Best place to go see fireworks on the 4th of July!

We just spend the weekend playing baseball with our high schooler. This stadium was beautiful, clean and had AMAZING views of the mountains. The staff were professional and friendly. The snack bar was open which was a plus. Great place to have a baseball or softball tournament!!! Check it out :)

Great local feel. Many in the stands seem like old friends. The announcer was a bit disruptive and loud as he tried to stir up the limited crowd on a rain threatening evening. It would have been more enjoyable just to let us enjoy the game. Left feeling like I needed earplugs next time

Beautiful stadium and views of the Blue Ridge. The concession prices are a bit steep....but the tickets are very affordable.

Excellent place to bring your friends and family and great ticket prices! The team is pretty good too even with several players moving up to the higher levels including to the Cleveland Indians (the parent club for the Hillcats!

Great little community venue for Lynchburg, VA. Went here plenty of times while at Lynchburg College and I continue to come back in summers when I visit friends.I wont say Im a big fan of the new team colors, but I guess progress is progress, right?!Only thing going against the place is some overzealous ushers patrolling the seats.

It was my first hillcats game. The sunset was amazing.

Small town baseball is the best. Tickets and concessions are affordable; all the seats are excellent; parking is free. The concessions are tasty too

No one goes there. It has the atmosphere of a funeral not a ball game.

Its a pretty good place. They do a lot of games for the kids to do during innings also bouncing houses also they do a good job on getting the people in the stands involved in the game. Beer is sold here I think its expensive per drink. Overall I like this ballpark.

Ive forgot how much I like Baseball until tonight.

Have been going here for years and prefer this atmosphere over Salems.This past Saturday purchased a jersey at auction as I have done in the past to support team,however this time will my wife was taking a photo of myself and the player a person in management took it upon himself to tell my wife to get off the grass.There were many in a small area and years past it hasnt been an issue.I feel that was totally on called for as Im supporting the team and the jersey wasnt cheap my wife was barely on the edge of the grass.If management is more worried about a little blade of grass while someone is taking a quick photo I guess Ill stop supporting the team that way we wont be on the field. Missed seeing you Ronnie

Nice minor league ballpark. Nice upgrades the last couple years as well. Picnic area seating at first base. Drinking deck along third baseline. Field for the kids to play and run by the outfield. Always something fun going on. Check website for deals and giveaways.

Watched a EC Glass game it was wonderful

Lots of upgrades with new owners, can get expensive with all the wonderful food and concessions, But great experience, other than an overzealous usher who was a but out of line with children he didnt realize were mine (obviously) but situation was resolved quickly.

I ordered 3 items from the team shop on April 10th, 2019 and I only received one of them. The team shop said they would send me the remaining two on May 3rd but I still have not received them. I emailed them to see if they could issue a refund but they won’t respond. Do not use the team shop!

I seriously would love to give them 5 stars. The stadium is so relaxed and beautiful, the fans are friendly and the seats are cheap. The only reason I can’t give another star is the outrageous concession prices! I have asked before about the prices but I keep getting the “at league average prices” excuse. I have been to Myrtle Beach and to Winston-Salem and I paid less for the food then I did at City Stadium. I can’t justify paying $6 for a soda, $25 for a papa johns pizza or $4 for a hot dog. This is a college town and middle class area that can’t afford those type of prices. They would get more fans coming to the game if they did that.

Even after the rain it was the place to be tonight with over 3600 people in attendanceThe Hillcats did lose but the fireworks were incredible.

Not only is it a wonderful place to make memories with friends and family its a great place to work. Wish Baseball Season Was a bit longer!!

I had a great time. Im a disabled senior and they saw to my every need. My plans are to purchase more tickets. Go Cats!!!!

Great Baseball

A great way to spend a summer afternoon with friends and family. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The local team plays well. The stadium is kept up very clean. The food isnt bad for stadium food. The beers a bit expensive but its what youd expect to pay at a place like that.

Nice fun family atmosphere. Come on out and cheer for the Hill cats.The more you get into the game and activities the more fun yoi will have.

Altogether very nice, but dont like that almost every nice seat is reserved. Bleachers are all not n are all in the sun. pricey too to watch a game. Food, Soda, n Beer is all over priced

The web site is user friendly. The purchasing of tickets on line is very good and convenient, allowing you the opportunity to select your seat. The ticket pricing is fair. The quality of the concessions is absolutely terrible! Someone yelled out “next” and I arrived at the counter only to not get waited on. The man beside me was demanding his money back because he had tired of waiting. He said he had been waiting for 15 minutes. Finally I got waited on and the cashier used someone else’s credit card to pay for my order. She had to cancel out that transaction. Then she tried to hand me another persons credit card. The man with me had ordered a combo but they did not have fries ready. The cashier failed to bring him his fries when they were ready and finally someone else asked us what we were waiting on and brought him his fries. The operation of this concession is the worst I have ever experienced. On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being the lowest and 10 the highest, it is sadly a 1. On a report card it would unfortunately be rated F.

Me and my family come over to watch fireworks with the kids we get told at the front we could get in the 8th to go watch the game and wait then we go to the person at the gate then he said wait till 8th too then the 8th inning starts and we go try to get in them say we can’t get into the ninth now how crazy very disappointed with this place.

Good baseball. The food is poor and extremely expensive.

My Mommy use to work there before she died so my opinion might br a little biased. Even though I havent been there in awhile I will always love the Hillcats. Growing up the people that worked there were like a second family to me and the Stadium was like a second home.

We came here to watch the Hillcats play and it was expensive. The stadium itself was pretty clean. On the plus side it does have a gym and pokéstop near it.
