This is Madisons Danube as far as beautiful parks bridges and walk ways in the heart of the East side... If you havent been to Flotilla it is one of my favorite events on this river!

Great place to walk or run any season of the year. Lots of character and close to good coffee places and restaurants. A good balance between nature and urban areas.

Nice parkway for walking dogs. Connects the two lakes.

If youre looking for a gorgeous place to walk along the Yahara River, this is the park for you! Especially if you have a dog, since dogs are allowed to walk on the grass as long as theyre on a leash!
