I havent been a frequent shopper in the last few years, and the whole store layout is changed since last time I was in. I guess it reflects changes in crafting and decor trends, but I was somewhat disappointed. I was looking for candles, and the selection was really diminished from what it used to be.

Quick! They are almost sold-out of Halloween decor! Always lots of great products to choose from, and I often find new project ideas, too!

I go here strictly for ribbons...length & color to use as bookmarks. The eye does stray to other sections, such as drawing paper, pens, color pencils. Frames are also eyed up, just in case it may become necessary...

Very fast line to pay and the best prices of the market

Website is offering curbside pickup. Not at the Madison Lein Rd location. I had to go in and then stand in line for 15min waiting. If you are high risk this is a nightmare.

Unfortunately most things I want seem to go out of stock fairly quickly.Otherwise its good Michaels.

They have a lot of long-term staff here and take pride in their store. Ive had several things framed here, bought a million craft supplies, and can vouch for their quality and helpfulness.

Call ahead for curb pickup, unless you plan ahead and are good with waiting outside in line for up to an hour. Staff are helpful and friendly. Everyone is doing their best.

Love love love this store! Michaels has every craft and supply you could ever want. This store is also incredibly organized and it seems like there is never anything out of place. The variety of things you can get there is beyond any other store I have been to. They also always allow you to use a 40% off coupon on one item (you have to print it from the internet or bring it up on your phone at checkout).

I really enjoy going to Michaels. Some of their items can be a little pricey so I always look for sales and clearance items. They have a good variety of holiday decor which is awesome during this time of year!

Great place to find anything to do with crafting, decorating or just fun stuff. They were changing seasonal displays so it was a bit messy but still clean. Have a nice new assortment of decorating items. Prices are fair on most items but a little pricey on some of those other items. Clerks didnt acknowledge me at all and there was only one girl cashiering.

I recently went into the store to purchase bulk items. Kelly (General Manager) and Lynn (cashier) were absolutely fabulous!! Kelly was so helpful, polite & friendly. Even offered to help me carry my bags to the car. I can’t say enough good things!! Thank you so much!!

You can find some deals here if things are on sale - but unfortunately, things are waaay cheaper online.

I have been a regular customer at Michaels for a few months now. I recently was given the opportunity to teach a community painting class at the social justice center. I went in today with the hope that Michaels would perhaps help Sponsor the event. The manager exceeded my expectations. He not only discounted my purchase which helped me get more for the project, but he also referred me to the head office about further deals that they could help me with it. 100% would recommend. 1000 thank yous to the staff. You all are amazing.

Always great here. Employees are polite, they ask if you need anything, but dont pester you. They are approachable if you have questions. Heidi the manager is very nice. Shes greets us whenever we see her in the store.

I have been doing curbside pickup lately. They are doing a great job under difficult circumstances. The app has worked a treat to get what I need for lockdown!!!

I went into Michaels today and Kelly the manager came running at me and said I needed to put a mask on or leave. I thanked her for the reminder but showed her my medical letter and bracelet that I am exempt from the mask for breathing/medical issues. Her reply was then ma’am you shouldn’t be shopping. Never will I shop at your store again.

This store has just about anything you could want for a craft project and lots of decorations for your home. Good prices too. I love the huge variety of picture frames and accessories for framing. Go when they have a sale and youll be impressed.

I came I with husband and it was cool until got to register, lady was rude and didnt even give me a bag. She just said next. Really I know I only got a few things but other people got a bag. What Im supposed to just carry it to my car, glad I had a receipt. We are a mixed race couple so yea we get stares

No help. You got to run up and down the aisle to find help.

Was being checked out with easily over $300 worth of product and my cashier left in the middle of the transaction to help someone else. Had 3 other employees come up, one being a manger and was not helped at all. Waited 20 minutes only to walk out then have the manger suddenly want to help me. Won’t ever be back.

Michaels has all you may need for crafts, sewing, knitting, cake decorating, jewelery making, home decor, photo frames that they will costumize for you, they also have a selection of standard sizes in many many shapes and colors and more. For Holidays and special occasions they display a variety of items relating to that occasion that are fun to watch and get your hands on. They also offer decorating, craft making, etc classes. I enjoy going there, their variety is grand and prices are reasonable plus they always have discount coupons you can find online and use at the store!

Even when they are short on staff, they do everything they can to help. Most of the employees are really nice and helpful.

Great craft store. My go to for cricut supplies, shadow boxes & t shirts. Wish i could stack coupons & that they would recognize all educators for the teacher discount. Daycare teachers are teachers too we just dont have badges.

Reliable craft store for basics, stock can be a bit sparse at times. Use coupons!

Worst experience ever. I ordered a shadow box online, for in store pickup and was unable to get the item I ordered and paid for.Even though the Michaels account is in my name, because my husband paid for it with his credit card and he didnt make the over an hour drive with me to come to this store.Even though the clerk could clearly see it was my account she refused to give me the item that was paid for.Then she thought she would be helpful by offering to face chat with him to verify his identity. This might be okay, except he was at work and it was going to be a gift for him to celebrate the life of our 16 year old lab that had recently passed.Instead of having a beautiful object to remember his loved companion by, now all we have is the horrible memory of this experience. I will never shop at your stores again after this. All over a $23 shadow box that was paid for and couldnt be picked up. Thanks for nothing Michaels.

I love this craft store. It is a bit over priced so if youre going to buy a high-ticket item make sure you go on their website and find a coupon.

Good experience. One of the managers Nicole is there a lot when I go in and is super nice and helpful. She also handled a very difficult customer who was in front of me in line really well and very professionally.

Of course one of the best $5 +$10 smaller variety stores around. Asked for 2 price checks for 2 different floral picks pkts. They were $3.59. Told the young gal in floral dept some other on the pegs 2 aisles away said $4.99 She said, Yeah, well, they ll need a price check. Eventually. Hmmm she musta missed the customer service training day. 11/22/19 Friday ~1:45pm

I have no complaints. I took a knitting class here once. Nobody else showed up, so I got a one-on-one class with the instructor for $15 and I was able to learn.

I would give Michaels at this location a 5 star but unfortunately there is a continuous problem with stocking shelves. Staff are friendly. They dont ask if you need help but if you hunt one down theyre always helpful. The other reason i cant give a 5 is checkout is always slow whether it is the weekend or weekday. Sometimes its related to number of checkers but i suspect its the actual POS system that makes it slow.

This Michaels store has been one of my go to stores for emergency t-shirt supplies. I love that theyve expanded their heat transfer section with so many of my favorite products from Siser. I was just in the other day a I was helped by an associate name Olivia and she was very polite, helpful and very professional. It seems like this stores HR is doing a good job with finding great people to work there. Keep it up!

2 out of four items I bought were defective. Very disappointed. So it ruined a craftmaking project with my grandkids.

I love this craft store! I have been coming here for years. They are great for any project really. They offer a huge range of products for any home decorating projects. My personal favorite are the frames and shadowboxes. I come here a lot for those as an artistic. I love looking around at the unique brands of things they carry.

Good visit today. Busy, could not find an associate on the floor so didnt get everything but left with plenty.

Nice clean store

Staff friendly and helpful despite a somewhat long line. Selection good, but a little disorganized. For instance the fake flowers are in a different part of the store from the fake greenery plants. Strange choice. Still, Id rather spend my money here than at hobby lobby any day.

One of my favorite stores to shop in. It is especially nice if you have a French or shabby chic home. We have purchased a lot of their milk paint to paint our crown moulding, French cabinets and dressers, and it looks amazing. If you are an artist or interior designer, you can find so much here and create wonderful things. I bought black feathered angel wings here from when it was Halloween and wore them with a low cut, slit black silk evening gown, high heels and a black lace mask. It was one of the best costumes I ever had. I love everything about this store.

Nice, bright store thats big enough but not so big it takes forever to find what youre looking for. The employees here are always polite, friendly, and happy to help. My favorite part about Michaels is their hassle-free return policy. Its always easy to return things here, with or without a receipt, especially if youre in their reward program, which I appreciate. Good sales, great clearance prices, and nice selection.

Went to Michaels which I love & have not been to in almost a year. Was looking for a paint brush & a special drawing pencil. I spent awhile trying to find the pencil myself & could not locate it. Then I spent close to 10 minutes looking for an associate to ask them & finally found someone which they brought me to the aisle I had already been looking in & she asked someone on her headset if they had it. She said if we have it you will find it in the aisle & walked away. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. My daughter & I have taken a couple of classes in the past & they were fun & a good experience . They have great coupons. I never buy anything here without a 40% or 50% off AT least 1 items & then sometimes 20% off the rest of your purchase. They have great seasonal items also. Happy crafting!!!

Michaels is one of the best places on earth. In all seriousness though, cute stickers for every purpose and arts and crafts to do yourself galore.

Worst retail experience in recent memory.A huge floor bin display right inside the door with a two foot tall sign simply stating $5I let the kids each pick something, both of which rang up at $10 each.When I asked the cashier to please double check for me, he was downright rude about it, then got all standoffish when I asked him to please process a return for the items.

Not much to say, it is often a mess to find specific things (e.g. paint in one specific color) and you should never buy anything not on sale (the whole store rotates on sale once a month) but it is the only source for many things, and is better than hobby lobby. Coupons are always available on their website.

Great selection, great discounts, always better than Hobby Lobby.

For crafts, if you want it they have it at an affordable price.

Its difficult to find employees willing to help while shopping.The kids crafts on weekends are fun, but i wish they had aprons for kids to wear instead of coming home with nonwashable paints on clothing.
