The golf course was in such a bad way, fairways reminded me of someone’s back yard, ant piles on the tee box, greens was like putting on dirt, and the owner was absolutely disgusting! After teeing off on the first hole I quickly realized I wasn’t going to “waste” my money playing on this course. So I turned around and went to the clubhouse to get a refund. This is how the conversation went with the owner“Owner: Are you finished playing?”Me: Yes!Owner: How come? Something wrong?Me: Yes, I can’t play on this course.Owner: Oh, are you too good for our courseMe: No sir, I just can’t play on this course. I’d like to get a refund.Owner: Tell me, what is that you didn’t like.Me: I’d rather not, I’d rather just get a refund.Owner: No! Tell me, I want to know.Me: The course itself, the greens are bad, the fairways are like someone’s grownup backyard.Owner: Well you’re only going to get a rain checkMe: Sir, I don’t want a rain check. I want my refund.Owner: Have fun getting thatMe: How come?Owner: You’ll have to take that up with the owner!Me: Sir, I know who you are. You are the owner.Owner: I’m not giving you a refundMe: Sir, I don’t want a refund. I want my money back because I won’t be coming back.Owner. Right! You sure as hell won’t be! (Says this whole he is giving me my money back!)****Let’s just say this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a golf course. The place spelled like marijuana, and the entire place was just simply ran down! I’m not one to leave bad reviews or make any bad statements, but he drew the line when he cursed at me. In my opinion this course should be closed or new ownership. Wow!!DO NOT GO TO THIS GOLF COURSE, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I played this course when it was called Cliffwood and loved it. Most of the putting surfaces were wet cause the sprinkler system was on during play. Cant tell were the cart path is most of the time cause the old one is over grown by weeds. They cut the grass with regular zero turns which I dont think that is the proper equipment. Just read the other reviews. Yeah Ill play at it again for $20 cause my game isnt that great anyway LOL.

Golf course is in terrible shape. Cant even find your balls in the fairway, yes the grass is that thick and tall. Greens are dirt not much green. The rough is knee high in spots on the course trees laying down all over the place. Some places you cant even use the cart path weeds have taken it over.

If one star is as low as you go this course needs 5 minus stars.

What a fun course! I have been playing it about a week now and absolutely love it. Elevated greens make for challenging approach shots no matter what tees you play. The blue tees provide some fun for the par 3s. 2 of them playing 200+. Greens roll true. I will be back multiple times per week!

I was in the area and decided to at least practice some putting using the facilities putting surface. I was on the practice green when I was confronted on the putting surface. I was told I could not just use the putting green. I was told unless I was using the driving range or playing a round. Ok that is fine. I went into the pro shop to offer to pay for a bucket of balls to use the putting surface. I thought that was fair. The owner then went into a tirade about my attitude. No attitude just wanted to use their putting green and was willing to pay. Never going back. LOUSY MANAGEMENT AND DEFINITELY AN OVERRATED TRACK.

8 of us traveled down for a golf trip and played this course the first day. The pictures on thier website is not the course you will be playing. There is no grass in the fairways and the greens were absolutely horrible. Its sad that the course isnt even worth the 25 dollars it cost to play.
