I’ve tried to go twice last week for a gift for my friend both times they were closed and it was around 6 and 7. If the hours changed they should have. A sign up at the door or on their website. The staff is extremely rude. It’s a nice store and if they had better staff it would be a good place to go!

Theres been a note on their door that says theyre only taking credit cards, no cash. That was a few days ago. So I call just now and ask them hey are you taking cash now? The lady says No. Silence. I asked her is there any estimated date when you will? She replies no. Silence on the phone again. So I say Thank you and hang up. My recommendation is to shop anywhere else except the store. Rude staff. Customer service is about explaining the reason, or apologizing for the inconvenience. This staff didnt either. I get the impression they dont want my business. And so, their wish is granted. I will shop elsewhere. Apparently the staff member is having a bad day and taking it out on the customer.Just read other reviews and apparently I am not only one who suffered from rude staff.

They have a good selection, but only allow you to be in the store 20 min at a time. Coming from out of town this was very disappointing.

Went into the store while it was raining and forgot my face mask in my car. The employees rudely told me I needed to wear one or I would have to leave. That’s understandable so I retrieved it from my vehicle and returned to the store. She then told me that it wasn’t good enough because it didn’t have ear loops. Why does that matter when it covers my face? It felt like they just didn’t want me there. I have gone to this place a few times - I won’t be back anymore.

They are currently running a maximum of FOUR (4) customers with facemask inside the store at once. We understood the whole limited customer idea and all but FOUR (4) people is on the crazy size of thinking.

Drove 2 hours just to see what they have.2 out 3 woman that work here are so incredibly rude. Great products just horrible staff.

Went in to try and shop and they wouldnt allow me to because I didnt have the specific face mask they wanted! But I did have one on. RIDICULOUS! Just in that couple of minutes I seen multiple people leaving and werent happy with the attitude of the lady standing at the front door. Could have conducted herself better, definitely lost a few customers today.

They are not open just went by and its Wensday if your closing for the day or whatever put a sign on the door aint that hard if they could lock the door put a sign..

AWFUL experience with the worst customer service.

Nice clean store, wonderful people. Selection of BDSM was rather vanilla, but they had some toys and such.

They had a fine selection of toys, but the lingerie selection didnt seem as large as other shops.

Staff was rude. Taking business elsewhere.

First time there and I loved it. Sure will go again!! Lots of products and lingerie to lube to candy and toys.

I love Cindies. I can go in there and find something that I need and they are so helpful. They have a very large selection to chose from, anything from lingerie to lubes.

Im 20 didnt have my ID but i was just in the clothing section and this lady was rude
