First time going.. was a little nervous but everything turned out ok. They explained everything and it was a quick sign up. My kids and I had a great time.
Great family friendly business. By the way they run things I would say they are a true American business that understands morals and principles. I appreciated that.
Ever seen a fat kid fall on a trampoline? Well I have and its worrisome. Place is fun.
Because it had a lot of trampolines and a dodge ball and basket ball area and my brother is there having the best time ever and we might go there some day I love the place and his girlfriend is there her name is kamdin yay have fun !
Never been there. Come on Google if your going to spy on me at least get the right side of the road.
Had a birthday party here and was not impressed at all. The younger staff was nice but inexperienced and the older woman working the counter was very short and not helpful, I went to her to order icees for the kids and she told me I could either charge it to our party or pay for it then, I said I wanted to charge it and she told me to look for my party coordinator if I wanted to charge it instead of just going ahead and helping me. Also the foam pit and beam were closed for maintenance and I wish they would have let me know when I was calling to get info on party packages since that was one of the main things we wanted to do. Also our party coordinator was not around except when we first got there to bring guests up and when she brought the pizza and served the kids. When I’ve had parties at other trampoline parks the person assigned to our party was always around and very antentive.
Management, friends and family know the struggle we experienced attempting to retrieve our lost item. The phone was lost based on my husband not following a policy the park has written throughout the facility. While I do not agree about how big the situation became, I am thankful that for whatever reason, the phone was returned before the original time frame we were given (Thanksgiving break) and I am appreciative for that.My recommendation would be to come up with some sort of policy for an instance that happens frequently, like having customers pay a fee to retrieve lost items if it needs to be retrieved before regularly scheduled cleaning times. We would have been happy to have paid some sort of fee because the policies were clear, but the lack of initiative to provide customer service was disappointing. I stand by this, in the matter of the unfortunate conversation had between myself and the GM of the park that both him and myself did not conduct ourselves in a manner to foster a productive conversation, I was upset at how I was being spoken to and the unreasonable resolution being presented to me and while I will not assume but from my perspective he was upset because we were asking for our phone to be returned before the regular scheduled cleaning time, which by their words was to take place during Thanskgiving break. However, I understand business policies are in place for a reason but mistakes do happen and customer service is also a huge part of a business structure and think that a policy in place for retrieving lost items in a more reasonable time frame would help alleviate unnecessary back and forth.I am very appreciative at whoever made the call to retrieve our phone before our wedding and thankful to the employee who took the time to find it as I know it is not an easy process. As I previously stated my son loves to jump and outside of this experience of our lost item and the headache associated with getting it back in a timely manner ( responsibility falls on both us for not adhering to their policy and also on the lack of customer service from the staff member we dealt with in trying to find a resolution) we had no other issues while at the park.I have changed my review from a 1 star to a 3 star because while this situation should have been handled by someone other than the man we dealt with, we recognize that a part of the responsibility falls on the customer to follow policies and even though my husband jumped into the pit mistakenly with his phone in his pocket to follow our son in, it is still a policy for a reason. The man we dealt with and I will leave his name out, should never handle customer service because while I was upset at a point in the conversation I began the call calmly and with no animosity only with trying to reach a more reasonable resolution than I received at the park itself, he is a representative of your company and I should have never been spoken to the way I was by him, he did not treat the situation with any empathy or a “do the right thing” mindset and I feel like that is imperative when running a business that relies on customers.Thank you again to whoever righted the situation and I happily change my review because of the understanding and empathy that someone showed in returning our property to us.
My kids always have a good time. They are always closing earlier that their normal hours say that they are supposed to close. I live in Carlsbad and we always call in advance to make sure they will be open after we make the 3 hour drive to Lubbock and they have been closed down twice now even after they said they would be open. Completely waisted a 3 hour drive twice.
The trampoline park is actually a great set up. It’s the fault-finding vibe and the arrogant staff that really brings this place down. For this establishment to be advertised as a fun place to gather it’s the pompous attitude that stinks. Be ready to sign a waiver to even use the restroom at this place.
Only put one star because I cant put zero. Management is hard headed and completely incapable of being flexible enough to handle situations beyond their policy. Case and point: I had a friend lose a valuable item in their foam pit (yes you arent supposed to take items in there with you, yes you shouldnt take items in there with you). This friend contacted management to inform them and offered to pay the entrance fee and work out a good time to come and search for their item in the foam pit. Management absolutely would not have it no matter what sensible option was offered. It would be a minor inconvenience to let the customers come in and search for their item. Regardless they were adamant and their solutions involved waiting 3 months to search the pit and paying employees (ambiguous) salaries to come up and observe a search. To me a key aspect good business is valuing customers enough to help them out. Especially when it will cost you nothing. We have a great standard of respect and kindness here in Lubbock and businesses like altitude dont value that standard. I dont want that mindset to flourish in this town so they wont get a single dollar out of me.
My kids and I love to hang out here when were bord. I love this place more then They do I think. When we want to get out of Clovis this is our go to place.
So I took my 11 yr old son. nephew, and a friend to jump. One had $30, and the other two had $21. It cost $14 for 2 hours plus 2 for socks to total $16. They each paid 16. Yet two of the boys received wristbands for one hour and the other received it for two hrs- even though they all paid for two hours. After one hour, someone from the staff came and took 2 of the boys off and said they would give them a spectator passes to watch for an hour until my my bro in law came to pick them up... even though they paid for 2 hours. The boys said they offered to pay the five dollars for an additional hour but they told the kids that would be 15 each.No one notified us of any situation and ruined the whole thing because my son and my nephew had to sit and watch their friend jump for an hour. When my brother-in-law picked them up the employee said they only paid nine dollars and produced receipts showing nine dollars each, yet they did not have change. This place does not have their stuff together and we are not let our kids go again.
Great price wonderful price for an afternoon of fun. My son jumped for 2 hours and it was $15 3 hours would have been 20.
I just found out you can leave your kiddos here to play while us parents get things done...like christmas shopping! Kids had a blast. 2 hours doesnt seem like much but it tired my kiddos out! And they had lots of fun
First time going here and it will be the last. Horrible experience for my 9 and 4 year old where theres no guidance by the staff just a bunch of unprofessional employees that are all around 18 including the manager that was extremely rude with zero people skills. They had our poor kids scared to jump without getting in trouble.
This place was a great place to take the kids. It is not a bad price and wasnt crowded on the weekend we went, although it can get very crowded at times. There is ample place to sit and they provided some decent accommodations.
Fun, but wish they had a separate area for kids and adolescents/adults.
Fun place for my sons 11th birthday. My adult son rolled an ankle trying to out do the young ones. Memories!
Great go hear a lot recommended to a lot of kids
It’s the best place for kids it’s family friendly and fun pls go there sub to faze RUG
The place is always kept clean, the staff is friendly, and we always have a good time when we go.
They have wonderful service and places there. I think that it is a wonderful place to go on a birthday.
Super fun place. You gotta buy there grip socks too tho.
Wow very upset .customer service so bad young man was so soo rude the bathrooms so soo dirty it was my first time ever there. And my grand daughter birthday could not believe how bad we got treated
So great to take any of the family the kids are safe and its not too expensive
The only bad part was my kids couldnt go all over because theyre smaller but for a Saturday afternoon that comes with the territory. Staff was very nice our host was a sweetheart and plans to work with kids kindergarten age and out showed. They loved it...it was easy and i like these socks lol
Had a birthday party for my daughter May 25 ...and in the middle of the party a man came in the trampoline place without checking in smelling like alcohol trying to fight my 13 year old son .. tried to talk to the owner STEVE KAST to let him know of the issue and but he did not seem to really care all i was trying to let be aware of the situation and the kids safety in this place ... most of these people just walk in without checking in and letting him know.. so sad when the owner does not even show concern
Came for a party check in was a nightmare crammed in a balcony where you cant even sit and watch kids jump. Lesson learned never again.
I really like this place. Other than the fact I cant jump in the same space as my 2 year old daughter, which I think is stupid to say the least. But other than that, its a fun, high energy family event.
I highly recommend altitude its like I work for them bc I tell everyone go to altitude best energy and exercise love them..ricardo... alex and mica....yall 3 rock such great people ...sincerely amber payton..
Thr place I cool and fun it gets a little crowded somedays this place is still fun
Excellent place to take your kids to burn off some energy or to host a birthday party
Im giving them 2 stars specifically for Toddler Time. It seems that every time I go during Toddler Time they allow field trips of 40+ kids over the age of 7 to attend. While the facility is large, it is not designed to accommodate the two age groups. My 2 year old has been hit /knocked down on multiple occasions (luckily no real injuries) and heaven forbid you have more than one toddler, you would have zero chance of keeping an eye on them to insure they do not get injured. I would be more understanding if the field trips began at noon, giving the toddlers from 10-noon to run around and play. However, every time I have gone the older group gets there by 10:30 leaving very little time for the toddlers to enjoy the facility. Please understand my issue is with the facility allowing field trips to attend during this time, and not if a parent brings their older children with their toddler.
Pretty good prices... Fairly friendly staff... Most importantly, kids love it and parents can relax while the kids play... Several new areas since my last visit... I WOULD reccomend Altitude Trampoline Park...
My brother-in-law accidentally lost his phone in the foam pit, instead of resolving the issue the owner decided to send threatening messages to my mother and sister because we were trying to work with management on getting the phone back and no one will let us get it back until thanksgiving. During the phone call which i was present for the owner repeatedly called my mother spell misogynistic names along with my sister and was screaming at the top of his lungs. Thats not how a human being should act and definitely not have a business owner who is supposed to cater towards children and customer service should conduct himself. my sister and my mother are getting threatening emails saying that he will be suing for defamation of character. All we wanted is the phone back, this whole ordeal is horrible and i dont think that the actions of one owner out of the multiple should reflect badly on this business. However his actions wont go unnoticed. No we cant afford a new phone, we shouldnt have to wait until november to get it back, and id like to know where in the terms a service does it say if you drop a phone in a foam pit it becomes their property.
Great place for some fun. It was really crowded but we still managed to have a good time. This 200 pound guy does not stop on a dime like the 30 pound little kids that were jumping all over the place but it was still fun. I jumped with the kids and had a great time. By the way, the foam pit is a bit harder to get out of that I thought it would be. The picture was of one of the less crowded junior dodgeball games.
I had so much fun there. Im from out of town and I appreciated the staff looking out for all the kids. I highly recommend this place for fun!
It is a good place to go with friends and family.
My kids had tons of fun there. Nice employees, good environment for the kids.
Nice trampoline park. Friendly staff, nice and open facility. More obstacles than other parks Ive been to. Well be going back Im sure.
Great place to take the little ones to release the wiggles
The owner speaks very horribly to customers seeking assistance and I am told they are not cleaning the foam pit until THANKSGIVING! Come on Altitude- you can do better than that.
Dreadful. Foam pit smelled like urine. Asked an associate and was informed the foam pit isnt cleaned for months at a time. Wont be returning.
My daughters 6th birthday party was such a hit! The staff was amazing; my party coordinator was such a great help. She decorated the tables, served the food, hung the banners, got us 20 extra minutes of play time, and had a great sense of humor. The bathroom was clean, the food was great, the staff is attentive, the actual trampolines are such fun, and the different areas are clearly marked and the rules for them are posted where you can see them. They have lockers as well as cubbies, so your stuff can be as safe as you please. They also have a self serve kiosk for the liability waiver, which makes things streamlined, and the party check in was easy for the party goers to navigate. The entire thing was painless, fun, and surprisingly less expensive than I expected. I would recommend this place again and again to anyone with ears to hear it, and Id use sign language for the deaf!! Do yourself a favor and book this place for your party! My 39 year old husband wants to have his birthday party here now, as well as my older daughter, my 62 year old father, and myself! Altitude Trampoline Park is, by far, hands down, the best venue in Lubbock for parties that Ive had the pleasure of experiencing. Thank you guys for a wonderful evening!
Great place to take the kids to burn off energy. Can easily spend 1 to 2 hours here. You must purchase their socks to jump.
We lost a cellphone there 9 days ago. It was our fault, but they will do nothing to help us and have in fact, threatened us with a lawsuit and expected us to pay $500.00 to retrieve our property. Weve offered to pay admission to come during a slow time or to come before or after business hours, every reasonable, rational solution that we have proposed has been rejected. They said that they intend to clean the foam pit out during Thanksgiving and well just have to wait. My son-in-law still has to pay for the phone even though he cant use it. The daycare and his job are unable to get in touch with him. They dont have the money to replace it and they shouldnt have to - it isnt lost, its being held hostage by the horrible GM. They are trying to silence us and prevent us from sharing our story online. Their attorneys are sending us threatening letters and even threatening other family members that theyve never had any contact with at all. This business is locally owned by Debbie Sampley (possibly Sampley-Householder), Kelli Howard and Dr. Catherine Ronaghan and is listed in LCAD as Saroho Enterprises, LLC. There may be other owners, but this is the information I was able to obtain by searching Google. Their GM is a vile creature by the name of Steve Kast aka Steven George Kast. I just keep thinking that had we decided to go anywhere else for entertainment, we wouldnt be going through all of this. Luckily, their attorney put his extortion and blackmail threats in writing. We will not be intimidated or silenced and I hope that anyone reading this will truly reconsider patronizing this business. I believe that Steven Kast is also the GM of the Maxx Aire Trampoline Park in Abiliene, TX, not sure if they have the same owners or not.****UPDATE**** - The response from this business is total bs. Everything we said about their lack of a cleaning schedule came directly from the staff that was on site when the phone was lost and was later confirmed in phone calls with former owners, who by the way, are former owners because of the hiring of Steve Kast. They openly objected to his hiring and shared with me experiences that confirmed my belief that he is the most vile man in Texas. You bet I filed a complaint with the BBB and went to the media after giving the establishment ample time to resolve the issue. They refused, so I was left with no choice but to escalate it. Sending a certified letter to owner Dr. Catherine Ronaghan led to the phone being returned on 9/26. Certified letters with return receipt stand up in court as officially notifying the other party. We told these jerks that we wouldnt back down and we didnt and we will continue to warn everyone to avoid this business. Youre welcome Lubbock!
Very clean. Reasonable prices. Definitely recommend for a good family outing.
Great to go with the kiddos but one of my sons wasnt able to flips in the main jumping area even when no one was there
Great service and amenities... our kids loving coming here
Terrible experience. Second time we tried to go here and this time was just as bad as the first. My kids and i were told we couldn’t do things, but the kids right next to us doing the same thing were left alone. This was 3 different times in less than 5 minutes. Anywhere we went an attendant was telling us no. My son has done the obstacle course multiple times and today was told no for being too young but it wasn’t an issue for 3 hours previously.? Honestly we felt targeted, and while it may be my perspective, I’m pretty confident in feeling that it was because of our appearance. We Will not be back to this location ever.
My kids love it, and so do I! Simple concept, trampolines everywhere. Who wouldnt love that?Park is well maintained and monitored by staff. All participants must sign a waiver and purchase jump socks.Gets very crowded on Fridays, Saturdays, and Summer time.Pricing is okay, but they run multiple promotions monthly, Id advise calling ahead to find a deal.
Great atmosphere!
We Loved this place! Amazing experience. Everything was so clean and well maintained. The staff was fabulous. Everyone had a blast.
Fun place... But know the dangers if what can happen and have happened... Take precautions
It was a blast my daughter would love to do it again some day
We had a lot of fun here. It was really busy the night we went but its so big that it didnt seem to be much of an issue. The staff was friendly to us. It was a good place for the kids to run off energy. I also would like to add that I live there is an area for little ones and lockers to store your stuff in!
My daughter had fun except when an employee kicked her off the trampolines because of her socks. I am from Houston and any trampoline park I have been to accepts trampoline socks from other places. When paying at Altitude, I was asked if she had trampoline socks-not Altitude specific socks-and she did so I thought all was fine. So, after she gets kicked off, I go to buy their socks and I ask the cashier what the difference is between the socks my daughter has and their socks and she said there is no difference. Was not happy with the experience and will most likely go somewhere else if in the Lubbock area again.
My brother took the kids here for an afternoon fun trip. They had a blast and the staff were all very friendly. It was on the more expensive side of things but it was definitely something that I would save up for to do again.
My son loves it here!
Waited in line for a good 20 minutes when there was clearly available employees standing around behind the counter to check us out.
It was so fun I can hang up with my friend and family
Great fun and exercise lol.
The best!
We had my daughters birthday party here, the price tag was a little scary upfront but after setting back and figuring everything up and the experience we had I would definitely recommend Altitude for birthday parties. Service people were amazing and professional. Worth every penny...
My daughter and I enjoy this place since they have opened. The staff are great, inside is clean for a place that holds kids from all ages, and this place is pretty big. The only complaint I have is there are no lockable lockers.
We had our kids b-day party here. The staff was amazing and the guy who worked our party was very helpful and did a great job.
Fun and safe. We love this place and its a good workout. Kids had more fun here than at Disney. Just saying
Lots of fun, nice facilities, will go again
Great place to take the family!
Its an awesome place my son loved it so much. Thank you Altitude Trampoline Park
Kids had a great time
My first experience with Altitude was in San Antonio, and although it was pricier, it was a lot of fun. Lubbocks Altitude was fun as well and the staff was friendly, but the reason I rate it so low is because they overbook the entire place. If youre not there for a birthday party, you wont find a table, or even a chair to sit on. My kids jumped for two hours so my wife, baby daughter and I sat on a table only to be told the table was reserved for a party. We look around and every table and chair in the building was reserved for parties as well as the party rooms. We ended up sitting on the mats along the edge. However, there was a large group of parents standing along the rails and along the walls since there was literally no chairs or tables to sit on. I understand its a business, but the normal paying customers are just as important. Overbooking to get in as many birthday parties is an easy way to lose customers. We wont be visiting Altitude Lubbock anymore.
Kids had fun but the the setup for the party was horrible. First off requested a specific time didnt get no notification that the time was not available they just scheduled us a hour later. So our party invitations were for an hour before they scheduled us and we showed up to find out we couldnt get in for another hour. Finally got in line. We spent 30 minutes waiting in line waiting our time we were supposed to be in the inside for the party. Then finally got up stairs to the tabel where we were supposed to be at and there were other people upstairs not having a party and they kept taking our stuff for out party. When we brought it up to the staff and the people were still sitting up there when we left. It was very unorganized and very hard to talk to anyone at the desk it is always crowded. But it is a great place to kill some time and get rid of energy they have a toddler section making it friendly for younger children. It has two dodge ball areas, has a couple of foam pits you can do tricks into and more features. Its just very frustrating to do a party here especially with the cost. Just not worth do a party.
Nice place to jump, but they do not accept socks from other trampoline places. I do not like this rule.Buen lugar para saltar, pero no aceptan calcetines de otros lugares para saltar.
It seems kind of expensive to just jump on trampolines, but it really is fun. Make sure you check times for your kid’s specific age group. Sometime it’s hard to keep your kids active if there are lots of kids that are a different age than yours.Later in the day the average age of jumpers goes way up, so the opportunities for younger kids is limited. It’s also a real workout, so you probably want to stretch before you go.
Kids enjoy it here and its a decent price we come weekly.
Great place to spend time with family and friends also a good workout lost 3 pounds
The Front End Manager (Austin) has Bad attitude and very rude behavior. Also, this location force to fill up your Information like Birthdays, Driving License or SSN.Also, theyre not providing any Information why they need all that Information and have zero knowledge of the system either its secured or not.
This place is so fun! Great for all ages. Not sure the time its at, but during the day, they have a toddler time that the parent is only a couple dollars with a toddler.
Excellent place to take a toddler to burn off some energy. Very reasonable prices. Now just have to get more of the parents off their cell phones and have them jump along side their kids! Great spot for kids to do something in Lubbock.
Pretty fun lots to do... Kids loved it!
Fun, but pricey like everything fun
Fun for the kids. They need more organization at the front desk. It took 15 minutes to get everything arranged to get into a birthday party. And even after that, a crowd of people were allowed to butt in line, then call over about 5 more people to butt in as well.( In front of the employee.) Perhaps some more training is needed?
The kids love this place. We visited for a birthday party and the facility and staff was great. Only complaint would be how many people get hurt. Our youngest hit her head pretty good getting up on one of the islands. And we have seen other injuries.
Disclaimer: This is my review as both a patron and employee of altitude trampoline park. As a patron the pricing is competitive and fair considering the ones ive been to in other states. It has plenty of activities for you to have a great excersize while having a good time. Kids love it here. As an employee im satisfied with the job and the work. I work the courts my job is to watch for injuries and help keep order in potentially high traffic zones such as dodgball. (On another note if you are a parent reading this it would help a lot to the safety and happiness of other children if you would be willing to read our rules and explain them to your kids or keep a close eye on them. I am only a court monitor after all not a babysitter.) So all in all i recommend this place for small kids in mornings- for dates on sundays or friday before 7. Any others who just like jumping like i do.
Very fun place for family fun! Try to go when it is least crowded to avoid unnecessary collisions.
Always fun for the kids. Were all kids at heart.
My son loved it... says he finally got to play dodge ball with big kids... hasnt stopped jumping yet... The place is lovely and kids that are serving are really nice and friendly
Great trampoline park. At the back they have other activities like ninja course.
