Signal Hill Park

The bathroom at the Pavillion is very unsanitary.It smells like 3-4 decades of urine that was never cleaned up.The restroom areas need to be sanitized immediately. The Urine odor is excruciating!I cant see how it has ever passed a health inspection.Throw bleach on the floor.....Or whatever will kill the germs!!

Loved this park, best place for the little kids with a lazy river and kiddie pool in the middle makes it fun. Will be coming back again in the summer. The park has soccer fields and picnic areas. Great place for an afternoon run.

How cool is this place! Its wide open and seems to be a well-liked park for the locals. As an outsider, it appeared to be used to its maximum capacity. Of course, the waterpark was closed this time of year, but COVID wou6allow that, anyways. But, the basketball courts, soccer field, and walking paths were all in great condition.Unfortunately, like anywhere else though, litterbugs trashed some of the wooded areas. Inside the park was really clean though shout out to the visitors and the FFX County Park Authority for that.Looking forward to the next time we have the opportunity to visit!

The park is Kid Friendly with A No Smoking Young Lungs at Play Sign at the Entrance of the Park. Its great for Birthdays and Family outdoor events.

Fun, free, usually not crowded. Highly recommend for young children. They have a 1-5ish area and a 4-12ish area.

Great park for the kids to burn off some energy. Also can be used for soccer, basketball, baseball/softball or if you like to run the trails are nice and peaceful for long distance runners.

Always coming here to play volleyball, soccer, and baseball with friends and family. They have multiple huge fields with great places to go walking too. I walk my doggies here every once and a while and they love it. The view is great and it’s a very welcoming environment. Park is always kept clean and always ppl there. The water park is so cool, but can get packed on popular days since it isn’t too big. They have lots of parking and a playground. The big fields is really what is the big attraction in my opinion.

Great little park!! Has playground, baseball/softball fields, football/soccer fields, basketball courts, and mini water park.

The park is nice and has a lot of options for different sports. I think one thing that can be improved, is the playground. Its small, and since Signal Hill is one of the nicer parks around, theres a lot of kids. They can really add more to accommodate more children.

Great park for a short or long stay. There is a water park a stones throw away for those extra hot days. Always have a good time with the little one.

Good water park for smaller kids. Attentive staff. No extreme slides so fewer teens. Lazy river is nice. Not a ton of shade (some) so bring plenty of sunscreen. Would love to see family changing rooms. Overall a very good experience. Even the music was perfectly chill.

Beautiful park for children...

This is a pretty nice park. I came here three days a week for a while for my kids soccer season. Tons of open spaces on the fields, and a nice playground. Great place to come let the kids burn off some energy.

Went to the Kite Festival today. It was so windy and fun.

Great family park! Great fields, tennis courts. And best yet every 4th of July. They have fireworks!Romantic settings for picnic dates and amazing forestry, highly recommended.

The lazy river is super nice. We had fun doing the late day exercise against the current too. Missing one star because the bathrooms were real dirty...but maybe because it was end of day.

Standard play area on a hill decreases risk to kids playing.

I go all the time. But my first time was not good. My car was broken into. Nothing was stolen. After what happened years ago. Im causes of my surroundings.

This is a nice park good for all ages. My 1 year and 3 year old kids love being here. This is not very crowded and all the kids gets a chance to play on the slides or the swings for a long time. Elders can go for a walk around the park which makes a big loop. Also big kids can play basketball soccer and other sports.

I enjoy this park for walking the soccer fields or the paved paths. Its well maintained and the scenery provides for a relaxing walk....

Great place lots of space, but I wish you didnt need a permit for the baseball field

The park has picnic tables and small grills, a playground (needs a little work but its still decent) and you can play Cornhole here which is pretty cool (just bring your own beanbags). There are trails and fields and even an older tennis court.

Has plenty of land to walk, run and jogging.

Great place to relax with family or have a special occasion.

Very nice park, lot a of fields to play at and the park looked a nice size. Only issue in saw was that it could use more parking but other than that its a nice place to visit.

Nice big playground, but the playground equipment is a bit rusty in spots and could use repair/replacement soon.

Playground is ok but the signal bay waterpark is so well worth it if you have littles less than 6 years old.

My 3 kids really enjoy this park. Its never too crowded and theres enough room for kids to run around and chase each other. its also very clean, I dont think Ive ever seen trash on the floor or anything gross like that. There are also a couple fields around the play area where you can play some sports.

Signal Bay Water Park: A super fun water park for young kids. There are lots of fun slides and spraying water. I took off one star because a child pooped in the pool and it took at least 5 minutes for lifeguards to notify swimmers.

Decent park to being the kids. Playground is a little small but there are tons of fields and woods.

Great place to fly my drone or take the little one to the playground.

The park is maintained surprisingly well considering the location and being run by the City of Manassas Park. The water park is overpriced and overrated, however.
