They were able to get us into the escape room rather quick, gave us a nice background story, and the escape room was a three-room, puzzle escape. It was a lot of fun, and we chose the Secret Temple room, which was really fun. The puzzles were interesting and we were able to escape in the amount of time allowed, which made it even more exhilarating! I had brought my two friends from out of town to this escape room and they enjoyed themselves, too. We enjoyed some small puzzles while we were waiting for the room to be ready for us, which was nice to see and made the time go by faster. I will go back again once Im able to

If I could give zero stars I would. I had previously been here and had a fun time but I booked for a group of six about a month ago and when we showed up for our reservation, there was no one there and they were essentially closed. After digging a little deeper, it seems that this has been going on for a while and no one is getting refunds because they are entirely unresponsive. I even got a thank you and rate us email after my time slot was supposedly up. DO NOT book online with this company. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and even they have not obtained a response. Terrible way to run a business.

Most unprofessional place ever. Please do not come. I reserved a room 3 days ago. received confirmation email and another reminder email this afternoon. Show up 5 min before start time and the place is closed with no one inside and no signs of life. If there was an option to leave 0 stars I would. only phone number listed is to a landline inside. I can hear the phone ringing from outside the door. no response by email. this is entirely a scam.

Great rooms with fun puzzles and solid props. I did their Pirate room and brought a bunch of my friends (all adult group). There were definitely a couple of pieces we wouldnt have put together without the clues from the Game Master, but overall we definitely enjoyed ourselves.On top of that, we also LOVED the waiting room full of all sorts of board games. And its all right next to Boda Borg? What more could you ask for?!

They have some very interesting games, staffs are very friendly, very cute smiles, i havent tried their room escape yet, but that will be my next target.

If zero stars was an option, I would have selected that. We have traveled from lands unknown over the course of countless moons only to arrive at this questionable establishment. I deeply regret wasting a hard earned $140 gift certificate, for upon my arrival I encountered a door as dark as my soul. My pleas for entry were answered only by an utter nothingness that felt like death. A highly coordinated appointment meant nothing to these incompetent fools. After leaving nine voicemails I grudgingly left the facility, only to return to the depths from which I came.

I did this escape room a few weeks ago with my friend. The room is well designed and the puzzles are challenging. There are several puzzles we could not solve but with the help from our game master, we finally made it out. Also there r some board games provided in the lobby. We arrived earlier and played a bit. A nice place to hang out with friend. Will come back and try other rooms.

Like several other aforementioned posts around this time (2020-02-16), this place was closed when my group arrived for our scheduled escape room. A representative did contact me two days prior and stated that they may not be open at my scheduled time and asked if I could reschedule (but did not propose a refund), and I replied that I would prefer to keep my time because of how hard it is to organize a group of people for such an event. He replied okay, and that s/he would see us then.For the two days prior to my scheduled time, I called their locations phone number to confirm my scheduling with a real person. No one picked up at either of their websites two phone numbers. I thought that perhaps their escape room artists were busy organizing the rooms and such, and thought that the one representatives bid to see me on my scheduled time, plus an automated reminder of my scheduled escape room time, are sufficient proof that my time would certainly go through, only to discover that they were closed. While trying one last attempt at their phone number, I could hear the phones ringing in the empty service desk as I stand just outside their entrance.No matter, I had a blast with my friends afterwards anyway, but until the management at this place considers a serious overhaul, I dont understand how their business model of accepting patrons money without providing the reciprocal service can be sustainable. Granted, I dont run a business, but I dont need a helicopter license to tell if a helicopter is crashing.

What an absolute amazing night. We arrived at 7 to become the next Indiana Jones but to our suprise the doors were locked,and the lights were off. At first I thought ... is this the first puzzle.... Warning this was not part of the experience Do Not try to break into the building. After calling the establishment several times and standing out in the cold with two other beautiful young vibrant ladies we did what most would do in our situation, we walked down the street to the nearest bar and drank. But even after a night of fun story telling and talks of areolas, there still remains the question. Why were they closed for our reservation? And will we ever see our money again? Wish we could have solved those mysteries last night, but maybe the new puzzle is how to get our money back and weither or not this place is ever going to be open again.

These guys are a scam...I had to pay upfront to book an escaperoom for the next day and the place wasnt even open when my group got there.We waited for an extra 15 minutes in the cold with another group who booked a room, until we all left to go home.This was a waste of a Saturday and now I have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge since this place isnt picking up the phone.

I booked a reservation for 3 at 7:30. Upon arriving, the business was closed. All of the lights were off as were the computers and monitors were off. I called twice and knocked on the doors. No answer. I received no call stating that my reservation would be canceled. In fact, I received a confirmation email this morning. I am now out $84 and frankly, Im disgusted.

Love this place so much! During summer time my friends and I would basically live here and play board games! The rooms are pretty high quality and incredibly immersive plus the staff were always friendly. A great way to get to know your friends and build strong bonds.

Such a good time! Id recommend not starting out with the most difficult level. Next time we will try an easier level. Clever ideas, neat and clean facility and super nice staff!

A waste. I made a booking for today 12/26, charge was made to my account and when arriving the building was closed. Left disappointed before even having the chance to enter the building. Great and fun escape room. Went today with my friends and we all had a blast, even if we did not make in time out of the room. The room was great, very high tech with cool lock systems. I would just add more context and ambiance to the story (role play) to make it perfect.

I did the secret chamber and the first thing I want to note that the rooms and mechanics behind it is so poorly done. Literal scraps of paint on the floor everywhere. You can see that it was a poorly done by the fact that you can see the buttons and scanners behind where the paint has fallen off. Where’s the challenge if you can practically see where everything is? Secondly all their stuff is broken. We couldn’t advance to the second room even though we did everything right and had staff come in only to be pressing on the runes and then their laser wasn’t working either and had to call in staff again. Reason for the laser was because according to the staffs the manager hasn’t fixed it yet. The door between the second and third room was practically stuck and then had to call the staffs in. Giving this a 2 stars because of the puzzles but other then that wouldn’t come here again.

Have done all three themes with my friends. Staffs are friendly. All three themes are very creative. Puzzles are creative, even though some of them are really hard.We had a great time there with my friends. Especially we played board games there after our games. Very nice place.

The room themes are very cool and unique. Inside of the room the puzzles are challenging but not too challenging. There is also a good variety of different types of puzzles inside of the rooms. The staff is very friendly. The lobby is fun and they have a lot of cool puzzles like Rubik’s cubes and a good selection of board games to play while you wait. Choose your teammates wisely!

My fiancee and i had a great time doing the pirate room escape. The puzzles have a decent level of challenge, and the room mechanisms are very engaging. The room itself also stayed quite true to the theme of the game. There were only two of us doing the escape room and we were unfortunately unable to escape, so i definitely recommend bringing a bigger group to get more people working together on puzzles.

Initially I had a negative experience here. They let me come back and try another room for free. It was a blast! They seem to have resolved the issue that led to my negative experience. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Great place to go for a birthday party regardless of age. The waiting area has plenty of tables, and a large of assortment of puzzles and games to keep you occupied while you wait.

Working here for several months I have been able to create memories with those I never have and also found a home within however that all changed one of our employee was promoted to acting manager. There has been multiple complaints regarding this new acting manager and instances where he has done some very questionable things such as asking the underage employees if they are flirting with him when he himself is a grown adult or the time he asked one of the employee how does it feel to be a ching-chong or the time he wasn’t going to pay an employee for the time they worked because he was frustrated with them. Another thing to note is that some of these escape rooms are constantly malfunctioning due to mechanical errors leading to employees being blamed and harassed for it.Many of the female employees here feel utterly uncomfortable working with him for these reasons and many more but worst was when he began cutting hours for no apparent reason and that’s when I spoke up to him and our manager who was out of China. However this ended in me getting fired because of small reasons which was completely blown out of proportion and defaming my character. I can get fired for ripping up tape while another employee is busy engaging in sexual misconduct in our office which is probably why our chairs back there are broken. But leading up to when I got fire, not once did the acting manager give me a heads up on what I was doing wrong and how I could improve but rather let it accumulate to the point where the decision to fire me was approved. Imagine being a full grown adult and targeting younger employees like this. And while I attempted to communicate the issues with the real managers, they completely disregarded everything I said and allow the acting manager to do as he please at the expense of the other workers.

It was fun. We tried the secret chamber room and we escaped with 2mins left. will definitely come back and do other two.

Super super fun! My universitys game club had an excursion there and it was awesome. Puting a board game cafe with an escape room is a great idea, because you can play while you wait for your room. I did the Mission Z room, and it was fun and challenging.

My husband and 2 sons (aged 11 1/2 and 6 1/2) completed the Secret Chamber escape room, and everyone had a great time! We had the room to ourselves on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommended for a great family outing. This is the 2nd escape room that we have completed with the kids this year, so they had some idea what to expect in terms of the puzzles. The Egyptian theme was a big hit with my 6th grader since he has read all of the Rick Riordan Kane Chronicle books which were based on Egyptian mythology.

I saw them close at 10PM, and they rush me and my friends out at 9PM, because the stuff said he need go out tomorrow 6am, so they need go home, jesusWe already pay for that, we think we have 2 hours play, and they closed. Nvm, but I wouldn’t go there any time.Very bad experience
