Recently saw Pink Flamingos and any theater that will show a movie as scandalous as that, is groovy in my book. Chicken fingers are the best Ive ever had and very filling. Staff is always courteous and attentive.

Our favorite date night in town. I’ve never seen a movie I didn’t like here. Love having dinner during the movie. We have even come a few times just for dinner outside under the beautiful trees on their gorgeous patio. I love the chill local vibe of the place.

Always an interesting film at Enzian. Grab a cocktail at the bar or order food drinks snacks during the show. Kids like the warm cookie. Ive always had a good time Get there early for best choice of seating but theres not a bad seat in the house

Read fine print, if any. Pre purchased package at end of 2018 as Christmas gift. Couldn’t use in 2019 and of course 2020 due to Covid. Spent over $100 and told can no longer redeem. Wasted money.

Love the Halloween movie showings for kids. Been taking my daughter for several years now. Also love coming here for their other events / movie shorts...went many years ago and laughed/loved Treevenge...I believe my first experience was when supersize me was released in 2004.

There is no place like Enzian in all of Central Florida. Places like this are rare jewels that make a city truly special. Makes for one good hell of a date spot too. Go to Eden Bar and have a couple original tiki cocktails (or any sort of drink, they truly cater to all). After that make your way to theater where I promise you will see some films that will bring about whimsical flurry of nostalgia or one that I promise you wont find any Regal or AMC. This staff from the cooks to the programmers are lovers of their craft and they work painstakingly to make sure you have an experience worth remembering.

I love this independent movie theater. Buying tickets online makes things so easy. Just give your name upon entering the theater. No need to visit the ticket booth. Seating a general admission so get there early. Doors open 30 minutes in advance. Once seated, a server will stop by to take your order. Its much easier to place your entire order at this point.The food is really good here. Even the dessert! My favorite is the bread pudding. For alcohol, they serve beer and wine. If you desire liquor, they do allow you to bring in drinks purchased from the Eden Bar, located right outside of the theater. If you have never been here, you are missing out!

Enzian is my go to spot, eden bar has such good vibes and tiffany is always so sweet and always takes such great care of our table!! So friendly, great service and attitude.

This place was fantastic! My family and I were there for a teen short film Festival. We enjoyed the service and food selection. The staff was friendly and overall the inside was clean. The outside is beautiful. With flowers and low sprawling tree branches, the perfect background for a whimsical photo op.

I had lunch with my girlfriend and it was awesome! They have cute adorable little outdoor restaurant called the Eden Cafe with a great atmosphere. I had the Gorgonzola and pear flatbread without the prosciutto and the maquis tacos and they were amazing!

Just visited for the first time and absolutely fell in love. Eden/Enzian is a hidden gem in Winter Park! Mal was SO helpful and incredibly sweet guiding us through buying a membership. Looking forward to watching Ferris Buellers Day Off tomorrow evening. A must visit!!!!

I love the Enzian. I appreciate cinema art and this is a great venue for that. I was just there last week to see Scorseses latest, The Irishman.It was packed, but I purchased my ticket the daily before and was right in. If youre on the list, youre golden. So, if you can purchase in advance, I recommend it.The only drawback was this kinda not so friendly guy who didnt want to share a couch. I am a problem solver, so I asked the super hot man across the aisle if I could share his bigger, cozier couch with him. No problem. Thank you kind sir.There is table service, which is lovely. They have libations as well, for those so inclined and a nice menu as well. Its a great way to see a movie. I highly recommend.Great staff as well! TIP YOUR SERVERS!

Favorite place in Orlando. You get food, craft beer, and indie movies at the same time.

What a great experience. Very cozy outside bar. Bartender is the best . The theater is also a very nice and a great experience . You can eat and drink in the theater and they also have people waiting on you threw out the movie. If you havent then you really need to go it is a very pleasant experience even if you just go to the bar. But I would recommend going to the bar and the theater

The Enzian is basically a cultural icon. My wife and I have been members for years and their programming is great. Weve seen films that we never would have found if not for the team here. The cult classics are amazing and the October programming for Halloween is top notch. I would like to see a little more variety on the permanent menu but the food tie ins with the movies are a really good start.

I’ve been coming here for years- and I’ve never seen a movie I didn’t like at this theater. The last movie we saw here was Uncut Gems starring Adam Sandler - and it was amazing! The Enzian has such an inviting outside bar area. The inside is just tables and chairs- and you can order food and drinks. The food is mediocre at best - whereas the cocktails from the bar are off the chain. I’ve celebrated Halloween here at their big bash every year. I’ve attended the Florida Film Festival. I’ve even seen some cult classics. I’ve met a lot of film buffs here - who are rather pretentious - but I do admire their passion. All and all this is one of my favorite local hot spots and a great date night out!

It is a quaint and inviting atmosphere as soon as you walk up. Youre greeted with an outdoor bar, a trickling fountain and strung up lights to set the mood for romance and intimate conversation. Enjoy a vintage glass of wine before you see a vintage movie! Drinks and food served inside theater as well. A nice menu of flatbreads and even fried cauliflower bites with a sweet teriyaki sauce for dipping. For dessert I had the white chocalate bread pudding. Burst of flavor and deliciousness in every warm bite. Social distancing and cleanliness are practiced. Masks are encouraged. Enjoy!

Its a really fun, unorthodox place to catch an old film. Food and drink prices are a little high, but thats not uncommon for a theater. The specialty drinks are also cute and original!

Love the Enzian. Its a small theater that shows independent films, foreign films and other special programming. You can order tasty food from the menu which will be brought to your table. The atmosphere is quiet and cozy. Its a must for film lovers in Central Florida.

Lovely Movie and Dinner experience...

I really enjoyed my first experience here. The movie I saw was made for theaters like this. Beautiful ambiance and atmosphere and really good food, Im excited to come back.

Chloe, our server was great, very nice and informative. If your looking for a tropical Key West setting in an easy urban area, this is the place, the prices were surprisingly affordable, $10 - $13 for HUGE classic concoction including the all standard Martini, for ten bucks and that is for top shelf gin or vodka. We had the Martini and the Toasted Pain Killer. The menu and food that past buy looked SO good. Planning on heading over for dinner tomorrow, so I will do an update if possible. PS: I discovered Enzian when someone took my mom and I there to see Priscilla, Queen of the Desert was playing there, I think in 94 or 95. Never had more fun watching a movie and was the only time I enjoyed commentary from the Peanut Gallery.

Favorite place in all of Winter Park! Some of the best dine in theater food Ive ever had, I highly recommend the chicken tenders, definitely a shareable dish. Its hard to overstate what an absolute treat visiting this place is, the people are amazing, the movie choices are inspiring, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere has no equal in winter park.

I loved this place. It had Curtains around the screen & table to sit at. Really felt like I was back in the 80s when I watched The Shining in 2020

I went here to watch The Room about a year ago and really enjoyed the experience. The seats and couches seemed kind of worn down, but that was a pretty minor complaint. It was cozy and comfortable to sit curled up with friends and laughing.We did want to order food, and had decided to spend some money while there, but the server forgot about us until about halfway through the movie, at which point, we let them know we were fine and didnt need anything. They seemed to feel pretty bad and gave us a complimentary bag of popcorn as an apology.All around, I did have a pretty good experience here. I would come again with my friends.BE WARNED- Parking was awful. Get there plenty early to snag a spot on popular showings.

Enjoy the Enzian experience very much. But just watched the Linda Ronstadt bio, and was expecting a great musical experience. Enzians sound system is a bit thin, not robust enough for the concert-like experience i was hoping for. Kind of like watching it on TV.Job hub

Great atmosphere! The staff was really friendly but they got a bit overloaded when the crowds arrived. Not a big issue but an observation.The mahi sandwich was a lot of fun and the black bean burger was homemade.All in all it was a great time.We didnt get to see a movie this time, rather we sat outside at the restaurant/bar.

Absolutely adore this venue! One of the most unique cinematic experiences you can find in Orlando. The land it sits on is lush and green and they have a bar outside where you can enjoy the view with a drink before or after your movie. The food is always tasty and the movie selections are quirky and quaint. Not your average theater. Highly recommend checking this place out!

The Enzian is magical. One of my favorite things about Central Florida from when I lived there. The grounds are beautiful and provide an atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The movie selections are entertaining and push the boundaries of film. The menu is amazing and takes the movie-going experience to another level. I miss it like you would a beloved old friend :(

Great independent theater with good food. Pricing for concessions is comparable to regular theatrical chains, but the quality of food is far better, so, worth it. Great sound, everywhere you sit is a great seat, and they get screenings of films you normally wouldnt get to see in a theatrical sitting (Nekromantik, anyone?!)

An independent boutique movie theater with full food and drink service plus a great outdoor bar. You are likely to find classic, independent and rising star movies at Enzian. Something going to get an Oscar or have 100% on Rotten Tomatoes, this is your place. The food is good, the portions big enough to share with a wide range of drinks, wines and craft beers to complete your experience

Lovely local theater showing a wide variety of films, catering to all audiences. Exceptional bar, fabulous staff, and an amazing menu with quick service. The happy hour cant be missed. The theater seating is really comfortable. The outdoor bar, nestled among luscious landscaping, is a paradise and about as comfortable as it gets with its covering, fans, and heaters. I never though Id enjoy a 4-hour movie until I went here for a National Theater Live performance. Gotta love the free popcorn with the membership, too!

If your looking for booming sound and state of the art movie theater, this isn’t the place for you.But if you want a cozy theater that makes you feel at home with some of the best food and all of the hard to find classics or new films, then you need to check out the Enzian. From my favorite holiday movies to their Oscar watch party, or constant film festivals are always amazing. Check out their website or Facebook page to keep up with what is running for the day and don’t forget to stop at their eden bar outside for a cocktail before the show.

Had a great time at the James Bond themed New Years Eve event. Nice alternative to the crowds downtown. Fun music, never a long line at any of the bars and it was great to see some of the Bond attire!

Saw the protomen here and drove from across the state. Love the layout and set up. Will definitely be back.

I found out about the Enzian Theater because it was the only theater that was showing Boon Joon Hos Parasite. Its a single screen theater with numerous comfy chairs and tables in a very casual yet intimate arrangement. The service of the wait staff was impeccable. The food was excellent, prompt, and reasonably priced. The entire aesthetic appeals and is completely without fault. Lastly the upcoming movie choices indicate these decisions are made by a passionate individual or group of individuals. Which has given me a new role model in my life long dream of owning my own retro style theater. Thank you, and I will be returning at every opportunity!

Great atmosphere. Bartenders are friendly and drinks are not watered down!! Quality food, simple and satisfying menu. Personally I enjoyed arriving earlier then the movie to dine outside. Unless you are a member (def worth it if you like it and want to make a reg thing out of it) dont even think you have a chance at scoring a seat in the middle section which would be your most comfortable view point or the forward facing counter tables above them. Over all you will see the movie from any seat. I was in the last row at the very bottom. Pushed the chairs a bit back and sort if slanted comfortably with some delicious beignets and coffee while watching a 3 hr movie and enjoyed it very much.

I love the Enzian! The movies are always interesting and I love the set up of the theater and that you can order food and drinks from your seat. Everyone is always very friendly and the outdoor courtyard is beautiful as well. I always have a great experience when I go. It’s a perfect date night

I have always loved Enzian and enjoy the nostalgic movie theater experience. Eden Bar outside is always a favorite place of mine as well. Went there last night to see a movie, which was incredible. However, we ordered the Jalepeño Hummus and the hummus was bland and pita chips stale, so we sent it back and ordered a Pimento Cheese Dip with chips and veggies, to which the veggies were slimy. The servers did not even think to bring silverware and napkins both times or ask how the hummus was. So it was highly interruptive to our viewing experience to flag them down several times.

Always have enjoyed this theater. The food is pretty good but sometimes the service isnt. Need new couches. Very uncomfortable.

Small town feel and laid back fun theater for Indi films and the food is good too! The servers provide friendly service and get your food to your tables before the picture starts. Go hungry and pick from a satisfying menu (we shared the chicken tenders and fries--both wonderful!). Theres popcorn, candy and soft drinks, but the Enzian is in a special class combining dining with movies. Theres an attached bar/restaurant outside if you like to keep your dining and movie watching separate, but both are fun dining experiences. Well be back!

This is by far my favorite theater in central Florida. I frequent the Enzian at least once a month. The Eden bar has excellent food and cocktails. The theater is so quaint and lovely. I find myself saying I want to visit the Enzian without looking through the film selection. I love all of the Indie films shown. Majority if not all the films I’ve seen at the Enzian have been nominated for awards. The food and beverages always comes out in a timely manner at the beginning of the film.

Quirky fun movie house with a good menu and wonderful staff. A unique and wonderful place to go with family or friends when you are sick of those cinema megaplexes.

My very favorite place for innovative entertainment. Check out film festivals, film slams, opera and theater live events, and kid-friendly popcorn flicks in addition to the first run, first class featured films. Come hungry --they have excellent food and drinks, served both at the small outside grill and table service in the theater.

This is a great theatre and bar. They have standby tickets meaning if you don’t purchase online or ahead, on the day of the showing they will seat you by standby ticket number (only if there’s seats available and there may be a certain number of seats). They have tables with chairs for seating and waiters bring you your food, snacks and drinks. Admission is 10 for a student and senior, for film society members it’s 9.50, and for adults it’s 12. All matinees at 3:30 are 10. Showings in the evening are 12. Showings are 3:30, 6:30, and 9:30. The theatre has a lunch and dinner menu along with a late night menu. They do not have candy but they do have desserts. I had a Cuban sandwich, edamame and fries, and berries and cream. Others had alcoholic beverages and popcorn. Large drinks get free refills. The popcorn sizes are small and large.

Only avenue in Orlando for indie films and those out of the norm. It was supposed to be enlarged but the project failed. Too bad since the place I think needs a little bit of a refurbish. Still, nice ambiance and a cool patio for drinks and little bitty eatable snacks. And if one is lucky, a very good out of the norm flick plays to watch as well.

If you come to Enzian and don’t absolutely love everything about it, YOU might be the problem. This is one of my favorite places ever. Everything about it is curated so excellently. You can have never seen an art film in your life and will feel like an insider watching one at Enzian. The whole experience makes you feel included and makes it so accessible.The food is so so so good, the service top notch and the drinks at Eden are wonderful. The prices are extremely fair as well.My one and only complaint is the flatbread pizza sauce is not doin it for me. At all. Probably worth reworking and finding a better solution. The current flatbreads are just a little too sweet for my taste. The tomato sauce doesn’t have that good home grown taste I would hope for from Enzian and instead tastes ...bleh. Sweet and ruins the whole pie.Everything else is so excellent obviously it overshadows this one flaw but I do hope and look forward to see it addressed in the future.

I love this place.We didnt eat there tonight, but we usually do.Ive had some meals that werent fantastic, but never had a bad one. A nice selection of beers to go along with a casual dining menu.My only gripe that I forgot to mention to them today was that my comfy lounge chair was missing a leg, so it was somewhat of a rocking-chair.Ill be back.

Amazing movies shown that do not exist in larger theaters. Bar is great with good quality drinks. Safari style surroundings and romantic theme with lighting. Great place for a date.

What a fun way to experience a movie! You sit at tables basically (or booths depending). It’s like sitting at a restaurant and watching a show. You can pregame at the bar right outside or just come to hang out. Cool theater, and unique shows.

Great cinema!!! Just one cinema but enough to have an awesome experience. If you are a cinema fan this a perfect place to go. They offer every week a different movie. Foreign movies, old time movies even I believe they have the Florida cinema festival. You can be a member for a very convenient price. It is a dine in cinema with waitress. After the movie need to stop on the bar and have some drinks, eat and enjoy the spectacular sorrounding of this place. Perfect for a date, friends, etc. Love the place.

I went to enzian the other night and watched The Wedding Singer. This theater is a lot like the mcmenamins back in Portland. Good movies, interesting chairs and table side service. The food was mediocre. The artichoke dip had very little flavor but was edible. The popcorn was also a little stale. The chai tea is iced only? Its really just chai mix and milk....Cool concept...poorly executed. I find most of these novel things in Orlando are ideas that were being done elsewhere, about 20yrs ago. Also...they tend to miss the point. The novelty of watching cult classics in this format is definitely cool, but you need good food and good drinks to back it up. Still fun enough but Im not sure Id do it again. Better to go to a regular movie and sneak in a hamburger.

This is a great venue for the art house crowd. There is only on screen, so the people setting the calendar have to be a little more judicious with their selections. Probably not likely to be the place to see a Summer Blockbuster, but if you like vintage and independent works, this is your place. The Eden bar is outdoors, set in beautiful lush landscaping, under broad live oaks. We sometimes just go to the bar.
