Veterans Park

I walk here regularly if its nice outside. This is the best park to walk at in Macomb in my opinion.

This a great park to bring the kids and let them play on the playground equipment or go for a nice run on a trail made of crushed gravel. If you take the trail that goes completely around the outside of the park it is approximately 1.71 miles in length. During the day its really quite here. It has fitness work out equipment that uses your body weight as the weight. Great quick circuit.

Well maintained park. Nice big track to walk and plenty of room to practice any sport youd like.

Quiet, right now. Great place for a picnic. Didnt check anything out. Playground is closed. Looks well cared for.

Great place to watch your granddaughter :)

Nice area, but I do not like that there is no shade at the playground! The equipment is so hot and it is hard to watch the kiddos standing right in the sun. I also do not like the weight equipment right by the playground. The kids always want to mess with it. I really wish with all that space that there was a splash pad out there! That would make standing in the hot sun a lot better!

This park is great! Plenty of parking, a playground, work out equipment, a walking trail, baseball fields, soccer fields, open fields, ext.

Very spacious. The outdoor exercise machines are a perfect addition. We go here for movie in the park. Perfect place for kite flying.

The play ground is nice. No bathrooms available.

We love this park! Its always beautifully kept and quiet. And spacious enough that even when its busy you dont feel crowded.

Great neature trails

They had a movie in the park, sort of like a drive in movie, except you had to bring a lawnchair to sit in, they offered popcorn to eat, the movie was a g rated movie that was interesting, it was a very relaxing night.

Fun place. Very clean great place for children.

Nice walking path and playground.

The park is always well kept and the restrooms are clean. They sometimes have free movies in the park with free pop and popcorn. It has a path around the soccer fields and baseball diemonds the is approximately 1.5 miles a lap and is great for running on. It is a pet friendly park and they have some posts with pet waste bags.

This was totally needed for Macomb. Nice place for all sorts of outdoor sporting activities including outdoor social functions. Love the soccer fields!!

Nice to see the outdoor exercise equipment. Fun to try out. Park is an asset to the community and will grow in value as the community grows.

Veterans Park has beautifully curated soccer fields, walkable trails, and wide open spaces. This is the preferred flying field of The Sky Climbers Kite Club.
