This experience was awesome. Jonathan and Patrick were great, they payed very good attention to the horses while riding. I hadn’t been in PR for 11 years and it was good seeing a little bit of it during this ride. Thank you guys, stay safe :)

Amazing staff, nice control under covid, beautiful place

We did the ATV tour on our Honeymoon and it was an epic experience!! Efrain was our tour guide and did fantastic. Really got a good ATV experience in the rainforest edge. The whole place also has everything you’d need for the family or a group of friends and good places to eat and drink at.

We had an awesome time on our 2 hour ATV tour this past Wednesday. Anthony was our tour guide and he was awesome, he treated us like family and made our tour the Best one ever. He took a lot of awesome pictures on my phone. Also the other tour guides that we found on the tour were awesome too. It was fun and a safe environment. We can wait to come back and do it again.

Went on a ATV trail ride through the rainforest. Scenery was amazing and the guides were fantastic. Our group had a lot of fun. The park also others trail rides on horseback and has a gocart track. Food and beverages are available, there is a restaurant and gift shop there.

It was an amazing experience. We did the one hour ATV tour and our tour guide Cesar was awesome!! He totally made this so worth it. He was very informative and took his time to ensure my family enjoyed every minute of the tour. Will definitely be going back.

My friends and I had an amazing time on the ATV riding. The stop at the river was the most memorable. Being able to ATV through a real Puerto Rico forest was unforgettable.

Went horseback riding and was totally informed and entertained by our guides. Puerto Rico is such a beautiful island and theres no greater way to take in some of that beauty. Even if youve never ridden a horse, youll be fine. This island is full of adventures to be had. Live a little and try this one for sure!

Juanjo and Anthony were amazing tour guides. Even on a rainy day they made the best of the tour. The whole tour was amazing from the check in to getting back to the ranch. Very informative and helpful with finding local food favorites.

We showed up on the spur of the moment, and they were able to accommodate us. It ended up being only my wife and I and Patrick was our guide - so we got a private tour for the group price. We just did the one hour horseback ride but Patrick took his time, stopping to Show us scenic views, feed us delicious local fruits and take in the gorgeous, lush greenery at the foot of El Yunque rainforest. My horse, Shadow, had a smooth gait, and was well trained.

This is exactly the ATV experience I wanted as a solo traveler.Long review ahead:I looked at a couple different companies before deciding on Carabalí . My main factor in choosing this company was the tours looked to actually go through the forest, and not just a field on trees on private land.BOOKING EXPERIENCE:THEY DO NOT PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION. I knew this when booking. Though they ask if you need transportation, the website doesnt direct you to the transportation link automatically, or give you an option to add it on during the same transaction. You will have to go to a seperate link afterwards and book it in a different transaction.I am deducting one star because of this process and because it was not clear if there was storage for my belongings (since it was going to be a rainy trip). This pre-ride experience needs to be more clearly laid out.TRANSPORTATION EXPERIENCE:Since I booked the night before, had a lot of issues with booking the transportation company, so the morning of the tour I was not sure if I was going to be able to have a ride or not. I had to call Carabali as soon as they opened for them to contact their transportation company. They were unable to book me. Since I had a 9:30 morning ride I was stressed about getting there. So, I called I ended up calling an Uber.I took an Uber from San Juan to the Carabali Park and it was about $40-45 each way (tip not included), which was about the same as their transportation company as a solo passenger.PRE-RIDE EXPERIENCE:The check in process was pretty simple, if you dont sign the waiver online they will have you sign it there. It was raining, and they do have shoe protectors and ponchos for sale in the gift shop but I opted not to get them.There is a small locker you can use for a change of clothes, but you have to ask for it. They seemed a little confused when I actually wanted to use it. The ATVs do have a small compartment in the back, but they may not be 100% waterproof.There is about a 10 minute crash course on how to use the ATV.RIDE EXPERIENCE:The ATVs are easy to handle! The tour was a good mix of forest, stopping for sightseeing/pictures and light off road feel. I am an adventure junkie and it was just enough to fill my fix, while being appropriate for a beginner.Our guide, Omar, was WONDERFUL!!! You can tell that he loves to do these tours, and treated me no differently as a solo traveler than he did the couples. He even helped to take photos for me, since I didnt have someone to do it for me. I loved his knowledge of the trails and of Puerto Rican history.While it is not a challenging ride, there are good moments to get a tiny bit of speed and some fun bumps, hills and turns.One of my favorite parts was towards the end where we had the opportunity to stop at a little forest restaurant to get fresh grilled kabobs and fruit juice. I HIGHLY recommend trying the soursop juice. They are cash only, but do have the option to take PayPal so make sure to tuck away a few dollars!POST RIDE EXPERIENCEAfter returning the ATVs there is a nice restaurant on premise, if the shack didnt fill you. Since I did have to rely on Uber, it was stressful trying to connect to wifi. There are no signs on the premise about guest wifi. Once connected, I wish they had better stronger of a wifi connection so I could have had an easier time calling an Uber back to San Juan (or at least let me know roughly where the router was located so I could stand closer to it).OVERALLThis was an amazing ride, and I am so happy that I booked it! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a unique experience in Puerto Rico. If you are debating if the 2-hour trip is worth the money, just do it and make everyone back home jealous! (I do wish it would have been a bit cheaper because of paying for transportation solo, review could easily be 5 stars with that).NOTES: Make sure you figure out your transportation and bring cash for the shack!

This was an amazing experience!!! Very nice people, my group came late and they still were very understanding and still managed to give us the full experience we paid for. Our tour guide was Luca. Such an amazing and sweet person. He was very patient and helped us along the way. Thank you for a great experience!!

This was a wonderful experience!! I had so much fun my tour guide for the ATV’S was Omar and horse back riding was Joshua they were very informative told me somethings I didn’t know and that surprised me about the island. Great group of people I would recommend them to any and everyone I’m definitely coming back with more of the family

I recently visited from Orlando. I booked our tickets online. On our way from our hotel our driver got lost and we were late for our appointment. The team members there were so helpful and understanding. I was nervous about us losing our time, but that wasnt the case.We was super nice, patient and helped us take great pictures for our travel scrapbook. He made sure our entire team felt comfortable with riding the ATVs. Harry made our ride wonderful, even though it was our first time.

We had a blast! We also took my boyfriends father and he had the time of his life. The staff explained the rules clearly and our tour guide HARRY (HARRY POTTER) was amazing. Extremely patient, Spoke English & Spanish, Very knowledgeable (plants, history & the rainforest). We highly recommend CARABALI RAINFOREST PARK. Worth every penny!

Fun gocart and horse rides..atv and utv are very expensive to ride for 2hours.

This place is so much fun! We did the two hour tour with Pablo and Kevin. They were awesome!! I dont know if your can, but if you go, ask to go with them.The horses know what to do, so you dont have to worry too much about them. The scene is very tranquil. You see the mountains and make a stop in a river which flows from El Yunque. Its a little pricey, but I believe it was worth it. We came for my daughters birthday (she loves horses) so Im looking at it this that perspective. I would come back and try the ATV and UTV for sure!

Awesome place friendly staff! I did the one driver plus passenger on the ATV! Fun trail two beautiful stops for pictures and horses! Wanted to do it again! Would do two hours next time!

Restaurant was excellent. Best skirt steak that I have EVER had. Didnt even need steak sauce and Im a steak sauce lover. Lobster was good also. But what was even better was the exemplary service of Chris. So professional and attentive. Left no stone unturned.Explained the dishes from the menu well, including the drinks and my water cup never reached half empty, which is GREAT because LOVE water. An all out awesome experience. I live in N.J., but when I get back to PR, I will definitely be back for the steak and the top notch treatment!

It was fun. Great tour guide. Kind of slow moving and you have to go with a group so if you get stuck with someone who doesnt know how to ride it will drag a bit.

By far, one of our most memorable stops on our trip to PR. The staff is friendly and the tour guides were hilarious. They take safety seriously but also ensure a fun, enjoyable experience. We’ll be back every time we visit the island!

This is hands down one of the most spectacular places on Earth!!! The sites and sounds of nature at its most beautiful!My family visited Puerto Rico and was excited to adventure out with an ATV trip through El Yunque! The 5 of us geared up and took off with Jay! He was by far the best guide there! He was cautious enough for us to be safe, but also let us feel like weve cut loose. Jay was even cool enough to stop, grab and share a fresh passion fruit with us and also take a super cool family picture. Thanks for some great family memories!!!!

This place was the highlight of my vacation. We did horseback riding. The instructors/guides were so attentive, knowledgeable and entertaining. And the horses well taking Care of. We ate at the restaurant witch was authentic and delicious. We finished the day with ATV riding!! Oh man it was great we did 1hr!! So fun and the scenery was awesome.

One Hour Horse Ride: Place was jumping. My boy friend & I had a great time as it was his first experience on a horse & mine in a long while. Our guide, Patrick, was very down to earth & friendly. He was both knowledgeable of the horses & of the area.. I Highly recommend checking out this place!

Booked an ATV tour in the morning. Everyone was so friendly. The tour took us to some beautiful spots for pictures and even got to swim in a natural pool. After the tour theres a little shack to buy snacks and drinks. The whole place is very well maintained and so much to do. The restaurant and bar served great food and drinks. Fun for the whole family here. Highly recommend!

Had the best time they’re great we did the two hour atv ride and it was thrilling the trails are so awesome, afterwards we did the go karts and then we had an awesome meal I loved the shrimp mofongo with garlic sauce my husband had the steak so delicious shout out to our tour guy cesar he was really attentive did his job well took us through the trails and made us have so much fun ! Carabali rainforest park is a must

Great place for fun with family or friends. Cool adventures with go karts, horseback riding, the river, rodeo and four tracks. Really a fun experience. Also, the restaurant is really good with local quality food and the prices are affordable, pretty much the same price range of a Chillis.

A truly unique experience! The guides were so patient and helpful and one of them shared a parcha(passionfruit) with us on the ride. We saw iguanas, cows, birds and sooo many beautiful horses. Heads up WEAR CLOSED TOED SHOES! I had on strap sandals and had to buy water shoes for 16.99!

Had so much fun! Their horseback excursions are super fun and they have great horses, mine did sit down while I was on him so that definitely added to the whole adventure of it! We followed a trail along the river and we passed by large estates deep in the mountains. I only did the half hour but I wish I had done the full hour! Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable of the horses and the area and I got lots of great pics!

Tons of fun and extremely professional staff! They will make sure you understand the ins and outs of riding a horse before taking you on an amazing trip through the rainforest!! We saw tons of wildlife and the horses were incredible!!

I could visit this place for 3 straight days!!! The restaurant has the best steaks and I loved the Caribbean steak quesadillas!We did horseback riding on the beach with Jose and Fernando and they were absolutely amazing tour guides.

Excellent attention and Lucas was a great guide.

Lousy customer service and mediocre tour. They wouldn’t let us change the tour date for one person in our group who woke up with a cough and couldn’t come in this COVID era. Those of us who did go didn’t enjoy it much. Slow atv tour with lots of stopping very little atv’ing to stop at their overpriced shop in the middle.

While waiting for our turn we Go Karted with the kids at a reasonable price. Well worth it. Due to our large family we rented UTVs, which is a larger version of an ATV, for the 2 hour tour. This included a ride through the jungle, a few stops for scenery pictures, 30 minutes of cooling off in the river, a break near a small bar for kabobs/icecream/refreshments. Then headed back. Be sure to wear sunscreen, shades, bathing suits, clothes and sneakers for getting muddy. Youll be wearing helmets so wear your hair to accommodate it. At the end you can either shop at the souvenir shop or eat before you go.

So much to do at this facility! I took the one hour horseback excursion through the foothills of El Yunque, and it was awesome! Much thanks to Kevin and especially Patrick for assisting me during the ride.

Excellent food, well organized horse rides for adults and children alike. Be ready to spend a couples of hours if you plan to enjoy their different attractions. ATV Ride is good if you had never ride one before, if youre a pro you can skip it.

Horseback riding was lovely. The horses know what theyre doing and where theyre going, so no experience necessary. The guides were great, gave us a lot of history, and even took photos for us during the ride.

Awesome place to spend the day. Great entertainment for the whole family, staff very knowledgeable and friendly(Omar is the guy to choose for the ATV trips he is the man). Very beautiful place, in touch with nature. Will be back every time Im back to my PR

Fun tour through the trails. There are a few stops for picture taking and sightseeing plus a great river stop during the 2 hour tour. Clear cool water that is perfect to get some dust and sweat off from riding. You have to check out the restaurant afterwards, excellent mofongo and service. Looking forward to going back the next time I am in Puerto Rico

Great way to spend a rainy day in Puerto Rico and also a great way to visit El Yunque if you don’t feel like waiting in traffic on the main road to get up to the top of the mountain. What I like about this place is that even though it was in the wild in the rainforest it was in a controlled environment on private land, so if you want to take your kids on a rainforest adventure, this would definitely be the place to do it! The rain made it so much more fun in my opinion. Be prepared to get covered in mud though if you do go in the rain and I am really glad that I packed a long sleeve quick drying rash guard shirt because I also got cold.

Went on the 2.5 hour horseback when we were in Puerto Rico for our honeymoon. Such a great time! Our guide Johnathen was awesome and we enjoyed every moment!

Fun. Great staff. Nice face with many activities. Really good prices. One down side, the ATV/UTV tour is slow paced, not recommended other than site seeing. However, the good food and drinks at the restaurant make up for it.

I just visited Puerto Rico for the first time in a girls trip, and the Carabalí ATV trip was definitely one of the highlights! Our guide, Jay, took us on a 2-hour trip. He taught us so much about Puerto Rico, the rainforest, and the creatures and vegetation that grow there. He took tons of photos for us, and we got way more than we ever bargained for. Definitely go, and ask for Jay!

I loved it. 100 percent worth it. One and only one problem. Too long of stops. One stop we were at a river. Liked that. But then we stopped at a food place. I brought my own food and ate before in hopes that I would be riding the ATV all 2 hours. But about 45 to about 1 hour of it is stops. If there is a experience drivers one. I would come back for that.

Amazing....Had a ball. The staff was friendly, everyone both Spanish and English. My family and I did the go carts, horseback riding and the utv. Prices were very reasonable. Definitely going back.

Beautiful tour had amazing views.

I went with a group of friends, and when we got there they were fully booked so we couldnt ride that day. Therefore we bought tickets for a later day and when we arrived they couldnt verify our reservation and they never gave us a receipt. After going back and forth we finally went on our trail. Thankfully our ride was pleasant, we got lots of pictures and had fun! Our guides were funny and friendly

Beautiful. You could spend 8 hours here and still need more time. Its free. The towers are wonderful to climb. Be careful driving or walking on the road. Very dangerous. You can swim in at least one of the water falls.

Awesome! Our leader was a pro! This was one of my favorite parts of the trip. I will say that if you arent an experience ATV rider, go for the two seater. Its much more controllable, especially if you dont have much upper arm strength. Recommend to anyone visiting for vacation. We stopped a few times and got to see some beautiful views. Always wanted to go ATV riding and wasnt disappoint ed at all. Funner than I expected and I got to lead the pack. Although its probably cause I was a newby.

Very beautiful place. Offers Horseback riding, a hay ride, and UTV guided tour. Bring plenty of bug spray and comfortable/ breathable clothes and good walking shoes. Several employees spoke English and were very helpful.

We went for ATV rides for 1 hour tour and it was awesome. Our tour guide Freddy was absolutely great. I wanted to go again right after but they were booked for the rest of the day. Book in advance. Awesome place to visit will try horseback riding as well next time

We had a great experience! The park was beautiful, clean, staff was all very friendly. We went horse back riding on the beach, our tour guide Juan was fantastic.. horses we’re beautiful & in good shape!! Would highly recommend doing it, it’s a MUST. Just make sure to bring sunscreen!

Wonderful experience for the whole family. Even my 5 year old daughter got on a horse all by herself and no problems. Horses are well trained. Place is very clean that do make sure they maintain the place clean. I will definitely go back.

Took my 9 year-old daughter horseback riding and she loved it! The guides (Juan and Jonathan P) were amazing. They were knowledgeable and even made sure to take pics for us. Highly recommend and would do it again.

This place was so beautiful and there were so many things to do. We didnt get to do much, but if we ever come back to this area we will definitely do horseback riding or ATV rentals.

Nice horse trail and good set up to grab a bite and a drink while you wait. This was a less crowded period for them during COVID-19 so making reservations in advance is recommended.

This place was amazing!!! We did the two hour tour and it was well worth it. Our guide Alan was great!! We stopped at one of the three major rivers that flows through the foot hills in El Yunque the water was refreshing. Alan took the time to explain how the Tainos used different rocks found on the river bed to paint their bodys during ritual and other usage.

For my daughters Sweet 16. It was THE best ATV Weve done, and weve done a few.

Excellent place! We just finished a two hour at your and man it has been the best by far. If done at in Thailand, Mexico and DR and this is by far the longest run and the coolest experience. Ending with the dip in the river for a decent amount of time no rush was the best part. Freddy and Willy (I hope I got their names right was wet and unable to write down their names but the two guys on the 230pm tour 10/17) those guys were great to be with. All in all when I come to PR will be coming back to try some of their other activities. Now one thing I would like to mention and this is mostly for the owner of the business, was not happy to see how the horses are kept and then seeing how much land is empty and all you have to do is put Barb wire up theres plenty of down trees to use as post. Horses need to roam free no face a corner cus thats how they fit in the space. Not cool horses are meant to be running around and if your are not using then leave them free in the land. Going around in a circle while a dude holds a rope is not exercise for them. Dont get me wrong they looked well groomed and healthy but def not happy. I grew up in a farm with cows horse n donkeys . But yeah aside from that one small comment to better that I really liked this place and alot of ppl said food was great but didnt get a chance to eat.
