We came on a cool breezy night. The cast and musicians were great. We saw Annie! The staff were so helpful and the facilities were clean. Bring lawn chairs, blankets and snacks if you like.

Moonlight Musicals always does a phenomenal production with local talent both onstage and in the orchestra pit. We were there on 6/23/18 for The Music Man. In the middle of the 6th scene, the lights flickered, we heard a loud BOOM and the sound/lighting failed. The cast just kept on going, even though it was hard to hear, for several minutes before Mr. Dolter stopped the show. Evidently LP&L blew a fuse on a nearby transformer. We were kept well informed of repair status as well as alternate options if the show would not be able to continued. After approx 45, the power was restored and the play was completed in entirety. We even had a special appearance from a local feral cat who decided he wanted run across the stage!!Facilities are clean and well maintained. They do have limited concessions and a Bahama Bucks serving 5 different flavors. Bring your own chairs/blankets and picnic foods/beverages to enjoy during the show. Highly recommend for some of the best entertainment in west Texas! Remarkable talent and surprisingly beautiful views of the park in the background. Enjoy the show under the stars. Bring your lawn chairs and the entire family to the show.

What an amazing evening! This was so much fun! Annie was well performed and the music was great. Take your lawn chairs and a snack or even a light supper, or just visit the concession stand. Its all good! Mama Mia is up next and I can hardly wait.

One of our favorite summer activities is to see a Moonlight Musical show. Bring your lawn chairs and snacks or dinner and enjoy a family friendly musical. It can be a little hot until the sun goes down but then it becomes magical. Ive seen musicals in the West End in London, Chicago, Hollywood, Dallas, and Houston. No place has a better venue.

Had a Great Time!! Saw Singing in the Rain! It was a great time and well put together. Loved the amphitheater. Would just suggest bringing bug spray and own snacks. But great date night! Strongly recommend coming here.

We saw How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying. Wonderful show! Great comedic timing from the performers. The amphitheater has plenty of seating locations. Just make sure you have some comfortable chairs... We layered yoga mats and some old blankets, and it wasnt enough for a 3 hr show.

Everyone does such a nice job from the cast, crew, wardrobe, and lighting. Even with the weather being sketchy at times, everyone involved remains professional. The amphitheater is a beautiful location to enjoy an evening out. We went to 3 shows this summer and made it for the last show of the season tonight. I appreciate such a venue in Lubbock.

Hot AF in Texas, but well-timed at 8pm. Bring your own mosquito repellent and chair!

It was a perfect time to see a musical. Shade and plenty of room. There are occasional times of kids singing and talking but its not to bothersome. Best place to spend the evening.

Wonderful productions with quality actors and music. The atmosphere is extremely fun. We enjoy bringing our own food and chairs and being in a very pleasant setting in Lubbock while watching a great show.

Constantly improving facilities and quality shows. You can tell there is some passion and talent behind Moonlight Musicals. I love going out to see their latest production! Be sure to bring lawn/camp chairs and possibly a light jacket in case of rain or a cool breeze.

We attended the play The Music Man on Saturday evening. Tge play was excellently performed. They even had their professionalism tested with a power outage in the middle of the performance. They responded in a truely professional manner and solved the problem, then continued with the play.

A wonderful venue for family friendly entertainment! Check the weather and plan accordingly. If its been exceptionally hot and dry, bring chairs--Not a blanket--to sit on. Bring cash for the concession stand!

Fun shows, great performances, laughter is a given. I never laghed so much at a musical.

Wonderful production, a beautiful setting at the park, lovely design and costumes, fantastic singing and dancing. Dont miss this musical.
