I have been associated with Manhattans UFM for a number of years. I have taken their classes and also taught a class - a great experience. I am also a former Board Member and Past President.A recent addition to their offerings have been classes connected with the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. This national institute has been a excellent addition to the course offerings of UFM.Finally, as their website suggests, TRYUFM.
