Nice quiet place. Has a couple of trails to walk, if you enjoy a nice stroll thru the woods, has a couple of steep hills. A small, but nice little play area for the children, with picnic tables and benches to sit on so you can keep an eye on them. Restrooms and coke machines nearby also. Has a beautiful new visitor center with educational and informative materials you can look at or buy. They also have a small pond to fish in if you dont mind fishing off of the bank.

What a great State Park! We loved the educational part of the visitor center, what an awesome hands on for both kids & adults. The gift shop was filled with much needed drinks after a great walk through the trails. There are plenty of picnic tables for grabbing a bite to eat & a playground kids to play. What a wonderful place to spend outdoors!

Place stinks! Not taking care of and the pond is almost gone ducks gone! Pretty vitstor center but that it! It made me sad!

If you are truly into nature while jogging or walking, you will definitely enjoy your time here. So much to see and take in. Careful with wild hogs though.

Logoly is one of our favorite state parks to visit. We love walking on the trails, fishing in the pond, and checking out the displays in the visitors center. The playground is great too and shaded! The activities that the park rangers do are always awesome too. Highly recommend visiting this park!

We had a blast here. My son had his birthday there and the playground was fun, however, we noticed a walking trail. We didnt get to experience that yet, but the information center and gift shop was pretty cool. Next time, we are doing the walking trail and taking our card and map and explore! Onward!

Our kids love ther playground at Logoly, but the welcome center and animals are their favorite part! The park rangers are friendly. They take the time to talk to the kids about the animals and oak. They will even take out the Speckled King Snake for the kids to touch and learn about.There are restrooms outside for the campers. There are also restrooms inside the welcome center. The womens room has a changing table, and the facilities indoor are very clean. The outdoor restrooms are well kept and easily accessible from the playground (which is great for younger kids who need to get to the restroom quickly).This is an excellent place for parties. The outside playground is fun for the kids. You can reserve party rooms in the welcome center, and the rangers will come in with one of the animals for the kids.If you want to grill, the grills and tables are near enough to the playground for the kids to play while adults cook and talk.I havent spent the night at the park yet, but intend on taking the kids one weekend.

One of the best outdoor things to do in Magnolia. Close to the city, but fakes you though the woods. You can play on the playground, tour a wildlife exhibit, hike trails, and fish!

Wonderful place for kids!

This is an Arkansas state Park that teaches and supports and lives coservation. There are camping areas, a Pavillion, an educational visitors center, and trails for walking in the woods. Plus this park was as significant as hot springs at one time. The city of Magnolia is very close, which offer more urban amenities, but the park is enough off the road that your only outside noise is a train off in the distance.

Good place for a kids birthday party. They even get out the snake, alligator, etc and let the kids touch them. There are also interactive exhibits to explore.

This park opened May, 1978 when I was 12+ years old. My first opportunity at Logoly was on a school field trip, and many other times since - for me, my children, my bonus children, my husband, and recently our first and only grandchild. The new visitor center is impressive, inviting, toddler friendly with supervision!, With an amazing gift shop and more. Outdoor playground area, Trails for walking, exercising, hiking, nature, education, pictures, possible sightings of animals, snakes, plants, trees. Picnic tables, benches..., Camping sites, friendly staff, educational workshops... To visit while nearby, on vacation, or business trips... for personal reasons, family reasons, parent/child quality time, dates, overnight camping for locals, family, couples, close getaway, back to nature moments, reading, studying... Even to just drive to and turn around, quick and short visits, to longer visits for a day...is worth it! Read about Logoly State Park for specific details, even though Ive given a lengthy review! SW Arkansas is fortunate and blessed to have this State Park.

Small but nice state park. Local history regarding magnesium and salt springs. If hiking, pickup trail map - not all intersections have signs.

The new visitors center is nice and the trails were fun. There are three trails total and not very challenging just a pleasant walk in the woods.

Weve spent that last 2 nights in other state parks, which made this one a big disappointment. The bath house looked like it had not been cleaned lately. Trash can looked too dirty to touch, showers were dirty, countertops and sinks were gross. Great looking welcome center though. :(

Small state park thats good for a couple of quick hikes. The childrens playground was busy but not crowded. The springs were a bit of a let down. My understanding is that the water table has shifted from the days when this was a resort, so now the springs are tiny. Fishing is allowed in half of the pond. The visitors center is new, sustainable, and very nice. Gift shop has a handful of local goods but otherwise is mostly typical for state/national parks.

The staff here are amazing and informative. The trails are beautiful. There is fishing to be had as well. A play area for the kids and more. One of the 52 lovely state parks in Arkansas.

The place is trash. The trails are a mess theres cigarette butts all over.construction materials littered between the visitors center and the pond.And the pond is unkempt and nasty. The only upsides are the visitors center and I think the park is feeding the lower income from the ponds fish. Bottom line not a clean environment nor is it a nice place for children.how can we teach the next generation to care for nature when the parks look so terrible.

Only thing bad is there a lot of bugs and you know theres nothing for going to older people like teenagers to do because I cannot is kind of boring but its really for like younger kids so I dont like it its okay I love going up scale did they like the gift shop and everything I like it its fine its whatever okay I like it for family type thing matter the family has to be like an outside family you know its family place because its a lot of trails and stuff
