Who ever established Forest Park Mobile Home community they were smart enough to actually put in a neighborhood instead of just a big Mobile Home Park.

I lived at Forest Park for over 11 years and I have loved it. I have great neighbors. I have found the park to be quiet and they do at great job at keeping it clean. As someone who will more than likely retire at Forest Park I do hope the rent does not go up anymore. I have no issue with the water bill although I do hope Virginia will be another state to ban Ratio Billing. Many states are doing so. I would highly recommend Forest Park. There have only been a few issues that I have had through the years and the office has always handled my concerns, again very few with concern and professionalism. I came from an A.J. Dwoskin apartment community and chose Forest Park because of how they handled the apartment at Woodlee Terrace

They always want to enter your home for an inspection even though its against mobile home association. The rent keeps going up from $500 to $725 for a lot. The water bill you receive is different each month and its higher than normal homes. I do not recommend renting a lot here instead buy a house or get a condo, apartment.

I try to apply to live in this community again, no body explain me if my credit score is low I can not be approved because part to the process, they took my money for the application and waste my time also why they give opportunity to other people with no record? Is not discrimination ? Come on. .

I lived here for 20 years. I seen alto of change for the best. Only complaint I have is the rent goes up every year. When I first moved in the rent was $350 now the rent is over $700. Neighbors are nice and the manager is friendly. If you have a complaint or concern she is on it right away. Not next week.

I’ve been living here for more than FOUR years now and My whole drive way still looks like I live in a third world country, even though I live in Manassas USA Finally I realize who have a third world country mind.

Smart for family if one

Except for a jacked up land rent after your first year, crappy neighbors, cops constantly over, and the property owner constantly trying to find ways to double bill you for money either not due or already paid. Forest Home Mobile Park is the nicest of their properties and has improved resident wise over the last 5 years, however the property managers are only interested in gouging your pockets. They charge high rent and will bill you if they have to mow, rake or take care of the property. If it snows, they wont be paying to help dig you out either. Youre on your own. They have no compassion or even understanding that the renters pay their salaries to work there. They are more than happy to torment residents with condescending and rude behavior, making sure to impair those on fixed incomes as much as possible. These property managers have no sense of moral business practice. They dont bother to get to know the residents or even associate with them. They hide in the office and seem shocked if one of their price gouging policies has upset you. The current onsite manager, Maria is as racist as they come, and is happy to spread that racist hate to anyone who doesnt seem to appreciate her style of service. I have already reported her and the management company to the ACLU and the local Government Delegate, Richard Anderson, for trying to pass a Hispanics Only rule that required management to come in and inspect only Hispanic homes or force them to pay $100 extra to protect their privacy.These people dont care about the residents. They care about how much money they can take them for. They have raised the after bill from $12 a month to $65 month with no explanation other than thats what we get billed.From their website:“Assume nothing; make it happen.” This is our founder’s personal motto and part of what guides us at A.J. Dwoskin & Associates.Its nice to see they deliver as youll get nothing from this horrible company.
