Theaters were clean and everything distanced but the volume was way too loud- you have to compensate for there being less people and less noise in the room. The bar was closed but seemed like it was cool, used to do movie themed drinks, speaking of, no refills on pop/popcorn and no discount on another. They are short staffed (but so is everybody these days) and seats werent not comfy even though some reclined.

The chairs are comfortable and the surround sound is AMAZING. We went and saw Coco because of their $5 Fan Faves; it was a lot of fun! I also really really appreciate how they’re being safe for COVID. It makes me feel more comfortable about doing something we really missed.

Great experience to watch a movie. Love the reclining seats and that you can reserve your seats that was awesome. Very clean easy access to all food and drinks. Employees are very nice and attentive everyone had smiles. Really cool that there was a bar if thats something you like to do. Although this theaters little out of the way for me and my family I definitely come back especially to watch 3-D movies.

The movie theater was clean. I just feel they can keep the concessions area cleaner. Ticket gentleman was sweet and had a good attitude. We enjoyed the movie we watched and had a rewarding time. I liked their icee options too. They had good variety.

Witnessed and experienced some of the worst customer service ever this evening from manager Jared at the AMC John R 15. He showed no interest in trying to rectify the issues of the couple in front of us, then instead of listening to a suggestion to post information so that other patrons wouldnt experience the same issue we had he just said Ive been working here for years and weve never posted a sign. Absolutely NO desire or effort to make things right for the customer was shown in two separate situations! AMC really needs to step up their customer service training. Poor customer service leaves a lasting memory.

It is a great place to watch a movie. It is clean accessible and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bartender was great and did a great job. Sound quality is great, huge comfy power chairs. I will go back and AMC handles the flow of people very well.

One of the best theaters. Cant beat the comfy, reclining seats. The popcorn is good and the Coke machine makes me happy. They even have frozen Coke. There is a small bar if you want an adult beverage. Friendly staff too.

This theatre has the updated cozy leather seats that recline. The popcorn at this location is scrumptious. Screens at this theatre are good and with the popcorn and frozen coke combo, I love this theatre. If you are in the area to see a movie this is a place you should consider visiting. Grade A

What was once was my favorite/default AMC location has become questionable. Came to the see the last showing for the day; however they refused to sale or offer any refreshments. As you can see the concession stand was stocked with popcorn; but mgr confirmed they were going to discard them all. So AMC would rather throw food away then allow customers to purchase. As a Premier Stubs member for 10+ years, its nice to know the trash is more valued than your customers. Lets not forget to mention the either who tried to snatched my phone out of my hand B/c she didnt want me to take pictures.

Spacious seats, that are set up in pairs.For $16 you get a bucket of pop and tub of popcorn, definitely shareable. Only downside is the little bar area doesnt open until 5.

Always clean and showing great movies, and the concession stand is always quick. The employees are super friendly, and since I am there so frequently, many of them recognize me and talk to me about the upcoming movies. The chairs are in good repair and the floor is always clean. The only issue I have had is that the towel dispenser in the restroom by the exit is always out of towels.

This was a great place to go to the movies. I was surprised and encouraged by the large reclining seats. There is not a bad seat in the house. We had a great time.

This is my neighborhood theater. And since the renovations a few years back it is the bees knees. They have many screening rooms of different sizes, assigned seats, reclining chairs and love seats, fancy coca cola drink machines with 1000+ combinations, great staff, and short fast lines.

Cozy movie theater for a family to have a safe night out.. Cozy atmosphere and seats.. Some seats mayve wear and tear but still a decent place to stop by and catch a movie or two. The food bar have good goodies but always over priced.. So, I tend to take small snacks with me yet I dont think anything large is allowed unless buying from the foodbar..

I went out on a date and the idea of bvb the movie was to relax after lunch and enjoy the time after dinner. We picked AMC John R 15 over other theaters because seats there recline.Sadly, we were on seats Section C, #8 and 9 and both seats were broken. It shows how well AMC maintain their seats and place there and value their customers experience. It shouldnt be a difficult thing for AMC to simply not sell the ticket knowingly that they have broken seats and put a sign until they are fixed. Is that too much to ask? My expectations are none other than what you promise and it was very disappointing to see profits over service. Anyway, not a happy customer and not going there again.

Very nice, well kept theater. The line moved very fast for what seemed a very long line. Compared to other theaters, service is a little better.

When we got there they showed us a map for the movie theater and showed us only four seats that were available to way up front and two way in the back well we took the two way in the back there was only 17 people in the show the back two rows had people in it and the first roll nobody in the middle we wanted to see a different movie and they said that that one was completely full to well after we started watching the movie that we were at I went into the movie that they said was was completely full and it was the same way 3/4 empty why do they do that thats not a way to treat a customer

We had a horrible customer service experience tonight with not being able to get our popcorn refills. The manager on duty, Jared, was not empathetic or accomodating in any way! Poor customer service like this outweighs the good of any business by leaving a lasting negative impression.

Slow service most of the time. They seem to serve coke even when you want vanilla or cherry coke. Clean and comfortable though.

Went to a 9:40pm showing on a Thursday night. The theatre allowed a baby into the showing, whose parents proceeded to let it cry and run around the entire time. While I understand the theatre has no obligation to deny them entry, as decent Human beings they should have said no. This was the worst movie experience Ive had and will not be returning.

Went today and saw a good movie. But left and got outside and on my White coat was a bed dug. Im mortified . Been going for years and never experienced such discus. How could this happen. Clean this place up.

Overall Ive been going here for about 2 years straight.No issues with Popcorn or Drinks since thats all I get.Theater is always clean no trash or food.If youre coming or parking on the south side of the building do your self a favor dont! The smell of the trash from AMC, Chinese Buffet mixed will want to make you gag!Also the past month or two the signs that state what movie is playing by each theater is out, no idea why but it seems as if they are not getting it fixed anytime soon.Overall Ive had no major issues at this theater, its close to my home and the staff always seem friendly

Matinee time on a Friday. Practically had the place to ourselves. Comfy seats, pop corn, family and a great movie.

Expensive food. Out of ice in all pop machines. Out of blue raspberry icee flavor. Floor was sticky like it used to be before cup holders- yuch! Employees gave off the We dont want customers aura. Seats comfortable, big screen, good sound, good picture.

This place is ok, the seating use to be the main attraction, but now so many other theaters have the same or better. Recliners, small theaters, and great surround sound. I wont go back because theyre over priced. I paid more than I would at Emagine Canton and it wasnt even close to being better. Not to mention I get a student discount and it was still more expensive. I wont be going back

This theatre was kept cleaner prior to the remodel. I have gone there now on 3 separate occasions and at different days, times and hours. EACH time the food area was a MESS. The floor was STICKY. This mess went down the isles to the actual theaters. DISAPPOINTMENT!! I have been to the AMC Forum 30 on MOUND and never is it filthy like the Madison heights location.

Pretty modern, clean, and comfortable theater. Love the big reclining seats. Never had sound or projector problems spoil a movie.Drink prices are crazy, but they do have a well stocked bar and some great bartenders.

We tend to go to the John r because its the closest theater to our house. We like the recliners. They were the first theater in the area to have them, which means they are a little worn. We like being able to select your seats in advance. Like other movie theaters these snacks and beverages are outrageous. Good screens good sounds, although I wish they were a little louder during action movies.

Almost 5 stars, bathrooms could be a little cleaner. They do have an employee who is wheelchair bound, scanning barcodes for a list members etc at the front of the store, which really made me quite happy to see. Made me a returning customer of of that.

This theater is going down hill fast. Bathroom was disgusting and smelled of urine. There was no ticket taker so we had to wait in a long line even though we already bought tickets. There was only 1 person working the register at the concessions so we had to wait in another long line. Everything is just so dirty and sticky. The theaters are kept to warm too. Well start going to a different theater.

Our family always enjoys going to the movies and after recently moving to the area we find that this theater is our favorite location. Very easy to book your tickets online and walk in and scan your barcode without dealing with the hassle of a ticket booth. Prices are what you expect for a major chain theater. The seats are very nice including a reclining option and weve never had an issue with cleanliness.

We just experienced the worst customer service. the worker at the desk refused to be kind to us and continuously took advantage of the fact that we are young when we asked for tickets. we asked for two refunded tickets and he only gave one and then repeatedly told us and the manager that we were wrong even though we asked for two. this is not ok.

Not very clean, trash was everywhere around the concessions. On a busy day like $5 Tuesday there should definitely be more than one person doing ticket sales. The young lady at the concession stand was not very friendly or welcoming, we asked her Westons and she acted as if she didnt even want to say anything, and when she did talk it was very low where you could barely hear her. Maybe Adjunae was having a bad day herself, but remember youre working in customer service you cant have a bad day. The movie was, decent the theatre was as well. Not a bad experience just needs improvement .

I love the reclining chairs & bar option but I always go as early as possible in the day to avoid the commentary audience in the afternoon & evenings.

This is a great location to see a movie the theater was clean the service could have been faster in the concession stand. The seats are comfortable and the sounds are excellent. Here almost weekly being a part of the Premier stubs program. Theater is clean and had assigned leather reclining seats. Easy to navigate and no real issues work theater, would be nice if this theater had Dolby Atmos or IMAX seating but thats just me being picky.

A great place to catch a film. They have plush recliners and enough screens that they have a great variety of films to choose from. The rewards program is worth the money if you’re an avid movie goer.

The greeters Don and Dan are always nice and pleasant, the crowd is diverse and the management was very helpful when I complained about the theater being too cold.

This is one of the dirtiest theatres Ivd been to in a ling time. The seats were filthy, the carpet was dirty and looked like it hadnt been swept in days. There was one guy selling tickets, even though there was a huge line. The popcorn was stale from sitting out in a bucket for what tasted like a long time. Terrible experience.

Go on Tuesdays as an AMC rewards member. Only $5 per person, and you quickly earn a $5 reward after only a few movies. During the day you get choice of seats....great for retirees. Love the all recliner theater...very comfy! We saw Captain Marvel....highly recommend!

Theater is clean, and all theaters have the power reclining seats. Pricing for food and drinks are on par with all other theaters, and thats to say expensive. Large popcorn and two large slush drinks was about $20. Also it would be nice to get rid of the almost 30 min of previews.

I have yet to experience terrible customer service in this place! It’s a clean friendly environment, with the bonus! A bar!!!! I love their specialty drinks that they have every time a new movie premieres. Not to mention their AMC rewards save you a lot of money and you can earn free movies.

Very bad. Not the place or staff- the patrons are very rude! Everyone no joke were on there phones looking at things, one guy next to me was chatting the entire movie even after I asked if he could please just enjoy the movie or move a bit further away so I could. They arent exactly mean just inconsiderate the times Ive been.

Our go to theater. Love the seats. Concessions is often understaffed and has a long line. The pop and butter areas could use a tidy up more often. People are pigs and dont clean up after themselves unfortunately. But the seats and rewards bring us back!

Dealing with the public is very hard because people dont have the same respect for others hoever. This place was filthy like i felt slightly uncomfortable. I want to feel bad about the two stars however i cannot get pass the mess i didnt even buy snacks or anything cause its obvious they wait all day after the last movie to clean and thats too unhealthy for me expecially in a family friendly enviornment

Saw the new Lion King movie which was very good. My wife and I ate a bucket of popcorn and drank a large Coke. The seats recline which is awesome and the sound system was surround sound which was also excellent!

Considering the fact that I tripped over the high curve and fell on my arm, the inside of the show was very comfortable.

While its a small theater only having 40 seats per theater room, its nice and small. Its nice going to a small movie theater instead of the big and grand ones every once in a while, the service was also great. I plan on going here again.
