Nice place to live

A really great family ownes this place & other rental properties they are fair & actually will help people.

They can do so much better!!

Its a nice place to live. Its safe, clean and quiet. Everyone is friendly. Maintenance fixes repairs as soon as they are reported.

Availability is first come first serve. The mobiles are very well maintained and clean! They also rent weekly! How awesome is that? Totally awesome!

Definitely one of the lower end trailer parks.

This is the best place I have ever lived

Maintenance takes to many short cuts when fixing trailers. Smells like sewage when it rains, yards flood so bad kids cant play.. needs work someone who cares about there tenants

Very peaceful place to stay. The inside of the mobile homes are very nice and livable.

You can live here without incident if you dont mind not having a life or an opinion

Its nice close to town yet not in town.
