In the outside dining my friend and I waited 30 minutes to be served. The waitress was incredibly rude to us and purposefully refused us service. She served everyone around us, excluding us. Very upsetting. Also masks by workers were on and off the whole night and tables weren’t being cleaned. We went inside for a much better experience.

Refused me and my girlfriend after 3 beers and a mixed drink over four and half hours of being there. It’s one thing to refuse us if we were beligerently drunk, but we weren’t. It’s unfortunate because there were others around us who were much further intoxicated than we were, but continued to be served.

Won tickets to WZLX Halloween bash there. It was very clean, and staff was friendly. I highly recommend the need teriyaki sticks they were more like steak, and delicious.

Came in on a random Friday night. Rain is located inside a bowling alley and at face value it seems like a good setup for a bar and a dance floor. They had live music, which was unfortunately some type of disco, and when they went off stage it would switch to top 40/pop. Quite an interesting mix of music as was the crowd. The crowd ranged from 21 - 60. The drinks were good and so were the prices. If I was planning a night out on the town Im not sure I would go here again.

The bartender was so rude and the night time manager was also rude didnt like the customers service.

Best place to rent if you have birthdays

Went to the Brett Michaels show tonight and its a nice club, nice setup, decent prices. But the absolute best part was the staff. We went to the bar with the club completely packed and got drinks in under 3 minutes and they were friendly and polite. I even saw one of the bouncers get a stool for a woman who had a bad back and was in pain from standing for hours waiting for the show to start. They definitely put effort into providing a good experience. Ill definitely be back.Also they have a designated smoking area (tent) and you can bring drinks with you.

I went here for the RAWBoston art show. Overall the venue was good. It had a decent amount of space, and the stage was in a good, central location to the two bars. Also, the bowling alley is attached, so thats a fun option too.

Went here to watch a band. Pretty good place for it. Speaker placement could be a little better

Good crowd, lively, liked the establishment but paid for an amateur Dj to experiment on the crowd tonight. Dancing stopped at every song transition. Silence. Played three songs multiple times. I dont want to go to work work work ever again. Especially not on a Saturday. Dj dijoiux, where is the jioux? Dj took selifies while transitions flopped. This was our first dabble at Mixx. Not sure well return. Juke box would have been better.
