Great place awesome coaches and promote team effort
Great swim, practice and lessons facility. Always clean. Great coaches and instructors.
Great place for some exercise. Helpful personnel. Water felt great. Highly recommend it.
Ive worked here for several years, and wouldnt take any of them back.
My 2 younger daughters (age 4 & 5) had their very first swimming class today. I just cant believe how much better this experience was than the one we did for our older daughter when she was young & we lived in Fairfax. The girls absolutely loved it! Every one from the manager to the instructor was awesome! With my older daughter, there were so many kids in her classes in Fairfax that she just stood on the wall most of the time. In contrast, my younger 2 girls today at Central Park Aquatic Center were working on their swimming the entire time with a small class. I just cant believe I didnt know about this place sooner. I got here by word of mouth of other moms in my subdivision who kept saying overwhelmingly that this was the best swim facility in our area for your kids to learn to swim. And they were right!
Occoquan Swim School (located inside Central Park Aquatics) is the best place to start your child on the path to swim team and competition. They know their stuff and I appreciate the small group setting, small family vibe and feel that it is an extremely good value. CPAC and Occoquan Swimming is the way to go for all your swimming needs (they also have a swim store inside which is very nice and convenient).
Very happy with our swim class experience here. We have tried other local swim classes and I feel my elementary school-aged children have gotten the most out of just one session here. We will continue to take summer classes and hope to continue through winter and aspire to swim team.
Clean and well kept facility. Great spot for winter swim practice!
Facility is clean and the staff is so friendly!I do wish they had better signage the first time we were there, now it doesnt bother me.
While we appreciate the ability to opt-out in December due to the holiday rush, we have been trying for two weeks to re-enroll (still not sure if we have to), with no response from the facility. Weve called many times, left messages, and checked each Saturday during lessons to see if anyone was in the office (nope). It started out just trying to confirm to come the first week in January. I responded to the coach today with a, I dont know and I dont care at this point, retort when asked if we had managed to re-register. That reflects poorly on me and theres no excuse. I dont know what to do to get any response (she responded in a smart fashion herself...deservedly so...but didnt delve deeper into why I was frustrated). Full disclosure: I dont write many reviews. I endure even poor service and dont generally write glowing reviews for good service, but when I do write something, I only do so when I feel wronged and completely frustrated.
Staff is rude. Did not feel comfortable there as a female
Great Masters Program with workouts ready. Love that I can go in morning, afternoon, or night and get my swim practice in!
Excellent swim program that will take your future swimmers all the way to the awesome team (QDD). The pool is warm, the coaches are great, the price is right and Pam Reid is very accomodating. My kids love it there!
They have great swim teachers for you or your kids
Its okay. Only visited as a swim parent.
Swim very bad
Great for competition
Therapy was thorough
Great pools
Its Awesome
While i was at swim practice i kept drowning because of the water level.
Modern, clean facilities and not an overpowering chlorine stench.
