This is the worst place to live ever!!!! I had to give a 1 star but if I could I would give tropicana a negative 100 stars!!!! The owners recently sold the property and things went down hill very quickly!!!! Mind you it was horrible to begin with, but with the new owners wanting to raise the weekly rent and still not address any maintenance issues is the reason I left!!!! The trailers are cobbled together, and many more issues that would take to long to list!!!! A motel would be much better than this trailer park!!!! Anyone looking to move in here please beware!!!! Neighbors are very nice people, but the upkeep and maintenance is so not up to par!!!! Thank you for reading this and have a wonderful day!!!!

Wonderful place. Management is very nice and the new maintenance man is incredible. The place looks great with a freshly painted dock, the grounds and beautifully maintained with a brand new picnic area with a new table and bench built by the Scott, the maintenance manager. Keep up the great work!

Yes there are issues, but management always resolves quickly. Scared of the wild life, but that’s what makes it special. Love my property manager Scott! He always makes sure. I’m safe and available 24 hours.

Great peaceful relaxing place to live

Its alright. Looks like your typical trailer park you find here in Florida for at least in this area of Florida.

Older park but safe. good people, but most come and go. we lived there for about 6 months. never an issuse. my health forced me to move. I miss the lake, lots of wild life there.

They never told us why we were getting kick out they never fixed our leaking roof

Run...Dont Walk from this Dump....Mgmt. is horrible...all buildings are old and dont meet current Code Enforcement standards...Lead paint in buildings will kill small children if you have them...this place should be Condemned immediately. Currently contacting State Representatives and Code Enforcement to take Action.

Dump dont rent here high price dumps all units have plumbing issues and hey no heat also power is scetchy 185 a week for a dump
