Nice play area for kids and toddlers with plenty of swings and play structures. The restrooms are also nearby. There are some covered picnic areas and lots of green grass for kids to run around. The only issue is the lack of parking so you may have to search for additional parking.

Had a wonderful picnic with my family for memorial day, and was well kept, clean, and not crowded by any means. plus everyone was following the recommended guidelines

Has all the necessities of a good park. Water park in the summer too. Plenty of benches, tables. A bathroom right in the middle. A basketball court, a big field and two places for roof parties. Not that big parking lot though, but you can park on the streets.

Wonderful park. Green, clean and spacious. Enough room to enjoy the playground, the open field and the waterspout (not running while we were there). It is an older park thats maintained to standards.

This park is a hidden gem as far as it having a somewhat hidden spray park. But is full of seemingly troubled kids in the summer and can be a rough place to bring little-little kids.

Nice little Park safe

Theres a nice bathroom. A small sidewalk trail to walk your dog. Spray park starts in June. The play ground had multi age equipment. A plus if you have toddlers and bigger kids. My kids and I will be back.

Limited parking, but if you go the other side there’s plenty of street parking available which many people don’t know. Decent big space and family friendly park.

This is a nice, quiet, open park with lots of room to play with kids or ride your bike around. It includes a basketball court, playground for kids, splash park, and several covered areas for picnics. I always enjoy going there.

This place is amazing! Always well groomed. No trash. And plenty of room to run around and play.

My kids enjoy they self and thats all that mattered.

This is a nice small neighborhood park. Due to the heavy rains lately some of the paths were flooded.

The park was nice. Very clean, lots of trash cans and recycling cans available and no graffiti seen. There was a cute little play structure and small little splash pad which was great for younger kids. We were there for a birthday party, and a party structure had been rented. It was a little small, only had 4 picnic tables and 2 grills, but served our purposes well. The parking is absolutely atrocious; not only are the spots extremely small, but the parking lot had very few spots available. The parking lot is not large enough to serve a park the size it is especially with 2 party structures in it. Did not use the restroom facilities so cant comment on the cleanliness of those.

Wide open fields, two shelters, and a great splash pad made this a very fun first time visit. Parking is limited, buy a short walk to the nearby elementary school seems to be the overflow parking area.

Decent park but lacking in parking spots. Vast field with a water sprinkler for people to cool off in and a bathroom centered conveniently in the middle of the park.

Smaller than I think. In winter it is quite chilly there and very small parking.

I grew up playing here because I went to elementary school right next door. They recently reconstructed everything, but kept the same style as before, which gives me wonderful nostalgia. Clean and safe.

I love this park!!! The water feature is awesome! The day I took my two year old niece there, it was 90+ degrees outside and she had a blast! We will definitely be returning.

You can park at the Lynnwood elementary then walk through the gate. Follow the path over to the water park.

Very small parking lot but a great neighborhood park. Attached to the alderwood elementary school so you could park there after hours. My in-laws live in the connecting neighborhood and have direct access to the park.

Nice park with open fields and a couple of BBQ spots. Good play areas that include a climbing rock, and basketball courts, as well as some swings and a slide structure. Also has a decent walking path.

We went to my nephews birthday party here. I was ok. There were lots of different shelters you can rent for parties but they are spread way away from the water park feature. The water park feature wasnt that great. It wasnt terrible but there are a lot of cooler water spray parks. The playground area wasnt that awesome either. Again, not terrible. Forest park in Everett is a lot cooler. not too far from this park.

Great place for birthday parties.

I like the Lynnwood park and ride. It has one of the biggest parking lots in town however it is consistently completely full by 6am. Please expand your parking!

Cute little water park. Has a small loop to walk and a basketball court, but the play structure is old and should be replaced.

Parking in the tiny lot in front is difficult. Go to the school or the streets behind the park. Lots of room to spread out on the grass. The spray park is open during the Summer months only.

Big open park, decent playground equipment (Swings!), some small amount of covered picnic area available. The biggest draw would be the open space and the summer there is a water play area.

Its nice theres about 5 or 6 sprinklers and a little play set with swings for babies and bigger kids some slides and theres sawdust underneath.

Tons of of thing for the family, you can play at the playground, kids can play in yhe water park area, older kiddos can skate board, ride bikes or just play Frisbee. Nice place for the whole family.

Though small, this is a lovely neighborhood park. It features restrooms, swings, a play area with climbing equipment, a climbing rock, picnic tables and bbqs, a splashing fountain, a basketball court, and a variety of trees.

Fun splash area for toddlers and kids, quiet park, bbq, restrooms, well-maintained lawn and plenty of space. Not enough parking lots though, but it is easy to find a roadside parking spot for free in the neighborhood.

This is just a basic community park with 2 covered picnic areas, washroom facilities, basketball court, miniature climbing wall, swings and kids play area.

Needs better parking, but love the quiet atmosphere
