I would recommend everyone go Lynn YMCA youth center, Awesome staff they work with you, give you good advice. Lynn YMCA hired the right people. I want to thank you for taking good care of our kids for couple hours they were there.

We have a national membership, so while visiting Salem for the weekend we located your facility and found our 1st day with you folks to be very welcoming and professional, second visit Derek left a HORRIBLE taste in our mouths leaving us to feel unwelcomed and as if we were an imposing upon him. Aside from his lack of professionalism and annoyance with us for his inability to locate our membership in your system it makes me wonder what we are paying for? I only wish the young lady who helped us the first day could teach your other team members how to treat customers correctly.

Today my parents went to the ymca to get a membership for the family. They been waiting for more then probably 10 minutes and the lady they were talking to just answered the phone and didn’t pay attention. The lady pretend she didn’t understand my parents, my parents speaks Spanish and clearly she does too. She then told them she has to work and said “bye” to my parents. When my mother came home she called the ymca, the lady picked up and spoke FLUENT SPANISH to her! My mom told her she wanted to speak to the manger but she said call tomorrow and that someone can probably help her. My father has a friend that has bad experience with her and she probably treated other people badly too. It’s sad, people would love to have a job like her but she decides to treat it like nothing. I hope someone can speak to this lady and tell her how to ACTUALLY do her job and I hope someone can speak with my parents to get a membership over there.

I love the Lynn Y!!! I use the pool. Good pool schedule--availability very reasonable. The guards and instructors do a very good job. I find the folks at the front desk are very helpful to everyone. Sometimes Id like people to keep the showers stalls cleaner. (I mean the members).

I want to work on the YMCA as help the staff for summer school program Im 14 from Henry Cruz tell me when is the parking lot fix front and back please text back when you have time take your time

Perfect staff, nice and clean pool .

Paid for the year in full. I get everything from activities like Zumba, spin, and yoga class. I use the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi after a hard workout in their gym. Staff is super helpful and any questions I have using the machines have been answered.

Very supportive for the low or no income people. But bathroom area is very dirty. No privacy for shower.
