Very nice people that work there they did the store did not have what I wanted cuz it didnt carry it the other stores do you would think the most of the Michaels craft stores would carry all the same thing but the one in Manchester doesnt have the space at the one in Salem does thats about it but the people are supposed to the employees are organ Manchester or exemplary they did an amazing job they told me where she thought I have had a question told me where stuff was and they were awesome you know pleasure to talk to everything like that you know just absolutely awesome the employees who wrote great and the store was rather busy and they took the time to show me where some stuff walls and everything else that they didnt actually a job if you get a raise

I recently went in to have some custom framing done. I have to say that Lainey is by far the most helpful, knowledgeable, respectful person I have ever dealt with. I have worked with her on a number of projects and it’s always a joy. She offers great advice and is very nice. I can’t say enough good things about her!

Extremely poor customer service I had to search for a staff member ended up finding people that worked outback. The new store manager is awful. He is rude, has poor communication skills and forget about customer service. I went in for a few items to complete my daughters birthday gift. They confirmed they had 28 in stock of one item iIwas looking for non of the employees could find it. They had something kinda similar but it was $2 more I ask the manager if they could match the price because they couldnt find the ones I needed. He rudely say NO. When I explain that it says they had them 28 to be exact on hand and staff has looked found he said well we dont have them and Im not given them at that price. I immediately checked out with what was in my basket and left. I ended up down the street at Hobby lobby. Friendly staff and the products I needed to finish my daughters birthday gift. I will not return here again.

They always have a ton of cute decorations and crafts. You can never leave this place without having to buy something you found. Great place for teachers and people that love to craft!

Always have what I am looking for and their shelves are fully stocked which is rare in this area.

Showed up at the Manch location at 8:20PM and it was all closed down, despite online hours updated by the business saying they close at 10PM. Even signs in the windows said they close at 10PM...

They are not following or enforcing the Covid guidelines. They have store clerks walking right up to you while youre waiting in line to scan items, no one is following the six foot distance recommendations and the store isnt enforcing it. No wonder NH Covid numbers are rising!!

Lots of craft ideas and rigbt now there is sooooo much Christmas stuff to choose from!!!

I would give them 5 stars but they have no fabric at this store.

Although they dont carry as much yarn as they used to, you can buy online and ship to store for free. They have designated curbside parking for a fast pick up!

Vast selection. Decent prices and lots of coupons. Sometimes lines are a bit long but service is friendly.

Great store with friendly staff. It has a good selection of crafting materials but their clearance section is a dysfunctional mess. Everything is tossed into bins along a wall. The way that they are stacked make it impossible for short people like me to sift through all the items.

I love this store. They have the best stuff including the best yarn but they are RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE!!! They need to lower their prices.... you can get A LOT of the same exact yarns at Walmart for a much cheaper price.

Just picked up some things I ordered online for curb side pickup and the lady that brought it out to me was so rude!! She gave me so much attitude and walked away from me when I was trying to explain my order to her.

Was able to get everything I needed even when they were out of the product on the shelf! Very pleased!!

I think that this craft store has everything you will need to do any craft. The only problem is the prices. Prices on beads are crazy, I mean $8 for a short string of beads is crazy. but other than that its a good store

Disappointing. Ive been to other locations and loved them, I would look forward to a visit. The atmosphere in this location was simply depressing. It had the cavernous feel of a warehouse store. Employees were hard to find and the individuals that we did interact with were less than helpful. We purchased art supplies and gift bags that were so flimsy that they needed to be reinforced with tape at the folds.

I very much enjoyed this Michaels in Manchester NH as opposed to my local one. Much more variety of craft items, friendly staff, and ease of navigating the store. Excellent layout.

Do you need craft supplies? Do you detest the religious nonsense of hobby lobby? Michaels has nearly everything you need. The layout is pretty good and I can find things quickly. The staff are pleasant. They also have a fabulous selection of photo frames.

If your artistic then this store is like heaven on earth. They have so many art supplies to choose from its impossible to not go through every aisle. They have everything from painting to sewing to cooking and decorations for every type and themed party. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there was an item I needed and have to go back because they didnt have it on hand.

Product schema and inventory are delightful, but I cannot find a culture or personality to this business. Aside from corporate marketing, there are no tangible Alternative options, such as demos, classes or something other than standard retail model of shop-checkout-leave could make this more than just not Hobby Lobby

I like Michaels because of their selection of frames. Way better than Target or Walmart or anything. Ive only been in a few times but Ive found what Ive wanted every time.

This was my first visit to the Michaels in Manchester. I was searching for Easter decor and faux spring flowers and there was a nice selection of each. The cashier, Corrine, was very personable and helpful with coupons!

Its a really fun and cool crafty place. Whenever my children have school projects, Michaels is the first place I head to. Overall its a great store

Sometimes I find something... Other times I walk out empty handed.

I love going to Michaels because it is always an adventure in creativity. The workers in this location are fantastic: knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. There are always great deals to be found; something is always on sale. The only negative I have is that because it is a smaller place, their selection of certain things, like balsa wood and model kits, for example, isnt that great. Otherwise, awesome place.

They did not have any seasonal crafts that were worth buying to do with my son. This was not the first time Ive been very disappointed. Pretty much if you dont want to spend $30 on a Disney craft, youre out of luck.
