David Jackson here is rude and nasty and completely hates his job! Dont do business with him and dont have him as your landlord!! He will not pay for damages, or even help in any matter what so ever! Very rude and does NOT care about his tenants!! He hangs up if you have an issue and just plain old nasty to his tenants. I REPEAT do not do business with him. I have a merchant who has been paying him every month on time and has rent checks to prove it and still DOES NOTHING to help her out when she needs help. MIND YOU she just came out of surgery and was just diagnosed with CANCER. COLD HEARTED MAN! Woman needs money for her hospital bills and he doesnt care. Not like he is the one giving her money. Just a quick verification and thats all he needs to do. What goes up MUST come down.
