The kids love it here. Excellent place to come when its cold or rainy outside. A few rides and lots of games. Awesome place.

Way overpriced and horribly maintained location. They advertised over a 100 arcade games. They failed to mention that out of that hundred perhaps forty was broken and those that werent broken were old. To put context, the photo below includes a whack-a-mole game that cost $1 to play and even then it was partially broken. The maze obstacle course, was held together literally by duct tape. Ive seen better McDonalds playlands than this obstacle course. Lastly, in order to have four rides operating you would typically need a minimum of 4 ride attendants. This is simple logic. However instead they cut cost by having their staff run back and forth between rides. This resulted in unnecessary wait times. While this cost cutting might be efficient and effective during the weekdays where you would see less participant, this made no sense on a weekend evening.

This place needs a major overhaul.A lot of games do not work. A lot of games dont give out tickets, so you have to track someone down to have them fix it.We came here to escape the heat, but its was almost as hot inside!There were certain spots that had cool air if you stood in the right spot...but they were few and far in between.We came here twice, and both times they were not staffed enough to keep all the rides open.They have a little mini bowling alley, but both lanes are missing a pin!The prizes are very underwhelming, kids were excited to cash in their tickets...only to find mostly worthless junk(even by their standards) like I said, this place needs a complete overhaul. Bring in some new games, fix the bowling alley. Get some new prizes.I will say that staff that was there were friendly enough

Its fun for kids they have 4 rides included with $17.95 pass. Kids would have to go twice to make your money worth. I think each ride itself is $3. They have kids area which is pretty big.

Great place for kids of all ages. Rides games a d a large climbing structure. Staff is friendly and helpful. Make sure you eat before you get there the food is not the greatest.

Great place to bring young children. But be sure to bring your wallet because the food here is quite expensive. I recommend using groupon for a discounted price on the wristbands and cards. It is often less crowded in the evening around 6-7. Overall this is a quick go to place for enjoyment with kids.

Had our daughters 6th Birthday here and it was great!! Totally fun. We had mixed aged group 2- 11 and everyone had fun. Boys and girls. Differently get unlimited rides, totally worth it. Prices are very fair.

Great place for kids to play;The staffs are friendly. Parking lot is very dark at night, so if you have trouble seeing in the dark bring a flashlight.

We had our sons 5th birthday party here and it was a great experience all around. The staff is friendly and the management team very accommodating. The games are a bit dated but kids still have a great time. We will visit again.

The kids loved this place. They went on rides and played games. They collected tickets and traded them in for prizes. Frank made our group reservation painless and he was professional and polite. I recommend taking kids of all ages.

Been coming here since I was just a kid with my big brother. Now 20+ years later I come here with my little boy. Just alot of fun and not expensive at all. Food is basic, pizza, fries hotdogs, pretzels, nachos perfect for a boys night out with my son.

The place Is Nice And A Fun Place To Bring The Kids But They Close Way To Early Even On The Weekends. 8pm Is Really Early. Their Party Packages Are Horrible. $24 Per Kid For 1 Slice Of Pizza And A Drink. Not Allowed To Bring A Cake.

It a nice place but it definitely needs a upgrade. All the game systems r old. If they upgrade with new system I would totally give 5 stars.

Great indoor games and rides venue for childen 3 to 10

The place is so small and the day we went there was so hot and the AC was so hard to feel.And my kids getting so sweaty and tired from the hot air inside.And the rides with bracelet are very limited and most of the fun games with moneyI will never go again.

Kids had a great time! Pizza and chicken wraps were really bad. The onion rings saved the day... Laser tag was a disappointment... Half of the vests were out of order?

I went here with someone special and it was a very fast paced ceiling to wall power place to go have a breather from the seriousness of life! Games, good American food and smiling staff fill this inside type amusement center! If I could rename Fun Station I would name it Super Fun Station World USA!

I took my 2 year old son here and he enjoyed himself. The rides are alittle old and the arcade games could use some updating, but to a two year old, he didnt notice. The staff were very helpful when my son wanted to get on the train ride. The front desk had someone start up the ride for us. The prices are not high. Went on a Saturday around 6pm and it wasnt too crowded.

Everything is old/doesnt work properly. The place needs lots of their games replaced or repaired. Lazer tag also needs an update. The jackets dont work and mine died halfway through the game.

Nice place for a kid maybe no more than 5 years old. You can spend hours there for a reasonable price. Older kids can enjoy a few of the things but can get bored rather quickly.

Not sure where I can even start. From the out of order games to the air conditioning not working, to the crane machines where the cranes dont even close....or the ski ball that gives 1 ball- rather than 8. Or the toys in the machines that looked old, dirty and used. This was such a disgrace. No wonder the Groupon was so cheap. How about actually bringing this place up to date and functional, then you would bring in some real business. I wouldnt even let my kids near the food court. I would have needed a gun to my head to eat that food, let alone let my kids eat it. Really disappointing that someone actually manages this place and thinks its adequate to let kids spend their time and money there. Shame on you! Dont waste a dime on this place!

This place is a decent indoor play place for the younger kids. HOWEVER, they are closed Monday thru Thursday...during which time they should CLEAN/SANITIZE the games & apparatus! Some of the games are FILTHY!! The carpeting for the play scape needs to be replaced!! Invest in a makeover!!!

Great value, they need to clean, very dirtyGet the Groupon it is the best deal available for any kid entertainment facility in Nassau County. They have arcade, air hockey, laser tag, some small rides including bumper cars, helicopters, merry go round. There is also a tube system for the kids to play in.

Because they have a lot of fun rides and they lets us get an ice for $350 and i got $5. And On August 16 I had a lot of fun rides.

My niece is here kicking off her fourth birthday week and its great! So fun. Definitely just a good time. Not too expensive and there was a Groupon that got us a free game card with a wrist band purchase! Will be back Im sure :)

Liked the rides. Thats about it. The maze was cool but they had a leak and there were a few wet spots. Some of the games were out of order. While some staff was friendly there were some not so friendly. Place could use some updates.

I loved this place as a kid. I even had one of my birthday parties here when I was little. My parents brought me here a bunch of times after as well. I miss it a lot!!! Great place for the kids to come and play. Basically a Dave & Busters for kids!!

The place looks a little old, the day I went with the kids some of the games were not open and that was a little bit disappointed to be honest.

Not pleased! Games are outdated and not functional. Technician complained that Im making it too complicated seeing as the games were old. I thought if I paid money for a game I was entitled to play a functional game without needing a technician to fix the games. The other staff were pretty pleasant. Place would be nice if they update and fix their games. The technician needs lose the attitude and fix what needs to be fixed. Do your job sir!

Really great place to bring kids on the weekends

No denying the place needs some updates. I strongly suggest someone maning the doors, a few bumper cars did not work and the whole laser tag equipment needs upgrading. HOWEVER, the kids had fun and the young staff were courteous.

Took my 4 kids for some mid week fun during the school break. Bought them all snacks and game cards and tickets to laser tag. They had a lot of fun doing Laser Tag when we came out we went to play video games we heard an announcement that the place was closing. Which was sooner than hours posted. I was mad I spent money on the game cards and the kids couldnt use them. Couldnt get a refund. Staff were no where to be found. I emailed and called the manager never received a response. Poor customer service. Other complaint most of equipment was out of order all the popular games didnt work or took your money and then malfunctioned. Staff no where to be found to assist.

My siblings dont mind coming here but as the one paying for everything I mind because seriously 85% of the things here are broken. Its annoying having to write down the amount of tickets you were supposed to get but couldnt because the game just shut down or the wack a mole missing moles and the kids have to hit a metal pole thats sticking out. They can stand to make some upgrades, I dont know why they havent.

I usually dont do this but after coming here for a birthday party I was compelled to do so. This place needs to be shut down and completely renovated. The night I went it was raining. The ceiling was leaking everywhere. They had garbage cans and cups to catch the water leaking. How is this safe for children? With electrical equipment and wires throughout the ceiling. As the kids, ate pizza-if one could even call it that, the lights were off in eating area. Everything is filthy, and half the games were off. As I watched a young man clean the inside of food machines with what look like windex my stomach turned. Do yourself a favor. Dont come here.

The not so fun station.... brought my 3 and 4 year old over on a rainy Sunday afternoon to have some fun. Based on other reviews, I did not go in there deluded that I was going to find a modern facility (which their website would lead you to believe it is). However, the place was pretty subpar than I could even imagine. Half the games were not even on and the ones that were several did not work. My son won tickets on several machines and he either got far less than what the screen said he won or did not get any at all (try explaining that to a 4 year old). He had fun on the Himalya ride but was bored with the rest. Seems that he was not the only one. I had to wake up the ride attendent at the turtle ride so that my 3 year old can go on. My 3 year old also went into the maze where she subsequently became lost and afraid. There was no one attending the maze so I had to seek a worker out for assistance. He looked up saw her and said she should go that way and walked away. I had to crawl into the maze to get her and I am glad I did. I found all the foam mats in the maze were filthy and completely torn up. It is a huge safety hazard and is clearly not maintained by anyone who cares about the safety and welfare of children. $60 later my kids had a pretty disappointed time and only have a cheap plastic dinosaur to show for it. Its not worth your time or your money

First time going to Fum Station,had a great time today and the Staff was very kind and helpful...definitely well be going back.

Most of the rides and games are not operational and the staff just could not care less. I gave it two stars since it was so incredibly cheap, but thats where my good review ends.

Just came from a party here and this place is visual ADHD. This place could use a complete upgrade, but I was impressed with the wide variety of things to do: rides, play house, video games, carousel, bumper cars. My kids werent bored, which is all I need with an indoor playspace.

Expensive considering there are very few rides and the rest is all arcade games. Laser tag and the virtual reality roller coaster simulator cost extra and the money on the game cards goes fast! So be prepared to shell out more to keep the kiddies happy. Try Groupon for deals. The best ride, bumoer cars, requires a height of 44. On the bright side, this place did keep three kids under 11 busy for several hours on a rainy day.

Really nice staff, very helpful. Some of the hes werent working, but staff replaced my tokens and apoligized. Rides are great for ages 6 and under...not for bigger kids

I do like this place and as well my 5 year old son. But I gave only 3 starts because all the arcade games r outdated and they really need to upgrade the games. Hopefully they will upgrade soon.

This place is worst ever for the parties. I booked a party on a Friday night, probably the last time slot they had. When we got in, even half the lights of the play area were off, I had to request multiple times to have the lights turn on. The whole time our party was rushed, the employees really felt like shutting that place down while the party was going on. Their caterer is awful too, food without any taste. And at the end I had to pay more because of Confusion with the pricing of the party room. Avoid this place, pay little more somewhere else and have a good time!

Good place for little children, or kids under 13. Laser Tag perfect for kids, teens, and parents, though. Broken games are a common problem.

The food (pizza to be specific) wasn’t good. But overall had a good time & great customer service
