This is a nice community. Its well maintained, and has new & used homes available for sale or rent. There is also a playground, swing set, & basketball court for the kids to enjoy. A lot of the homeowners have been living here for over 10 years.

The management is horrible (extremely rude, lazy, and unprofessional) and needs to be replaced. I have never seen such a bad attitude, poor communication, and unprofessionalism. The community is decent, but management is so bad that it ruins it. I would not recommend renting or buying here based on my own experiences.

Put in our deposit and didnt hear back. 2 weeks later I emailed them to check our application status and the lady said she never processed it and now refuses to answer my calls or email me back.

Roads are always icy the only place they try to keep clean is by the entrance and they tow my car for parking outside of my relatives home when there is no other place to park would you prefer i park on the grass?
