I have only had the opportunity to speak with someone on the phone here however the customer service that this person has exemplifiedwas far beyond what one would have imagined or hoped for. You can walk in from the street with zero experience or have some experience years ago, and they will teach you the proper form of archery. They are great with kids and adults beginners. Ive never seen them use negative feedback. Its a welcoming, positive, and fun atmosphere to learn. They teach compound and recurve, and will work with you to determine what sort of endpoint you desire.Also, its a great upper body workout.
