My kid had a blast here at Chuck e Cheese! Loved all the games. During this whole pandemic they are taking care of the place Nicely. They have a guy walking around sanitization and cleaning everything in there gets touched. Will be back again.

I was pleasantly surprised! I guess I was expecting it to be a little messy, sticky, loud... because of the kids. But it was very clean and orderly! The stuffed crust pizza was pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall great time with the kids, but remember (like all locations) always keep an eye on your tickets and play passes! They can get snatched quickly!

Manager Jason is very helpful and kind. Pizza was yummy and the staff kept everything very well sanitized.

Had both my daughter’s birthdays here and it was great! They messed up on one of the pizzas ordered, they fixed it and still didn’t charge me. Manager was great. Such a great time for the kids. Definitely worth every penny!

My kids had fun. I was a bit disappointed that the bumper cars werent working there. Also, I wish that the staff would kick people out for not watching their kids. Kids were interrupting our birthday party the whole time. One little girl (about 4 years old) was climbing on top of the games and I was worried she was going to get hurt. I observed her on her own for at least 45 minutes with no supervision.

I went here all the time when I was younger when they used to use tokens but now they use cards. Over all they have good games but low ticket jackpots.

The pizza is actually better than you may think, salad bar is average. BUT, bring your $$ if the kids are going to play games! Its not free and its not cheap. 2 pizzas, 5 drinks an hour of play for 3 kids= $150 !!!!

Awesome place! My niece that is 3 had her bday party here & loved it. There is a lot of room as well. Not too crowded and very nice & respectful people that work here.

I hate to love this place. But my kids always have a great time, I love the pizza, and it is affordable entertainment.

Great Chuck e cheese. Alot of new games available. Location has all you can play which is a plus. If you have kids that love to visit often get the Chuck e cheese rewards app and get rewarded. You get a $10 discount every 3 visits. Overall this location is very well ran, the games have always been up and running and the location is very clean.

It’s fun and clean environment for kids. This place is pretty big compare to other chuck E Cheese locations. There had been some issues with certain equipment not working but staffs were fast fixing the equipment. Customer service was great too. The pizza was delicious.

Held my son’s 5th Birthday party at this location yesterday and everything went great! The service was great, the food was enjoyed and the kids enjoyed themselves. I would definitely recommend! Our party host Alyssa was wonderful!

Went on a Saturday morning. Place was packed! Service was excellent tho. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ordered some food and it came out within about 15 minutes and was really really good. We got a large pizza, plain wings and cheesy bread. Games attendants came quickly to service machines that malfunctioned. Bathrooms were clean.

My nephew has had 2 birthday parties here he loves it

We have been to this one a little more than thought. The staff has seemed to be very helpful each time we have returned. The pricing is a little high, the food is good. For the foot traffic they appear to have, they should be bigger and add at least another game attendant to help support the high demand times. Thank you.

This Chuck E Cheese is simply amazing. There are tons of games to play, even ride on games to include some amusement attractions! My children are five years apart which is hard to have family outings because of age and height requirements. But, this is a great place to take them to where they both can enjoy themselves. We eat here every time we come and the pizza is always delicious. The staff here is always helpful and pleasant!

I always come during the week when its slow. I enjoy the polite and friendliness of the staff. I ate at the lunch buffet everything was fresh, hot and delicious. Its always clean here. The only issue is that people leave the customers unattended right when we need something we have to search for someone to help.

The place was good, but the food took almost 1 hour to be served.

Pizza is excellent! This location is bigger than other locations, so a little less crowded. Its a good birthday party place for little kids.

The food has improved from when I was a kid. The mascot is also much better! However the games were not great. The skiball has a fast timer that causes you to lose balls, they have 3 balls and you have to wait for a reset to redeploy the balls. The gold fish game also cheats you on balls. However you go here for fun, and all in all a good time was had.

Only four stars because too many games didnt work or were out of tickets. Always a fun time for kids and parents.

This has been a staple in the community since my parents used to take me as a child - now I enjoy bringing my own, as does he.This Chuck E Cheese is larger than most in the surrounding area, which means less waiting on a game or ride.Customer service here is very kid friendly.The food is decent, and the robotic mouse is a little creepy. Other than that I personally recommend this location.

I remember they had a ball pit and some games were free... all it is now is a cash cow. You pay for every game there. The place was decently clean, what else do you expect from under payed teenagers. Pizza was expensive, bathrooms were ok, friendliness was fine could be better.

The place was empty and quiet!!! It was one of my granddaughters birthdays and it was a great way for 3 little ones to safely burn off energy and blow through money on the cards. They were all exhausted when we left!!! Mission accomplished.

Love that you can now select how long you want to play or get points. I did both for the 4 of my kids. Definitely get the unlimited play!!! The kids get way more tickets, more time to play what they want & their happy!!

The security for the kids, the pizza for the kids and parents have someone else to the clean up. The kids can have controlled wildness there.

Note to the public: if your kids are nearly old enough to drive themselves, its time for them to visit elsewhere. Let the 3-10 year olds have their fun.

An excellent place to kill some time with the kids. A great selection of games for kids of all ages. All games are only a token so you dont have to worry about a game costing $2 to play. Honestly, the pizza isnt too bad either. Look for coupons online to get some extra deals.

The chain seems to have regressed since my own childhood, this particular location is small, had several games and ticket readers that were broken and did not even operate the tiny bumper car ride once while we were there. The prizes are a joke and outrageously over valued...100 tickets for a pinky finger sized plastic shark?? That would have been 10 tickets at other places. The pizza was just barely edible. If Youre looking for a better value and more fun go to Uptown Ally at nearby Manassas mall. The only plus for Chucks place is the child security, which is a black light numerical stamp that matches the parents, but not like Id ever take my eyes off of my kids there anyway.

Very nice event the place was very clean and I would recommend it for any afternoon fun on a rainy day or Sunny day

Good pizza but under staffed

One more fun experience with the kids, they are growing up so fast so I try to enjoy my time with them at the best.

Its has lots of new games and more tickets are dispensed than before (my 3 year old loved this). The bathrooms are pretty decent and the place has lots of new hires that help you out quickly.

Nice place for the kids. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the ticket counting machines sick! They should have the option to count them for you, like they use to! Its hard to count tickets with kids!

A place to kids to play in a rain day!

I went 2 weeks algo half of the machines were broken, some machines didn’t give you all the tickets that u won and they said they will refund me back a card that i didnt need with play time and it was never refunded to my credit card so i didnt got refunded nither used that play time of the card that i was supposed to be refunded so it was a waste of $16

THIS IS FOR WHOEVER PUTS ON THE CHUCKIE OUTFIT!come on.. be more exciting for the children. You walk out dragging and seem like you hate your life. Why cant they chose someone who likes to dance around and be silly to play chuckie. It would excite children more and make chuckie cheese more fun.Stop being boring!

We have been to many of these stores some good some very bad this one was so so, they have a new scam now using these cards instead of coins do not be fooled by the 60 min time limit you really only get 20 min of play time because it takes each machine 1 to 2 min to register the card and drop the coin so the store wins out on this and the kids loose out . The actual point cards worked out a little better but when they got down to low numbers they did not let you use the final points and demanded you add more money to continue. The staff was not friendly and appeared to have a problem with people not of their likeness. There was no supervision of the children at all and way to many running amuck alone causing problems and stealing others point tickets. The families who were there had no idea of personal space or common curtsy or any social grace what so ever walking into and right over other people pushing, and complete lack of any normal social manners.

Children really enjoyed playing here. And the food was light years better than what it has been in the past.

Well lit, clean, staff were actively fixing machines that malfunctioned. Enough space to move around even when it was busy.

I have attended and hosted many birthdays at this location in the past and been happy with our experience. Today I attended a birthday party there and was extremely disappointed with the service and upkeep of their games. It took our hostess 17 minutes past our party start time to get the kids their game playing cards. Not ok! Next, we went over to the bumper cars. If you want to ride and there is not an attendant you are supposed to push a call button for an employee to come over. Pushed the button, waited 5 minutes, and no one came over. I asked an employee to please send someone over.....NO ONE CAME!!! Multiple games were not working and the ink in the photo machine was low so the pictures were barely visible.At the prize counter there was 1 person working with a long line of people while other employees were standing around doing nothing. I asked if they could please get another person to help...and they did.Not a great experience.

It was great for the children but for adults it needs in proving food didnt look that good improvements are needed.

Food was very slow coming out for the birthday party we were attending. And there was only two locations to cash in tickets. I Kiosk which should have three side operating was down to only one side working and that side continuously kept getting hung up. We ended up bringing our tickets home with us and we will cash them in at a later date.

I know some people arent to sure about places like these, but, my kids love it! Gives them fun time when it is raining and I dont have to clean up!The staff here has always been helpful and dont seem to mind all of the screaming kids! That is amazing!

Great place, lots of fun. Only 2 faults, first the facilities are dirty, we are always scared of getting sick here. Another problem is the fact that a bunch of the games are broken or rigged, you give your credits to the machine but dont get to play or you get points but they arent recorded.

It was fun for children but expensive. The food was OK. Can spend a couple of hours with kids.

It was chaotic. However, I guess when you have a place for kids to run free and play games, thats to be expected. Some of the machines were not working, which was bad since the place was very full.
