Amazing experience, great place to go to have fun and worth every penny. Staff is great and do a fantastic job of managing and keeping the place safe

It was fun the kids had a blast. But i think they prices should be base on age but its not. Its one set price for all. $15 to jump for 1hr. Per person.

The kids had tons of fun but one of your employees was totally rude and unprofessional during dodge ball. Definitely should fine someone more professional and friendly. She should not be working there considering theres nothing but children playing.. so I probably wouldnt refer anyone to attend this place unless you plan on feeling disrespected. I wish I wouldve gotten her name.

Had a blast at the GLOW with the family for my sons Birthday. Everyone was super nice, and practicing social distance. We all had a great time, fully reccomend if youre looking for something fun to get your mind off other things

Our family had a blast at Skyzone in Macon! $15 per hour, per person to jump. Activities include: dodge ball, foam pit, basketball, warped wall, and much more. We didn’t eat during this particular visit, so we’re unable to attest to food pricing and quality. We brought our own socks from a previous visit, so that wasn’t an added expense either. Overall, a very pleasurable experience! The kids had a BLAST and I must say we had fun just watching. Will visit again in the future.

Sky zone is a great place for little kids and teens. You also be exercising and really don’t know it because you’re enjoying your time.

My kids loved the Zone but they need a family deal cause 14.99 @ piece is to much but anything to keep the kids happy.

Took my son here for his birthday which he absolutely loved and had a great time. I paid for both of us to jump and have a good time. The staff are pretty young so there is no customer service. With it being our first time there, I was expecting a little more explanation instead if me asking how everything works multiple times. Overall my son enjoyed himself. The foam pit area smelled really bad but not really sure if they have a way to disinfect the foam blocks or not.

It is very weird how theres still alot of people that go here even theres coronavirus.

Great clean fun!!! We are here at Homeschool Hop! ($10 per hour) PRICE TO ME IS HIGH, especially when we have to drive an hour and have more than one child. The kids have had a blast! Great time! Very clean! Women’s bathroom smelled and looked great! Drinks and food, little pricey. Overall great Friendly staff!Note: general jump area, basketball area, dodge ball area, foam pit area. Few tables to sit at on lower level along with small bleachers. Top level has seating so you can over look the jump areas, few tables. Also 2 massage chairs

Seem a little small compared to others Ive been too. Good customer. Plentiful parking. Upstairs parents can sit and get a massage; they have massage chairs.

Wanna gas out jump in the ball pit at age 35 thinking youre still 20 and laugh later

Price was definitely a little high. Paid for 5 for an hour of jumping and i think i paid over 70 bucks. Cool experience. Probably not going again tho.

Skyzone is a great place for parties and group outings. Its great for middle schoolers and high school. Glow night is a big hit! The neon shirts and socks are really cute.

Took our son & a friend there for his birthday this past Saturday. The parking lot was big so we had no problems finding a spot. The sign-in process was easy enough & the pricing for the jump times were pretty decent. There was a good variety of activities for them to do on the trampolines like the slam dunk basketball hoops that were 3 different heights, dodgeball, an obstacle course, & they even had 2 walls like the one on American Ninja Warrior. The bathrooms were clean. They had drinks & snacks & pizza available. Didnt go up to the second level but that space was for groups to have parties etc. My son & his friend had a great time!

Not very busy. Didnt see hand sanitizer throughout the different areas.. Witnessed alot of playing from employees. I wasnt impressed.

Its okay like said before nothing to do in Macon........son did get pink eye from here. But now I think he understands to wash his hands constantly so maybe it was a good thing.

Great place for the family easy to keep an eye on the kids and they have workers at every activity. Clean but a tad smaller than you think.

Kind of expensive eat before you go, but the children loved their play time and boy did they sleep good that night!

The place itself is fun and the few staff I spoke with at the ticket counter were friendly. My issue, however, was with the staff in the trampoline area. Those staff members were more interested in gathering together and conversing rather than paying attention to the people jumping.Blatant violations of their safety rules which caused injuries to several young customers playing went unnoticed by staff. I have only been on one other occasion, shortly after they first opened, and they were quite strict on the safety rules which makes sense considering the type of play they offer. Today, one child was carried off the slam drunk area and nearby staff didnt notice as they had their backs turned to the lobby area talking.The dodge ball area was mostly unsupervised other than a few parents/adults and many times games were unable to be played fairly because the Referee was no where to be found or too busy sitting on a rail nearby talking. Older teenagers were allowed to hit small children as hard as possible with a dodge ball, which I am sure we can all agree hurts at any age.The last thing I saw was two staff members near the stairs by the trampolines entrance trying to talk to uninterested 15 year old girls and making rude gestures/comments about the girls figures. I realize boys will be boys but it seemed quite unprofessional and made the atmosphere feel less safe to let your teenage girls roam around.Again, the place itself was fun. However, better management of personnel would attract a better clientele looking for a safe environment to allow children of all ages play together.

Had a great time! This was our first time coming here and we went for a birthday party and we had a blast! Definently will be returning!

Booked this place for my sons bday party. The kids had a good time but the staff was super unorganized when it came to checking in and none of the online waivers that were signed were recieved. So had to go back through the waivers for 10 kids ready to get out there and play

Neat place but EXPENSIVE! Probably wont go back unless they offer some type of discount or lower the prices.

Would give 5 stars if the employees actually watched out for the children, I followed my son everywhere and he had a blast. We didnt bother trying the food but I bet its as expected. Also there is a pamphlet at the waiver station that says $14 an hour but the charge $14.99 an hour per person. Couldnt help but feeling a little scammed here.

This is my nieces go-to place to hang out when she comes to visit from out of town. The Glow Nights are our favorite! Great exercise, great fun, great experience!

The management of this place is incredible. My family went in over a year ago with my nonverbal, autistic son and since then we feel like we have become family. They have been nothing but accommodating to us and my son loves it. We go at least two to three times a week. A great place for a wide array ages and abilities!

Fun for both kids and adults alike. Prices are a bit steep, but still a good place to have some fun. Just use caution.....this place can be a bit dangerous if youre not careful.

Brought my kids and some friends their for my sons birthday and we all had a great time. The two girls working the check in counter were patient with us getting 12 different people checked in to jump and getting all the socks we needed. Most of the employees working the jump area were okay. The one girl working the foam pit kept trying to use hand motions to the kids who obviously had no clue what was going on (my 3 year old). The prices were kinda high for drinks and even the jumps, but we bought our jump tickets off of groupon and got a really good deal.

My son always has a great time here. Hes an only child and has HF Autism. It allows him use up his extra energy and learn socialization skills, while having a blast!

They are high priced, but a good place to bring your kids to enjoy the day. Although two of my kids were sick after leaving because of all the jumping around, they enjoyed themselves. Very crowded area.

Stopped in with my child. Small place. Not sure if there is any adult supervision here. Watched the workers, the workers continuously walk behind the counter and grab socks, then walk off...at one time, watched the 4 workers behind the counter, all playing on their phones at the same time. Quite a few times, no supervision by the staff in the few areas. Bathrooms quite nasty...if ur kids like it, no biggie...u can ignore the rest. Guessing the owners are getting their money and don’t care how it’s run...

I first experienced this place at toddler time a few times. It is very fun, for the kids. Went back with the older kids and they had a blast. It is very noisy and busy on a regular Sat. afternoon, but what do you expect! It makes my head hurt a little but that has more to do with my tolerance than the environment. The food items are a little too pricey for various kids imo. Not my cup of tea. Overall a very fun adventure for the family (parents too if you*d like to engage)! Take them in the afternoon when they get home they will be quick to retire (nap) for a while which equals a little quite time for you! Jump on!

I have been taking my grandson since it opened in Macon, the employees are very nice, and it’s always clean. Yes it’s pricy I much rather be at Skyzone in the or than at the park in the heat. He has a total blast in the hr he’s there!!!!! Well done

We had a Saturday birthday party for our child. The place was very busy. So busy that when it was time for your party room, pizza was slow to arrive, hostess was tired and overwhelmed, and most of the work fell on us. Direction and communication was poor. However, after speaking to the manager, he offered us a large discount and was very sorry in a friendly manner. Our kids had a blast, us parents and adults, not so much.

Crazy fun, but smells like feet. Especially the foam blocks in the pit.

This place is waaayyy to crowded. The kids couldnt play like they wanted bc it was extremely busy.. my sister had a birthday party for her daughter here. Her spot was supposed to be ready at 330pm - 5pm.. she didnt get the space until 515pm..then they rushed us with the pizza and cake to make way for another party..smh..they over book spaces and it makes this place hard to enjoy...the busier they are the more dangerous this place is for kids....too dangerous..

I took my 2 year old daughter for toddler Time and she loved it. You purchase their socks which have grips on the bottom so the kids dont slip. They have padding all around the trampolines making it super safe. I will definitely take her back again in the future.

Very clean. Staff was helpful. There was some work being done where they were adding to the attractions but it was still very nice.

We come here every friday and this is the worst experience we have ever had. Jordoyn the girl that was at the register also answered the phone when i called before coming and she was extremely rude! When i asked to speak to a manager in charge jordoyn was running her mouth in the background. When i confronted the manager mikki or nikki? And asked her why the girl that answered the phone was so rude her only answer was she is new... well when we showed up a friend of mine was cashingout with jordayn the same one who we were on the phone with and we asked her how long she been working here she said since December. Well here its july shes been working here long enough to know thats not how customer service works. And if this is allowed we will not be back. 5 kids at 30 dollars a piece is alot of money to come here and be treated poorly. Theres nobody at any of the stations montioring them either. So kids are jumping ontop of kids in the foam section. Nobody at any station. I took videos if therea someone i can email proving it. If this is not taken care of we will not be back. We have been here many of times and both general managers were EXTREMELY nice. So whats going on when there not here is unacceptable and poor management. Workers have there kids here jumping free. No stickers, regular socks from home. And when i asked the girl she said my mom works here... if everyone else has to pay 30 a piece then it should go for all. Just because the big bosses are not here doesnt mean do what you want. If theres a general manager that can please contact me i would appriciate it.

It was a great birthday party space, and the staff were really good with my toddler and kindergartener - helped them in and out/off and on the foam pit, swings, and trampolines. Fun for the whole family!

I dont want to give a 1 star but have to give I regular come with my kids today had horrible experience one of attendant says I cant help my kids on ramp thay must do themselves ok I agree so instead thay must attend that game as its little hard or guide the kids she was chatting with her xxxx so what they get paid for and we must sign waiver anything happens our responsibility

My son had a great time. If you have a kid this place is a must. Employees seem to enjoy working there (which I could never do -all respect to them). Fun place at a reasonable cost.

The kids had a great time here but they were unresponsive when I called to book party reservations no one Ever answered or called me back but my kids really enjoyed themselves.

Staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. No smiles and no greetings. The jump attendants barely paid attention to jumpers. However it did feel clean and the jumping was fun. I would return but ONLY because there is not another trampoline park nearby.

They joined in on the fun because it wasnt busy when they were there.Great priced for the amount of time and different things to do.Thanks for opening up a place like this so people can have good clean fun. We live in Dublin and its well worth the drive.Have fun and be Blessed.

I have one child thsts in a wheel chair she csn not walk. Whats so ironic is they went thru the expense of putting in a lift for wheelchair accesibility but there is absolutely nothing a child like mine can do. I had to pay full price for myself to just accommodate her to sit on a trampoline and watch the other kids. I had to pay full price for her to just sit on a trampoline and throw a ball. I dont mind paying but I think at least the person or caregiver shouldnt have to pay. My other kid that can do everything seemed to have a good time. Oh and I jumped in the foam pit to see how it was so maybe my disabled child could get in and do that because it looked soft and she couldnt get hurt. Big mistake that foam sucks you in and there are no ladders or handles to assist in getting out. Thank God I didnt put her in I wouldve had a very hard time gettig her out because I had to get help to get myself out.

My kids really love Sky Zone. This was our first time to this location and the facility was clean and the staff was very courteous and friendly. We will go back soon!

My family usually visits this location. This was my first time. The place smelled like hot feet. Trash was everywhere on the floor and over flowing out of these extremely small trash bins. The kids were not being watched as they should have been. The womens bathroom was disgusting. Tissue scattered everywhere. This place needs a good cleaning! Management needs to do their job and get this place In order. We as customers pay to much money to have to sit in filth!. Clean it up!!

It was a bunch of teen employees having more fun dunking, flipping into the foam pits, and talking to their friends rather than actually manning their stations and ensuring one kid goes at a time. It was an accident waiting to happen (and a waste of time that youve already paid for), but hey, you sign a waiver, I guess. This place went downhill fast, and management was no help considering I got no response. Save your time and money and take your kids an hour up the road to the McDonough location.

I really really REALLY like this place. And my 2 year old loves it also. We will continue to come back. However, some of the employees are extremely rude. Most of them are great, but there are a few who just have plain bad attitudes. Kids are going to be kids and if you cant handle them you shouldnt work in a kid friendly environment. Just being polite about enforcing the rules with a smile on your face would fix this issue. Snapping at 2,3 and 4 year olds isnt going to make them listen to you. Especially when you look like you arent enjoying your job.
