Love this place... We come here at least twice a month... Once a week when there are good movies out.Good prices....Good snack deals...Miss the old crew though....A couple of these new girls have a real bad snotty attitude... Working with the public may not be for them!!!

Its a small town theater so dont expect anything fancy. The seats are very old-school and do not have a head rest. The auditoriums are clean, the picture and sound quality are all good, and I also like that auditoriums are not crowded and there are only two or three previews before the start of the movie, not a whole half hour. My only improvement suggestions are put in taller seats that have a headrest for taller people like myself and have the ability to purchase tickets online. They dont have that. Its the old fashioned way where you have to buy at the box office which is inconvenient if you want advance tickets. Aside from those flaws, its actually pretty decent for small town movie theater and there are definite pros to watching movies there.

This place was super cool!! I loved the vibe, everything was super clean, employees were nice and the show was great! It still feels like an older theatre but it has an incredible tuned up vibe going on. The abundance of posters was refreshing, as most theatres dont decor the way this one does. I think there were at least 4 or 5 movies I didnt even know were coming out that I saw on display.The screen was placed high so heads didnt get in the way, the seats were a bit level throughout, throwing more at that retro theatre vibe. The seats in screen 3 were relatively newer feeling, and very comfortable.The sound needed its own paragraph Id say. Not sure what set up they have going on, but it caught me off guard. Im thoroughly impressed by whatever it was. It was some of the best sounds Ive actually heard at a cinema, which is really weird saying that about this place, seeing all the other locations Ive been!5 stars for sure, and even though theyre still working on a rewards system, this is now my favorite theatre in the county. 1st impressions really make a difference! Unless something drastic happens, Ill be coming here for all my future shows.

Theater itself wasnt bad. We got there early enough to choose the seats we wanted (which is great since we are a family of 8) However, as soon as the movie started the family behind us was kicking our seats...up to the point the my daughter was pushed about 1/2 ways forward. Idk maybe next time well just have to sit all the way on the top...

You could get in and out fast.Not crowded....Plus you keep money in your town

Theatre 7 has the best seats. The value trays are a really good deal.

It was very good the staff was very nice. But had to come back at 1pm to watch the movie because the monitor froze. But they where nice enough to give us refills on popcorn and drinks. Very nice people though.

For an older theater its in good condition. Restrooms are clean. And the first show of the day is only 7$. And of course the snack bar is outrageous... Just like all the other movie theaters.

The only theater in Madera, so, its a cozy spot. Some updates would be nice. But, I really enjoy their movie program for the kids.

I have been to this theater several times since I was a child. The staff they do were very good. My only complaint is the line for tickets was around the corner took 15 minutes to get inside. One person working the door. Than another 15 to get concessions. They are poorly understaffed. Made us late for our movie. This should be fixed before they lose more patrons

I TREATED MY FAMILY TO A MOVIE & HOT DOGS @ 1:30PM. (YOUNG RUDE MANAGER PERSONALLY SERVED US) DOGS WERE BARELY WARM & BUNS WERE STALE & HARD. WHEN I COMPLAINED HE PULLED THE DOGS OUT OF THE HARD BUNS & PUT THEM IN FRESH BUNS.(WHAT A WASTE OF A HUNDRED BUCKS) WILL WE BE BACK????

Really nice and clean, but always bring a something warm because its cold in the theater!!!

Was great! We had no issues or anything. We watched the movie Captain Marvel. It was a great movie, although we came late so that’s our fault. The popcorn was delicious, so was the candy. The value tray is one of my favorites! You get candy, popcorn, and a small drink! I love my experience so far! We also watched How to train your dragon: Hidden World. We had no issues! At all! The staff were all kind and though they had some issues preparing our food. But we all make mistakes, so we were fine with it. The lines are short or there’s no people ordering food so we always get our foods quick! The restrooms are so clean! I watched many movies at here, my brother always treats me too movies whenever we find a great movie too watch. Overall, this place is wonderful! ️

They have very rude staff that are un perennial in the comster service business. They dont have to right tobe so rude and they ant the ones paying to watch the movie

I love this Theatre. Its small and only carries the most recent movies. However, the prices are what you would expect on matinee at any other Big Chain theatre. On Tuesday, its matinee price all day and night. Very small and chill theatre.

Watched Toy Story 4 . It was so good . Forky was so cute.

Not busy at all, went to see a movie. Snacks and popcorn are could use faster service but overall good.

We always go to the movies here. Its never crowded and the ticket prices are not that expensive. Snack bar is great.

Theaters seem dated (screens seem old, decor seems to have not changed in over 20 years, love the new-ish seats though) but that doesnt subtract from the movie experience. The popcorn is easily the best in the valley.

Need better customer service.. My family and I ordered hot dogs and all 3 were cold.. And when they warmed up the buns, they warmed them up so much by the time I walked to the theater to get our seats the buns were hard

I have been at this theater many times but last night 5/3/19 I went to watch the Llorona and this time I had the worse experiance. There were lots of people talking, lots of people coming in and out very loud and to top it off the back bright lights were on during thr movie twice.

Just saw avengers endgame their, guy behind me was vapping the whole time. Thats not the theaters fault but didnt like the fact that I could hear John wick 3 coming through the wall sometimes.

Very dissapointed in my Mothers Day an birthday experience. There was no one checking to see if anyone was being loud during the movie La Llorona. Their were two Women an a child making loud noise laughing through every scarey part being rude and LOUD. Crawling around on the floor. As I was walking out to complain to management the guy that sweeps the floors confronted me in my face what was I telling these girls that I was harassing and cussing at them. SMH. He took it upon himself to get in my face without knowing what was going on. He was older I believe in his 60s rude and abnoxious. I spoke with the young girl which was a manager and she was kind and respectful took care if the issue. However upon walking out he came an ONCE AGAIN asked me what really happens what did I tell the girls. IDK if it was someone he was dating or family member why he felt he needed to follow us out and still accuse me is beyond me. Id think twice before going there

Great time very clean

I had the opportunity to attend a movie today, but once I entered the movie room I noticed that the room had not been cleaned from the last showing. I excused myself from the room being that Inhad 15 minutes before showtime. However, whem Inasked the gentleman at the door who was collecting tickets if a custodian was on duty he quickly became defensive. I simply asked if the floor could be swept because popcorn was all over the floor. He asked one of the workers if he had cleaned the room and he replied No. The gentleman then explained that the room hadnt be cleaned because the people went in before it could be cleaned. So I asked another gentleman for a broom so that I could clean my area. Needless to say he came and swept by my area. UGH!

Very enjoyable place, always has popular movies however, over the past few years the price has continued to increase, for a small town theatre it is nice, but for the price, no. And I highly recommend bringing your own snacks unless you want to spend more than a ticket worth on a couple candy items..

I came to watch a movie for the 5:30 showing and I came all the way from my house to watch the movie and to my disbelief there was no 5:30 showing even though it said 5:30pm on Flixster and on the movies marquee.

This is a fairly small theater and the only one in town, so it does get busy at times. They play the latest movies and have pretty good prices, but they really need to get new seats. The seats seem to be falling apart and the ground is usually very sticky. Aside from that, its a decent theater.

Not so overpriced like the big theaters. The theater equipment is good hi-def. Great for taking the family

Its a good place to chill and watch a movie. Havent any grievances to report. Customer service has been excellent on all three occasions Ive been there in the last few months.

Could use some updating on the building

The audio is GREAT. The visuals are really gopd top, but they arent top of the line projectors and the screens arent massive, but it has a great environment to it. It reminds me of the theaters from the past (I mean, thats exactly what it is). The posters they have lining the walls are GREAT! They always let me know about new movies. At other theaters, the same poster might be on the total other side of the building. I really like this theater, its charming.

Could be a nice town theater but many customers in Madera are nasty and the janitors dont do their job. Before take a seat, janitors clean the theater but still was popcorn and other garbage around, even in the corridors popcorns all around. Then my 5yo son have to use the restroom and they where nasty. Then paper everywhere, toilet full of pee, floor nasty, dirty water and soap all around the sinks, wet toilet paper etc.l, he have to pee a second time so my wife take him in the girls restroom and she fount the restrooms nasty tooe... nobody clean and workers chills instead of cleaning. This is a small place, honestly I have no idea how is possible to maintain it so dirty. Then the theater #4 (the one where we watch the movie) have the screen that show some signs, I think was dirty but Im not sure if was just dirt or the screen was actually in a bad condition. Anyway need better maintenance, just because many customers are animals doesnt mean that the theater have to look like a dumpster

Great small town theater. The food is reasonably priced, ticket prices wont break the bank. Only downside is that there is no Imax and only one stadium seating theater room.
