Highly recommended for for consigning your art, jewelry and valuables. Their expertise and personalized service really made my experience seamless. Well worth the visit.

Excellent choice of old European paintings.

Delightful experience purchasing a small Hungarian painting; very professional and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Gene is an art expert with a keen eye. I would buy from him again.

I have purchased from Shapiro Auctions several times. I have studied each employees qualifications. Where else can you find so many experts? They have excellent customer service skills and beautiful art. In order to get my undergraduate degree, I was required to take some art courses. Since that time, I have become a serious collector. Shapiro Auctions, most often Antonina, has assisted me with my purchase. Because they are experts in language and art, I have started to rely on them for help. As a matter of fact, I have started to concentrate my purchases on Russian Art. I give them a Gold Star Rating all around!!

A purchase handled flawlessly by a very responsive team. You have to use a third party shipper if you want your purchase to be shipped outside of the US... but the company they recommended did a nice job.

I found Shapiro Auction House, and especially Antonina Chunaeva, who assisted me with all aspects of my purchase, extremely helpful,, going above and beyond with superb Customer Service. I highly recommend them.
