Chuck E. Cheese

Love this 20 dollar family meal. Due to COVID-19 its nice to still get some type of chick E. Cheese experience. Thanks so much! I also bought the 50 dollar party pack. I love it.

Pretty well maintained, clean and operated... Kitchens a little slow getting out orders when its busy, oh and ticket eaters were either full or not working at all... I think there was one maybe a couple of them properly functional ((slow kitchen & ticket eater issues is the reason for my 4 not 5 stars)) but overall good experience and kiddos had a blast!!

I love this place . But when is it getting remodeled? I’m just wondering, but I don’t mind it .

If you need your kids have fun and enjoy all the games go early not too many people good pizza and salad

Crowded and unhelpful staff. When I called, I was told that they were open. When I arrived, it seems that they were only open for take-out only. I understand because of the current circumstances . It left me feeling uncomfortable because I(we) traveled from DTLA to the Plaza de Mexico Chuck e Cheese.

With this pandemic...they have great deals starting at $3...plus they have birthday specials starting at $50(you can have your own chuck e birthday at home)... not bad at all

I actually enjoyed myself with wife and son they had a variety of games to play and a place for the kids to play around decent size not cramped up. Only real issue is a few of the machines where not working other than that great experience

Love the wings here all flavors including plain

Love the pizza.

I kinda like this chucky chesse took my 4 year old it wasnt all crowded and ghetto good pizza and cool service most of all my daughter loved it !!!!!

Staff ratio to clients is horrible. There was only one cashier that was doing everything from cashier, to stamping and checking the people that were leaving. Kuddos to her she did a great job of juggling eveything with no help whatsoever. There was a handful of games that were not working . The food was ok . F.Y.I no Salad bar available right now.

Food was pretty good. The cake was tasty. Almost all the machines work. The staff were courteous. They helped me when the games ran out of tickets. It is a good spot to take the kids to run free when you just cant deal with the chaos that is kids.

My girl wants to come back again and have fun

So many things for the kids to do in a safe environment. Food is cool too

Great place for the children, the pizza is bomb, buuut, you guys really need to have more dressings at least ketchup...

Great location lots of laughs and fun with the family. Pizza was great as usual wings ok but overall great place to come and bring the kids.

Omg!! Had a nice time! But at the end of the night I lost my D.L. I called and spoke to Heidi about my D.L and she nicely said we will look to see if we find it and call you back since your number shows up in our caller I.D. well by 10:30 pm she calls me back to tell me they found my D.L!! Excellent Service!!!

I came around 8pm on a friday night was full of families but we had an amazing time and there was one particular employee that just seem to always be around helping with the games believe his name was George. Such a polite gentleman and even though he was running like crazy he always had a smile on his face. Would definitely recommend coming In but maybe not so much on the weekends...

BEST CHUCKE CHEESE. ITS VERRY ROOMY INSIDE AND THE STAFF ARE ALL NICE AND VERY FAST . I TH S VERY AFFORDABLE. THEY MAKE SURE NOBODY CAN LEAVE OUTSIDE WITH YOUR KIDS . AND THW BBN PRICES ARE VERY GOOD .

Sweetness overload. Great bingsu presentation. Lots of flavors to choose from.

They day I visited the establishment was a little crowded but able to play games and enjoy the salad bar.

Very good.

Fun place to bring in your kids for a birthday party.

Went today on football sunday at 11am and completely satisfied that it was empty only one or two other familys there pizza came fast and fresh really good with stuffed crust my kids had a good time

Worker were lazy just to type in my phone for the rewards.. they werent busy and chuckie never came out...

Clean facilities friendly staff my little girl loved it

Good pizza and salad bar today . Fun and great atmosphere. Service great.

Not too crowded but a little wait the bathrooms are clean shocked me lol... Food well its Chuck E Cheese....

So clean and the people where so nice ️

Had a wonderful time here with my family. I reserved for a birthday party for my son. It was wonderful. Our host Salma was really wonderful and she took care of everything. I hope to come again some other time. Thank you so much.

The staff was really friendly and helpful.

This place is awesome. Whoever complains is because they forget that its mostly 17-20yr olds working here. Theyre human, mistakes happen. Especially because 50 kids are running around unsupervised by the parents and they have to take care of the parents because they dont follow rules. Oh and the salad bar is the best! Along with the stuffed crust. Better then all these pizza chains.

So crowded but had fun

It ok

Is this chuck e cheese open already

Wack food

Well my grandson love this place so I had to give you 5 stars. Me personally I like the salad bar first time I went to the salad bar and they had whole eggs I guess the cook said forget cutting them

Because i love there salad, pizza, games, and chuck e cheese

This Location is always a pleasure to bring the kids.... Maybe one day Chuck E. Cheese will come out and mingle with the kids instead of power walking out 3 or 4 maybe even 5 times a day and throw Tickets in the air while gradually increasing his speed to get the Hell out of dodge from all the kids running to pick up those few tickets that was thrown! BTW... This VIP section has been dry the entire day! No problem though because all the kids utilized the area

The pizza always delicious the games are always fun and it just reminds me so much of my childhood

Really badd service take too long to bring food as for a cake had to go ask more than 10 for them to even bring it and ones they did no lighter nothing to turn on the candles never coming back

If you can deal with the parking its a safe and relatively clean (kids make messes) place to take the kids for an afternoon. If you live close by get the reusable cup. Pays for itself after a couple visits

Having fun with family.

My son had hella fun

Bad service, so crowded you could find a table to sit. Dirty bathrooms, no soap, no cover seat. Pizza took more than usual.

Been coming here since I was small now. Now I bring my neices and nephews. They actually make food pretty fast and delicious. Theres a lot of games for kids to play with and interact with others. Highly recommend here very fun and social environment.

Literally one of the workers comes up to me and asked me if I had did the survey, and then tried to accuse me of giving them a 5 on the survey(first of all why is it my problem someone gave you a 5 out of 10), I have never been treated this bad ever. All I can say is never going back there, so I can be accused again. HIGH RECCOMEND TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!

Its Chuck E Cheese!!! Kids always love it. And i very much appreciate the card credit method over the tokens.

Got a large free pizza. Its clean

Had not been back for years and I must say its still a really cool experience for the family especially children love it! Pizza tastes as good as I remember it tastes, yummy

As a customer, I am thoroughly disappointed. It was my god daughters 1st birthday, we paid for the whole nine yards. Pizza, game cards, drinks. It all. We recived nothing in return. With repeatedly asking about our food, the staff just ignored us. When we finally forced them to give us the play cards, they were stolen off our table shortly after getting them, along with our. 8 dollars in change and recipet. And when we asked the manager if they could check the tapes we were met with the cameras dont work. And on top of that, when it was time for Chuck E Cheese to pass out tickets, we inquired if my god daughter could have some since he was trowing them in the air. We were told if she wanted some tickets, that she would have to join in the swarm of 8 and 9 years olds kicking and pushing and grab her own tickets. I am very disapointed with this establishment, if anyone thinks about coming here, DONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We love the pizza and the wings were amazing. The kids love coming here

My son love this place

Its really cool, I love the games and the park that they have. Its just really fun to be in.

One of my baby daughters favorite places to come

Cool i came to plaza mexico i found chuck

Great games and they have a playground for kids to play in. My kids loved it.. Good service..

Doesnt have alot of toddler games and doesnt have alot of the new games other chuck e cheese have.

They messed up my order in my last two visits.

My kids had a blast, they should organize the place a little more and prevent kids/parents from hogging a ride but other then that adding the playing time cards is good like that you give the kids a limit to how long they can play.

I really liked it its been years of not going and i decided to take my daughters the pizza was really good i really loved it very clean place the bathrooms were really clean and smelled nice thanks alot i will return soon

Awesome place for kids and adults

I LOVE HOW THEY RECYCLE EATEN PIZZA

Good customer service and food but dont go on the weekends really packed

I give it a 4 stars because when people was trying to get something from the ticket shop the man or lady was talking a long time it took them like 25 minutes just to attend us.

Absolutely terribleThe service was the worst I have ever had None of the ticket machines were working only one was working and then I broke then the fixed the next one and it broke again! In the middle of us playing games we went back to our table and all our food was gone! When we went to get our prizes the African American woman at the counter kept on asking us the amount of tickets that what we wanted cost! Shouldnt she be the one to know this? She is the one who works there! And we would ask for something 40% of the time she would say that she couldnt find it after she spent 30 seconds looking for it! Absolutely terrible expirience NEVER GOING BACK! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect place for kids of course. My kids love it

Parents dont watch their children

Fun atmosphere everyone seemed to enjoy themselves

The best place

Its great; when i was younger, it was my dream to spend my birthday here and i remember liking the ride that seems to look like a flying bicycle

Since weve moved on this side of town and started going to this #CnC its been a very fun place to go, we have had our sons birthday parties there and the service we get is amazing, we used to to the one on Colorado Blvd in Eagle Rock but now we found our new fun place to go....

Fun for family night, delicious pizza, fast service but short on staff in the game area to service machines.

It is so fun you win a lot of tickets and i got 9000 tickets so close to 10000

There were only a few games that didnt work but my family and I had fun.

Always a pleasure to visit this location. Havent been running into any broken games. The staff is nice and the location is kept pretty neat.

My kids love it

Love the new way they run now with the card no tokens anymore thank God many games didnt work and our kids will lose there money and now with the unlimited minutes work great For all of our family.

Small, but I was still able to enjoy the games with my wife and daughter. I didnt eat any of the food, except the fries, which were okay, so I wont comment on those.

Great place to visit!

They need SECURITY in uniform to STOP the black young/teenagers that they come to plaza MEXICO to steal shops and here at Chuck E. Cheeses too. These TROUBLEMAKERS need to be in jail for few days/months or even maybe years too. Other than that the whole place is good!.

Great place where a kid can enjoy themselves with family

The food wasnt cooked thru and the manger was very rude...

My kids love it

Great mishaped pizza!

Place is ok. Just had a bit of a bad experience with a staff member. (We are a BIRACIAL family). So we are waiting in line and clearly she (staff member) saw my husband pick my infant up from the stroller Im pushing. As he grabs my toddlers hand and gets the 3 of their hands stamp she lets them pass by, and closes the rope so I cant pass. Keep in mind Im pushing a childless stroller and there is NO ONE behind me. She looks me dead in the face and says she has to stamp me separately. I asked her why and she replied, because each family gets a different number. I let her know that in fact that is my family. No apology of any kind just an ok and a stamp. Never have I felt so hurt, confused and mad. I hope maybe she was just that blind or clueless.

Its a very nice place to spend time with the family, its a little expensive but its worth it because the kids can have fun playing the variations of games, the only reason or inconvenience and the reason Im not giving it 5 stars its because theres 4 or 5 (dont remember so good) registers and theres only one person attending the register, this makes a long line and you will get frustrated, the same thing happens when you go get the prizes after playing.

Definitely the dirtiest Chuck e cheese Ive ever been to but the pizza wasnt bad

Great pizza also nice to come here and have a slice and play some Mario kart

Stink in there! No joke I went twice and each time smelled horrible!

Chuck E. Cheeses has a huge variety of arcade games and is a great place to have fun with friends and family.

Staff at the plaza Mexico location very atendent in good service and very friendly . Also very clean

Actually enjoyed myself my children had fun and the manager Keosha was very helpful. She made this experience so much better than previous times

Clean, and good atmosphere. Great staff

Their Budweiser on tap smells like cheeseIt tastes so badWe were there for almost 3 hours and Chuck e never came out

I had so much fun here!! Only thing is, it is messy, trach everywhere, BUT..what would you expect from a place thats for kids!?

If youre 5, like my nephew, then u give 5 stars

Pizza is bomb

Huge line to cash in tickets.8ioi*iii

Its clean and an easy place to get around during the week.
