickly here! My boys had a good time, thats what counts. Im sure well be back, next time for supper too. We never made it out of the arcade this time around.We didnt try bowling or laser tag or mini golf either but that appeared to be a bit the draw for the teens and preteens.

There is so much to do here for people of all ages! Bowling, mini golf, arcade, food, bar and so much more. Staff is super friendly and everything was super clean. They created and followed CDC guidelines for COVID, and made it possible for us to still have fun. Thank you WOW!Zone!!

The Wow! Zone is a top notch place to have meetings, and have fun! My BNI Networking group meets their weekly and it is always clean, staff is wonderful and the food for lunch has always been top notch! This is a place that accommodates kids, parties, bowling and food! Highly recommend for a fun afternoon with the kids or to book your corporate party or meeting!

Awful mini golf course.. a good chunk of the arcade games were faulty and with the high prices per game thats just rude honestly. Dont bring your kids here there is plenty of other places to go

Surprising to many, WOW has some of the best food in Mankato. They have the #1 prime rib town. Burgers, wins and pics are all very good also.

The WOW Zone is a great place for fun for any age! Whether its bowling, games, company outings, business meetings or fundraising they have it all! friendly staff too! Pam and Allison go out of their way to make their establishment the go to place for fun in Mankato!

Ok service, Ok place, the bad part is that if you use a credit or debit card they may charge your cards multiple times. I recently visited and used my debit card only to find that it had been charged 4 times the following day for over double what it should have been. The manager, although nice, had a hard time resolving the issue after first stating that it was only pending charges (it wasnt) and they would fall off the account. Then, rather than cancel the incorrect charges she processed a refund (which takes days to get) for the incorrect amount. The amount of time spent dealing with something that should have been simple (or ideally never occurred at all) is not worth the time to visit this place. But I can relax now because Ive been informed that the manager is certain that their employees wouldnt steal and they will make it correct. Thank goodness.

Good atmosphere its bowling you can have drinks you can have pizza theyve got a decent dining area and be careful some of the video games and well take your money they do need to step their game up in that department otherwise good place Ill be back

Good food, fair prices, great service. Our large group of 20 adults and children (hockey team) had room to sit together, received our meals hot and within a few minutes of each other. The boys had a blast playing games and winning prizes. Plenty of parking, easy to find and was a great place for us to hang out between games.

We go to the restaurant a lot. They have a great menu. Very awesome wait staff. The fried food has been coming out very dark but everything else is good

This is a great place to visit with family and friends. We took our 2 year old and she had a great time! The food we had for lunch was awesome and because we went on a Sunday our daughter ate free! Over all I would recommend it!

Wow Zone is a fun place to be when its cold out or too hot out! Theres bowling, pool, & arcade games. Plus, on some nights, in the bar, theres live music. :)The food is great, too! They have a chicken sandwich with veggies & cheese & parmesan fries thats my favorite.1 of the owners is Pam Demarce, whos a member of a womens networking group in G. M. A. that I belong to called Women Executives in Business.

We watched our relative bowl in a tournament. He had a great time too. And his brother played in the game room during the tournament. Also they served food/drinks to others around, making it easier to stay with the ones we wanted to watch.And the bathroom was roomy and clean.They also have a restaurant with ample space for groups.Id be willing to go back!

Had a good time bowling with the family. Seemed like a lot of people were enjoying some food while they bowled although we didnt. Prices seemed reasonable and it looked like they had some good deals throughout the week. My only issue was finding a bowling ball that fit my fat fingers.

Good service and good food. The Wow Zone was fun but the place could use some TLC. Many of the arcade games did not work and the black light mini golf was in need of repair. Many of the black lights were out and it was almost impossible to enjoy it. Next time we plan on bowling, the lanes looked very nice!

They have great food and an Arcade. They also have a buffet on Sunday mornings. The atmosphere is noisy depending on where you are. The service is great.

One of the best establishments in the Mankato area for bowling, mini golf and laser tag. They have a small arcade and food and drinks available. The pizza is really good. They have some awesome specials that rotate. We did the unlimited bowling, mini golf and laser tag for 13$ a person. It ran from 5pm to 8pm. It was great bang for buck. I recommend checking this place out!

We were there for a family Thanksgiving. They had all the the main foods, Turkey, Ham, mashed potatoes, gravey. dressing, cranberries, Green beans baked with onions, rolls . . . . Good food and the kids had a blast with the games and stuff. Think they do Easter also. Great venue.

I bowl on a couple leagues at Wow Zone and spend a lot of my time there. Wow Zone has the best owner (Pam). Pam is not an owner who spends all of her time enjoying her life outside of the building. She is hard working but laid back, fun, and cares about so many people. She basically lives at the Wow Zone and bowls on league. The business world needs more people like her. Great ownership.The staff at Wow Zone are all very friendly, and its fun to build relationships with everybody. Though some of the wait staff could use more training, and some of the food could be better, overall its a wonderful place for families, league members, college students, and company parties.

I love it you can have so much fun there

We visited the arcade and it was very fun. One of the machines wasnt working properly and ate my dollar but they fixed the problem immediately with no trouble. The prize selection is good too, we didnt go with the intention of winning prizes but ended up with some cool ones as a bonus.

While this place is cheap, the entertainment is also cheap. None of it is very fun. The only upside to this place is bowling and I didnt even go bowling. The mini golf there is atrocious and I am not planning on going there again. I might go there to bowl again, but there are better places to go. This would be a great time for very little kids, but other than that its not worth your money.

Fun spot but a lot of the arcade games were out of order

Food was not the best. Got the app sampler and a mac cheese sausage flatbread pizza. The waiter didnt tell us they were out of fried pickles so the replaced it with hot dog bites. We asked about the pickles and the waiter said they were out and offered something else and or money off, we said money off and then there was no money taken off. Nice place though.

Come here pretty regularly with friends to go bowling. Some of us bring our own balls and the staff are almost always great to work with. Usually we can get a lane no problem, and most times the servers are very prompt and curteous about making sure we are covered for food and beverage. Sometimes we order food and pop/beer, and sometimes just water. Usually service is pretty great, but today not so much. The place is/was not busy by any means. Yet, the server working today spent most of her time chatting with the lady behind the bar. We did not once get stopped at to see if we needed anything which has been custom service standard for many years. The rest of the staff were great, but the server was sub-par. We came in to bowl and get food, but we had to get food elsewhere in Mankato today. We are not mad, just disappointed.

Ive been to WOW Zone with my family a few times and the kids always have a good time. I just went recently with one of my teams from work as part of our team building day and had a blast. Great deal for bowling as a group and laser tag. They were super friendly and helpful to find us the best deal and gave us some extra time on the lanes!!

This place was a scam and I honestly wanted to ask for our money back. Because our youngest is only 3 we decided to just stick to the arcade area but then soon realized only about 40% of the games actually worked. Some games were on, said they were functioning but then nothing happened after you swiped your game card and it took your money. The Jurassic Park game was rigged or the guns were malfunctioning to the point where you couldn’t win even if you tried. I don’t know what kind of business they were running there but I’m from the cities and I’m used to 90%+ of all machines functioning correctly or there is an obvious sign on it that says out of order. If this place had a sign on every machine that was not functioning properly, it would’ve been obvious enough right when we walked in that we would’ve known to abort and go else where.

Have been to Wow! Zone quite a few times and have enjoyed my experiences there. Didnt think the food was going to taste too great being that it was an entertainment place but was wrong! Big menu to choose from, bowling is fun and laser tag made me relive my childhood memories!

The staff here is great, accommodating for big groups. My go-to when planning work events! Plus their food is really good!

Bought a $50 game card and after playing several games found out most games are not even functional. What a joke. Dont waste time on the arcade. The owners certainly are not spending any time there.

Such a great place to bring the family. You can watch the game and the kids can go have fun with laser tag, arcade, mini golf, and bowling. Or you can all hang out together the wow some is fun for kids and adults.

I love playing poker there. But sometimes its hard to get stuff ordered and get it on decent time for not get forgot about wish they would not keep on changing their servers on Tuesday night.

This is a mixed review. The bowling and food part of wow zone are great! Deserve 5 stars. However, the kids game and arcade area deserves only 2 if that. I was just there recently (3/4/18) and had a great time with family and friends bowling. I decide to take my kid and play some of the games. I was very disappointed in the lack of general maintenance on a lot of the machines. The ball drop games for example had multiple balls stuck in various places. Meaning that the belt that fed the drop had balls missing on the belt. It would only advance one ball spot and take your credit. Even if there was no ball there. The price for most of the machines we were able to play on was pretty high. With many taking a whole Dollar to play. I didnt bother with any refunds and just chalked it up to an experience. Overall Id have to say its a great place to eat or bowl! Just take caution in the game zone.

I have a daily allergy and they have made multiple accommodations for me! They have awesome food for everyone! Games from 2-99! I always have a great time if Im with just adults or with family. Pam loves to give to the community! And it really shows at the WOW!Zone. The homemade food & soups at the WOW!Zone are to die for! My son loves to play in the arcade. Thanks for the food & fun!

Food was very good. Table service was above average. After dinner, we chatted with friends while they bowled a game.

Good place for kids

Burger day (Tuesday) is cheap and delicious! The wait staff tries but do not expect to be blown out of the water with the service.

We came for the arcade and 1/3 of the games were out of order and a few machines took the swipe but didnt give any plays. Also the prizes we so expansive for such low quality. Ill give it another try another day. Just not super impressed.

Wow Zone! Where to start? I love this place its great for parties, dates and spending a rainy day. I would love to give them a 5 star rating, but they need to work on the Wow! Zone staff in the bar/restaurant. The last few times we were there for food it was cold, and service was bad.

The lanes are nice and a quick reaction with any help needed. Snacks are delivered to the lane! Games for the kids too.

Was meeting with family for my kids birthdays. They were very accommodating and friendly. Brought out longer tables to set up the pizza cupcakes and presents. Kids had a lot of fun playing all the games and running around.

Ate at the bar because it was open on Christmas night. Pizza was quite good. Some domestic and specialty beer choices. Friendly staff. Only four stars because well, kids running around of course.

We got tired of Black Friday shopping and wanted to relax. Bowling was the answer. Showed up with a party of 8 and got right in on two lanes. Affordable fees and shoe rental. Good food choices and beverages. I would definitely come here again.

Our whole family loves everything about the WOW Zone. Pam gives that place such a personal touch and it shows. Excellent food, atmosphere and the bowling alley is so nice! We recently bought our own balls and shoes from the pro shop there and were very impressed with it.

Food used to be great last two time we went it was terrible! Wife found plastic in her cold pasta! Got rid of the only sandwich I liked there the hot sausage. Reuben was cold and corn beef was chewy and just did not taste good

This was the first place I visited for leisure when I moved to Mankato, and I had a lot of fun. The staff is really laid back and respectful, and theres a bar/restaurant available. I was with a few associates and we played a few bowling games. The lanes were clean and the atmosphere was very inviting.

Food was great, but only about half the arcade games worked.Ill do my best to describe the broken machines.Pirate machine back right corner of arcade.Some ball drop game, right next to the pirate game, also the machine was open so I was able to access the I side of the ball drop machine.And a dino dino game that wouldnt launch the ball.

Customer service has always been great.. however took my son there to play arcade games and Half of them were out of order.. very disappointing as it’s the only “arcade” in town...

Our kids love the Wow Zone and it’s also a great spot for events. We have had several company party’s at the Wow Zone and they have all been great.

Its a pretty good bowling alley. Nothing to write home about, but pretty good.

Amazing staff comfortably sat out entire party in their office suite/party room. Despite having limited servers (due to our unexpected visit) they were able to handle multiple orders and tickets flawlessly.

Had my sons 1 birthday there, and they were fantastic! Party started at 12, I called at about 9 and ordered the pizzas I wanted and asked they be done at 1230, and they were all ready right on time. They placed them in the buffet style warmer just outside the room for our guest to get without taking up space in the room. Joey was the employee helping us and I give him 10 stars! Very helpful, funny and nice defiantly be doing more birthdays there!

Nice place that is ready to take on large groups of people with many things to do, and for all ages. Appreciate the nice folks and overall clean set-up of the facility. Will certainly be back when we are in town visiting family.

This is a great WOW zone place to bring the family. If you want to make an afternoon out of it then I would suggest the lazer tag along with a game or two of bowling. They also have an arcade, bar/restaurant, a quick snack area. But the Mankato WOW ZONE also features a second private bowling alley that is kind of in the back of the place. It usually offers your own bar and waitress to keep the food and beer rolling.
